Republican Gov Pardons Five Iraqi Nationals Trump Admin Was Trying To Deport:
"Michigan Republican Governor Rick Snyder, who has been at the forefront of the water crisis in that state has pardoned several Iraqi immigrants.
The major problem with this pardon is the Trump administration had been trying to deport them for over a year, unsuccessfully.
This is a Lame Duck Republican move.
Snyder would never have done it if he were still eligible to run for Governor again.
