"DETROIT, MI -- Mayor Mike Duggan in his State of the City address on Wednesday announced plans to work toward creating Detroit's own auto insurance agency.Residents of the city pay notoriously high auto insurance rates and the idea of creating a new provider has long been discussed.
Duggan announced the formation of a team to study the matter and even gave the proposed entity a name: D-Insurance."
