- The two agencies — the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office — had been investigating top ministers in the Zelensky government.
- The president’s decision to kneecap them, though reversed, prompted accusations of cronyism that jeopardized backing from civil society groups at home and Western nations bankrolling the war...

The E.U.’s decision capped a tumultuous week for Mr. Zelensky, who first pushed a measure through Parliament that stripped the independence of two anticorruption agencies, raising protests from foreign leaders as well as the Ukrainian people. - Andrew E. Kramer-Reporting from Kyiv, Ukraine

Appearing on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel, Ratcliffe said of potential indictments, "That's why I've made the referrals [to the Justice Depatment] that I have, DNI [Tulsi] Gabbard has made referrals. We're going to continue to share the intelligence that would support the ability of our Department of Justice to … bring fair and just claims against those who have perpetrated this hoax against the American people and this stain on our country."

'Devastating': Leftist outrage erupts at state plan to stop paying criminal illegals' legal bills * WorldNetDaily * by Krrishh Kamal, Daily Caller News Foundation:
According to the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the Equal Access Fund alone paid for more than $8 million in immigration-related legal services in 2024. Another $10 million — also exclusively for immigration legal aid — was recently added to a separate program run by the California Department of Social Services, which does not serve felons, according to FAIR.
However, the amount of money doled out by these programs is dwarfed by the over $30 billion burden illegal immigration placed on California taxpayers in 2023, according to FAIR.
Is Gaza Starving? Searching for the Truth in an Information War.
“In a blizzard of ideological fiction, how are sane citizens in Israel, or anywhere else, supposed to know what’s true and to do the right thing?” - Matti Friedman
- When I asked a former senior government official if there is mass hunger among Gazans, he answered me honestly: ‘I don’t know.’
- The story was fake. A misfired Palestinian rocket had landed near the hospital, which was intact...
Now we hear claims that this same period of supposedly extreme deprivation was actually a Gazan idyll that Israel has cruelly destroyed in this war.
- Very little of what is reported here, in other words, is what it seems.
- This is nothing new...

- If community health care centers would be forced to close unless they’re reimbursed for providing services to illegal aliens, how many of their patients actually are illegals?
- The conclusion would seem to be that either a majority or a significant percentage are illegal aliens.
- And that (US) taxpayers funding these centers are really funding free health care for illegals, providing a magnet to draw illegal aliens to the United States and then to keep them there...

Dan Bongino hints at shocking deep-state corruption | Blaze Media:
"What I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations into these aforementioned matters, has shocked me down to my core. We cannot run a Republic like this," Bongino eerily went on. "I'll never be the same after learning what I've learned."
Blacks 6X More Likely Than Higher-Scoring Asians to Get Into Wisconsin Med School
They are not even trying to hide the extent to which they are racially discriminating. - Ellie Gardey Holmes
One of the worst offenders—and shockingly so—is the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
They are not even trying to hide the extent to which they are racially discriminating...
- At the University of Wisconsin medical school, black applicants are six times more likely to be admitted than Asian applicants.
- When black and Asian students test at the same percentile in the upper-middle range of MCAT scores, this increases to a twelvefold differential.
- This means applicants of different races have entirely separate sets of admissions standards at Wisconsin.
- The average accepted black student had an MCAT score in the 62nd percentile, while the average white student was in the 86th percentile and the average Asian student was in the 87th percentile.
- Astoundingly, the average MCAT score for white and Asian applicants who were rejected was higher than the MCAT score for black candidates who were accepted...

Trump says he's considering 'a little rebate' for Americans from tariff revenue | Blaze Media:
"We're thinking about that actually," the president said. "We have so much money coming in, we're thinking about a little rebate, but the big thing we want to do is pay down debt. But we're thinking about a rebate."
The government reported a massive increase in U.S. customs duties revenue in June of $27 billion, which amounts to 301% gain from the year previous.
The New York Times published an article titled “No Proof Hamas Routinely Stole U.N. Aid”, using the specific word “routinely” to mislead readers into thinking Hamas hasn’t been stealing aid at all, which is simply false.
Hamas operatives have openly boasted about their stolen goods in numerous videos — either proudly filming themselves or being caught on CTV as armed men hijacked aid trucks and drove off.
Audio recordings from Hamas radio communications revealed operatives offering stolen aid to one another, saying, “We have trucks overflowing with goods.”...
Former hostage Eli Sharabi testified to the UN about what he personally witnessed:

CORRUPT to the Core: Eye-Opening Thread Alleges Gavin Newsom Laundered FireAid Money - Amy Curtis
Yesterday, we told you that the FireAid scandal hit President Trump's radar.
- As it should: tens of millions of dollars raised with the explicit promise that those monies would go directly to victims of the L.A. wildfires.
Instead, the money went to Leftist nonprofit organizations, and not a dime went to people who lost everything.
Now, a thread is alleging Gavin Newsom had a hand in directing those funds to his buddies and pet causes.
So let's dive right in:

Important with links!-----JONATHAN TURLEY -The Rise and Fall of John Brennan
This month, the “wanderlust” of John Brennan seems to be coming to an end, as the former CIA director stands accused of false testimony regarding the Russian collusion investigation.Below is my column in the Hill on the “wanderlust” of former CIA Director John Brennan and how it might be coming to an end with new disclosures on his role in the origins of the Russian collusion investigation.
It is a tragic, almost Shakespearean ending, for a once idealistic kid who joined the CIA to experience the world.
However, it is a story all-too-familiar for this city.
Here is part of the column...
Here is part of the column...
"...The rise and fall of John Brennan is an all-too-familiar Beltway tragedy. People do not lose their idealism in this city in grand moments of corruption. It starts with small lies that steadily reduce your resistance until the biggest lies become happenstance. It can create a type of self-deception as one treats lies as a moral option for the sake of the greater good..."
