How does Hungary see path to peace?
1. Europe must negotiate directly with Russia
2. Ukraine should be a strategic partner, not an EU member
3. Minimize funds to Ukraine, keep sources within EU
4. Respect each country's energy choices
Brussels opposes all of the above
