So, here's how it works:
- Declare a "health emergency".
- Generate terrifying statistics that "prove" government must increase its ability to "protect the people".
- Since business/the people are too stupid/lazy to make "healthy choices", government unilaterally takes control of the economy in order to direct how Americans work, play, educate.
- New government programs will be required to "fix" niggling issues resulting from "needed rules".
- Demonize "deniers" as fascists, fools.
- Wait until flu season.
- Repeat as necessary.
