I've been hitting all around this target, but never getting to the bullseye like this.

But Biden more than just a buffoon, he is delusional. In his mind, he can just ignore the results of his decisions, especially if they go bad. For him, they simply don't matter - they don't exist.
The doddering, the mental pauses and the lack of cogent speech and thought can be chalked up to dementia, but more than dementia, Biden is displaying the anger, the feeling of isolation and victimization, and the complete lack of empathy common to psychopaths and sociopaths.
With three and a half years to go, we have a President who is displaying the characteristics of a serial killer...Read all!!
