...The 60-year-old man was captured and on Nov. 14 was sentenced to 37 months in federal prison for bilking the government out of more than $750,000 in the food voucher scam.
A federal judge also sentenced him to three years of supervised probation and ordered him to repay the money. (Let’s hope he didn’t spend it all when he was on the lam.)
...U.S. District Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti also sentenced Jamil Bader, 60, to three years of supervised release and ordered him to pay restitution of $754,424."
