BREAKING: Obama Quietly Issues Massive New Executive Order... Media Ignores

BREAKING: Obama Quietly Issues Massive New Executive Order... Media Ignores:

"Just this week, Obama announced yet another unilateral executive action to change immigration laws, this time significantly loosening the rules surrounding a certain type of guest worker visa, known as an L-1B visa.

The L-1B visa program allows multinational corporations to transfer employees from foreign countries into the United States, provided they have some sort of “specialized knowledge,” a broad and generalized term that can apply to virtually anything."

".. afraid of offending Jewish... readers"?!!!----Complete Ban On Using The Word ‘Pork’ To Avoid Offending Muslims

ABSURD: Complete Ban On Using The Word ‘Pork’ To Avoid Offending Muslims :
"When an institution sets out to ban something, more often than not the thing they choose to ban simply reflects back on that institution’s way of thinking.
So what does it tell us about the Oxford University Press that they are banning authors from using words that refer to pigs?
Yes, you read that correctly.
Oxford UP is prohibiting authors from using the words pig, pork, sausage, or other pig-related words because they are afraid of offending Jewish or Muslim readers who consider pigs and pork to be off-limits for religious reasons."

Holi crapoli! They're attacking each other!------Feminists Passed Resolution to ‘Eradicate’ Gay Men From Appropriating Black Women Culture!

Feminists Passed Resolution to ‘Eradicate’ Gay Men From Appropriating Black Women Culture!
"...That’s why the National Young Feminist Leader Convention was so amazing
Twice
And why the National Union of Students Feminist Conference is giving me so much glee when they banned hand clapping because it was “triggering” some sensitive feminists.
But we’re not done just yet.
Behold the amazingness of NUS Women’s Motion #512:
Stop acting like Black Women, Gay Men!
Yes, it’s not a joke, or at least, it’s not a joke on purpose. Here’s the full text:
Conference Believes:
1. The appropriation of Black women by white gay men is prevalent within the LGBT scene and community.
2. This may be manifested in the emulation of the mannerisms, language (particularly AAVE- African American Vernacular English) and phrases that can be attributed to Black women. White gay men may often assert that they are “strong black women” or have an “inner black woman”.
3. White gay men are the dominant demographic within the LGBT community, and they benefit from both white privilege and male privilege.
4. The appropriation of Black women by white gay men has been written about extensively. This quote is taken from Sierra Mannie’s TIME piece entitled: “Dear white gays, stop stealing Black Female culture”:
“You are not a black woman, and you do not get to claim either blackness or womanhood. There is a clear line between appreciation and appropriation. I need some of you to cut it the hell out. Maybe, for some of you, it’s a presumed mutual appreciation for BeyoncĂ© and weaves that has you thinking that I’m going to be amused by you approaching me in your best “Shanequa from around the way” voice. I don’t know. What I do know is that I don’t care how well you can quote Madea, who told you that your booty was getting bigger than hers, how cute you think it is to call yourself a strong black woman, who taught you to twerk, how funny you think it is to call yourself Quita or Keisha or for which black male you’ve been bottoming — you are not a black woman, and you do not get to claim either blackness or womanhood. It is not yours. It is not for you.”
Conference Further Believes:
1. This type of appropriation is unacceptable and must be addressed.
2. Low numbers of Black LGBT women delegates attend NUS LGBT conference. This can be attributed to many factors, one of which may be the prevalent appropriation by white gay men, which may mean that delegates do not feel comfortable or safe attending conference.
Conference Resolves:
1. To work to eradicate the appropriation of black women by white gay men.
2. To work in conjunction with NUS LGBT campaign to raise awareness of the issue, to call it out as unacceptable behaviour and, where appropriate, to educate those who perpetuate this behaviour.

The Reason Bowe Bergdahl Claims He Really Abandoned His Post: CNN Source | Video | TheBlaze.com:

"Before he left his post, Bergdahl reportedly neatly stacked up his equipment and left it behind. Emails reportedly sent to his parents would later reveal that Bergdahl said he was “ashamed to even be American” and adamantly against the U.S. war in Afghanistan.

“I am sorry for everything,” he reportedly wrote in an email to his parents. “The horror that is America is disgusting.”

Yes. This is happening in our country-------The Campus Climate Crusade

Kimberley Strassel: The Campus Climate Crusade - WSJ:
"Conservative thought on campus these days is rare, though for some it’s still not rare enough. Witness the growing campaign by politicians, unions and environmentalists to intimidate into silence any academic or program that might challenge liberal ideology.
Congressional Democrats have grabbed most of the attention here, with their recent attempt to cow climate skeptics.
Richard Lindzen, an emeritus professor of meteorology at MIT and a Cato Institute scholar, earlier this month described in these pages how House Rep. Raul Grijalva was targeting seven academics skeptical of President Obama’s climate policies, demanding documents about their funding and connections.
A trio of Senate Democrats is working to muzzle more than 100 nonprofits and companies that have questioned the climate agenda, with a fishing expedition into their correspondence.
Largely unnoticed is that the congressional climate crusaders didn’t come up with this idea on their own.
For several years a coalition of liberal organizations have been using “disclosure” to sully the names of conservative professors and try to shut down their programs.
Their particular targets are academics who benefit from funding from the Koch Foundation, which has for decades funded free-market professors and groups on U.S. campuses..."

The american democrat political party's "gift" to you and your children----Canadians traveling abroad in record numbers to flee government health care

Canadians traveling abroad in record numbers to flee government health care - Watchdog.org:
American progressives look up to Canada’s health care system.
For people like avowed socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders, health care is a right, and a single-payer system like Canada’s–where the state is the sole insurer–consecrates such a right.
However such a right comes with many downsides, including long waiting lists and a diminished quality of care.
These are two of the reasons why over 52,000 Canadian patients traveled abroad to get health care in 2014, according to the Fraser Institute
That’s a 25 percent increase from the previous year, where an estimated 41,000 people traveled to get health care.
...Indeed, Fraser’s report also states that “patients could expect to wait 9.8 weeks for medically necessary treatment after seeing a specialist, [more] than 3 weeks longer than what physicians consider to be clinically ‘reasonable’ (6.5 weeks).”
This waiting was such a problem in the 1990s that many provinces, including my native Quebec, had to send hundreds of patients to the U.S. in order to alleviate oncology waiting lists. It cost three times more to do so because provincial governments also paid for temporary housing.
..Right to care doesn’t mean one gets it
Notwithstanding this exceptional case, Quebec and Canada perform rather poorly in health outcomes.
In fact, those outcomes are inferior to those measured in the U.S.
For example, remission rates for breast and prostate cancer are higher in the U.S. than Canada, and the at-risk population doesn’t get preventive screening as often in Canada.
It’s easy to understand why: it’s Economics 101 at work.
Since medical care is “free” in Canada–making up about 50 percent of provincial budgets–governments have to ration care in order to control costs...waiting times are dangerously long in the E.R.–an average of 17 hours, compared to eight hours in Utah.
That is, of course, unless one has the right connections..."

I guess this is OK now-"Keep out whitey!"-----Ethnic Minorities Deserve Safe Spaces Without White People

This is how they "think".
This is "taught" to our children on our American college campuses.
Paid for by your tax dollars.
Ethnic Minorities Deserve Safe Spaces Without White People | Aeman Ansari:
"...They should label safe spaces clearly and maybe even host events that educate the public on what they mean.
Doing so will help the public and the media have a better understanding of the purpose and value of these spaces.
However, the point to note is not that two white students were asked to leave the event, but rather that this was a safe space and that we as a newsroom, as a campus and as a society are not as knowledgeable as we should be about what these spaces mean.
It's not just important, but it's essential, for marginalized groups to have safe spaces on campus to engage with people who understand what they go through.
Though this group is funded by Ryerson's student union, it works to serve a particular group and a particular purpose.
...These spaces are rare places in the world not controlled by individuals who have power, who have privilege.
These spaces, which are forums where minority groups are protected from mainstream stereotypes and marginalization, are crucial to resistance of oppression and we, as a school and as a society, need to respect them.
...Segregation was imposed on people of colour by people of privilege, not the other way around.
The very fact that individuals organizing to help each other get through social barriers and injustices are being attacked and questioned for their peaceful assembly is proof that they were right to exclude those students.
Racialized people experience systemic discrimination on a daily basis, on many levels, and in ways that white people may never encounter.
The whole point of these safe spaces is to remove that power dynamic.
That's partly what makes them spaces for healing...
Read the rest of this drivel and realize how easy it is to make hate sound..... justified?

North Dakota Vote Puts the U.S. One Step Closer to a State Meeting on the Constitution | TheBlaze.com

North Dakota Vote Puts the U.S. One Step Closer to a State Meeting on the Constitution | TheBlaze.com:

"Barring a solution from Congress, Article V of the Constitution allows a convention of the states to be called, which would let states propose changes to the Constitution that three-fourths of the states would then have to ratify.

Two thirds of all states need to agree to a convention, or 34 of the 50 states. This week, North Dakota became the 27th state, leaving just seven more states before a convention could take place."

Before you act like a moron, learn the facts------Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Explained

Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Explained | The Weekly Standard
...So what is the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and what does it say?
The first RFRA was a 1993 federal law that was signed into law by Democratic president Bill Clinton. It unanimously passed the House of Representatives, where it was sponsored by then-congressman Chuck Schumer, and sailed through the Senate on a 97-3 vote.
The law reestablished a balancing test for courts to apply in religious liberty cases (a standard had been used by the Supreme Court for decades). RFRA allows a person's free exercise of religion to be "substantially burdened" by a law only if the law furthers a "compelling governmental interest" in the "least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest."
So the law doesn't say that a person making a religious claim will always win.
In the years since RFRA has been on the books, sometimes the courts have ruled in favor of religious exemptions, but many other times they haven't

If there's already a federal RFRA in place, why did Indiana pass its own RFRA?
Great question. In a 1997 Supreme Court case (City of Boerne v. Flores), the court held that federal RFRA was generally inapplicable against state and local laws.
Since then, a number of states have enacted their own RFRA statutes: Indiana became the twentieth to do so.
Other states have state court rulings that provide RFRA-like protections.
Here's a helpful map from 2014 that shows you which states have RFRA protections (note that Mississippi and Indiana have passed RFRA since this map was made):...

Liberal circular crash-pad-----Ann Arbor roundabout has most crashes in Michigan

Ann Arbor roundabout has most crashes in Michigan | MLive.com:
"Located on a major Ann Arbor artery, just south of a major highway and next to a Costco wholesale store, the roundabout connecting State Street and Ellsworth Road sees a lot of traffic.
It also sees a lot of crashes.
According to data from the Michigan State Police, the intersection has far and away the most crashes in the state.
There were 170 reported crashes at the roundabout in 2014, compared to 94 crashes at the second-place intersection--Orchard Lake Road and 12 Mile Road.
...Crashes at the intersection--which straddles Ann Arbor and Pittsfield Township--jumped dramatically in 2013, when a $2.3 million project turned the former four-way stoplight junction into a roundabout.
The project was a joint effort between the City of Ann Arbor, the Washtenaw County Road Commission and Pittsfield Township..."

Welfare Nation Alert: Disability Fund To Run Out Of Cash In Two Years

Welfare Nation Alert: Disability Fund To Run Out Of Cash In Two Years | Zero Hedge:

"Back in 2010, America's primary retirement vehicle, the Social Security Trust Fund, did something it had not done in three decades done: it went cash negative, meaning that the costs were greater than the payroll tax revenues as a result of both the second great depression which sent the costs soaring, and America's demographic Japanification as baby boomers started retiring by the tens of thousands with every passing day."

...The problem is that like the broader demographic bust that is plaguing all developed nations, America itself has seen a widely documents surge in disability recipients in recent years, covered extensively here on previous occasions such as in "The Un-Retiring, Increasingly Disabled Non-Working American Dream"
There was also The Number Of "US Citizens On Disability Is Now Larger Than The Population Of Greece", which as the title suggests, there was a startling surge in Americans claiming benefits:

BREAKING: Army Lt. Colonel Announces How the US Military Just DEFIED Barack H. Obama:

“I’m very proud of the U.S. Army, because this is clearly a case of the Army standing up to all the pressure the Obama administration could bring to bear,” said retired Lt. Col. Ralph Peters, who has been an outspoken critic of the prisoner swap.

“The Obama administration, I can tell you, has been fighting tooth and nail to get the Army to cook the books and reduce the charge to AWOL or less,” Peters continued. “But, my God … at least some of the generals showed some backbone, stood up, and said, ‘No, this really matters.'”

NO HOUR, NO POWER

NO HOUR, NO POWER | Daily Telegraph Tim Blair Blog
Like a crippled boy with asthma, tonight’s Earth Hour crept up on us slowly.
Fairfax has barely bothered to promote its annual darkness festival, and the usual Earth Hour boosterism from the ABC and others is utterly absent.
It’s almost as though people aren’t excited any more about turning their lights off for 60 minutes.
We usually celebrate an Hour of Power to counter this pathetic caper, but at this point, with Earth Hour shunned even by its friends, such a celebration seems almost cruel.
Earth Hour is now the Johnny No Mates of global climate activism, and we should pity it. Therefore this site will not hold an Hour of Power.
Besides, during the time in question, I’ll be at the football. Under lights.

Lighting Out for the Territory

Lighting Out for the Territory :: SteynOnline:
At 8.30pm tonight in my corner of New Hampshire, we are supposed to extinguish every blazing bulb and sit in the dark for "Earth Hour".
Most of my neighbors seem to turn in around 8pm, so it won't be noticeably different out there.
My favorite Earth Hour of recent years was spent in London in March 2011.
At the appointed hour, I sauntered down Piccadilly, but that brilliant thoroughfare was dark and all but deserted, because so-called "anarchists" (an odd term for pro-government welfare-funded thugs) had cheerfully spent the afternoon firing fireworks into knots of startled shoppers (including young children) who hadn't expected the coppers to lose control quite so easily, and smashing windows not just of the Ritz but off humdrum sandwich chains, before proceeding to Trafalgar Square, where they set fires, lobbed bottles and desecrated my old pal Boris Johnson's 2012 Olympic Clock.
Was this London's all-time greatest "Earth Hour" or what?
Massive disruption of commercial activity (doubtless heartening to the famously anti-consumerist eco-Prince of Wales) and normally glittering storefronts darkened except for the reflected glow of burning garbage.
If Earth Hour is indeed a celebration of "ignorance, poverty and backwardness", then all three made great strides in London that day.
Light 'em up!

They elect racists and morons. What do we expect?-----Lawmakers gasp when black Dem Rep accuses colleague’s 18-month-old of being racist

Lawmakers gasp when black Dem Rep accuses colleague’s 18-month-old of being racist - BizPac Review
Proving that the race card has no bounds a Democrat Indiana lawmaker has accused an 18-month-old of being a racist.
While debating the controversial “Religious Freedom Bill” recently signed into law by Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, Rep. Vanessa Summers said the toddler, who is the son of her colleague RepublicanJudson McMillin was afraid of her because she’s black.
“He looked at me like I was a monster and turned around and cried,” she said.
“And I told him you need to introduce your child to some people that are dark-skinned so he will not be scared.”
Now anyone who’s ever met a baby knows they sometimes cry when they meet strangers, or Santa Claus, or the Easter Bunny or because, you know, they’re babies and they just cry sometimes.
But not in the mind of Summers.
In her mind this baby was a racist who could only have cried in response to her black skin.
“I told Jud McMillin I love his son, but he’s scared of me because of my color.
It’s hard,” she said to the sound of gasps from her colleagues who likely couldn’t fathom a dumber statement being made by an elected official.

“How, when you have the embassy closed, Americans have left, you have the parliament that has been dissolved, you have the president fleeing on a boat, maybe towards Djibouti, you have so many less possibilities for intelligence on the ground, how can you say that we are still in a counter-terror situation there?” she asked."
