1. Notice how a small amount of snow fully covers the panels, with most everything else snow-free.
2. No electricity is produced when snow is on top of the panels.
3. The "farm" is in a state park field that is supposed to be used as a sports park.
4. Surrounded by trees.
5. How much "energy" will be necessary to clean these panels all winter? Answer, no one cares.

1. The true goal never was to produce "clean green energy".
2. First step is providing the cash: To offer contracts that will enrich those who engage in the solar industry scam and property owners who lease to them.
3. Next step is the payback: The true goal is to produce clean green CASH to politicians, government bureaucrats and their favored comrades in return for funding these ridiculous, fake-energy, scam projects.
