A detailed analysis of the Jan. 6 pipe bombs found new problems with the FBI evidence and advances the notion that the case could turn out to be a government-created hoax.
A video engineer who spent more than a year examining the pipe bomb evidence submitted a 26-page report to the House Select Subcommittee to Investigate the Remaining Questions Surrounding Jan. 6.
You see, for many years now Democrats have believed that they could do basically whatever they wanted to Republicans, whilst Republicans were still bound by the Old Rules of comity and respect.
Those were the New Rules.
They thought we would never adopt the New Rules.
We did.
The James indictment says to Democrats:
“You no longer can assume that we will let you do whatever you want to us.
We will do to you what you did to us.
And we will be merciless until you prove you will never do it again.”...
President Trump Saturday vowed to get members of the military paid Oct. 15 despite the ongoing government shutdown that has prevented nearly all federal employees from being paid.

§252. Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.
So first, it’s discretionary to employ:“Whenever the President considers.” This language leaves no room for judicial review, by design; it’s up to the President to determine when the predicates for invoking the Act apply.
Second, this phrase, “unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings,” seems to fit perfectly with what’s going on in places like Portland or Chicago.
Third, discretionary language again: “as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.”
It’s entirely up to the President under the statute...
A serial criminal removed from the United States multiple times for being an illegal alien and arrested for multiple offenses, including drunk driving, was released last year by the state of California despite a federal detainer. He subsequently murdered six people...
