Coulter: Hillary 'Just Looks Like She's Lying'

Coulter: Hillary 'Just Looks Like She's Lying' - Breitbart:
"Ann Coulter, columnist and author of “Adios, America,” ripped into 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Saturday’s “Justice with Judge Jeanine” on Fox News Channel, saying Clinton “just looks like she’s lying.”
Coulter compared Clinton destroying the emails and just offering up copies of emails to destroying the original Constitution and just handing over a photocopy of it because it potentially covers up all of the original information of the document.
“But you have to keep all the originals,” Coulter said.
“It would be like destroying the original copy of the Constitution and ‘Here’s a photocopy I made.’
There’s a reason you have to keep the original because there’s all kinds of forensic information on the server: when it was sent, what it was replying to, did you change the time stamp.
It’s not a huge felony.
It’s a three-year felony.
The second part of it, anyone guilty of it can’t hold public office.”
Coulter then later added, “She’s just such an opportunist and she does have that awful voice, but even when she’s saying something that she’s believed for years and years years, she just looks like she’s lying.
Have you noticed that?
She’s just not a good candidate for them.”"

Mexican and Central American Illegal Immigrants Sue Texas for Birth Certificates

Mexican and Central American Illegal Immigrants Sue Texas for Birth Certificates:
"Citizens of Mexico and several Central American nations have filed suit, claiming entitlement to birth certificates for their children born in the United States.
They allege that the Texas denies them the certificates because they do not possess the required identification.
...They allege in their petition filed in U.S. District Court in Austin that the birth certificates are being denied because of their immigration status.
They argue that, “Such refusal is de facto based upon the immigrant status of the Plaintiff parents.”
In the lawsuit, the parents do not refer to themselves as “immigrants,” or “illegal immigrants.”
They refer to themselves in their legal capacity “as next friend.”...

Pandering to the ethanol, solar panel millionaires/billionaires before the Iowa caucus. With your kid's money----Hillary Clinton Pledges to Install 500 Million Solar Panels if Voted President

Hillary Clinton Pledges to Install 500 Million Solar Panels if Voted President | TIME:
“We are on the cusp of a new era”
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Sunday made tackling climate change one of her key goals were she to enter the White House, pledging to have more than half a billion solar panels installed nationwide by the end of her first term in office.
Clinton also called for a major increase in other renewable-energy sources, saying she wants every U.S. home to be powered by clean energy within a decade, reports Reuters.
“I want more wind, more solar, more advanced biofuels, more energy efficiency,” she said at a weekend rally in Iowa.
“And I’ve got to tell you, people who argue against this are just not paying attention.”
The two goals were unveiled in a video posted to Clinton’s campaign website Sunday, and are part of a comprehensive agenda on climate change that will be laid out over the next few months.
“We are on the cusp of a new era,” she said in the campaign video.
“We can have more choice in the energy we consume and produce.”
According to the former Secretary of State’s campaign, her climate-change agenda will increase output of solar energy by 700% by the end of the decade.
On Monday, the presidential candidate will explain her clean energy plan in more detail at a tour of an energy-efficient transit station in Des Moines, Iowa."

My Way News - Problems pile up for Greek boat-builders as taxes rises

My Way News - Problems pile up for Greek boat-builders as taxes rises:
"ATHENS, Greece (AP) — At its height eight years ago, George Kranitis' family-owned shipyard in Patra, Greece's third-largest city, employed some 35 people and sold around 340 boats annually.
But after years of biting recession, Kranitis has had to fire almost everyone at the 10,000 sq. foot (3,050 sq. meters) yard.
And if that wasn't enough, things just got a whole lot more taxing — literally.
In order to get its third financial bailout in five years, Greece's government has had to introduce a series of economic reforms and austerity measures — just to get discussions started.
One involves the extension of an annual luxury tax to all recreational boats over 16.4 feet (5 meters), so it's not just your average Catamaran that's a feature across countless harbours in the Aegean Sea.
Another has been increasing that tax to 13 percent from 10 percent.
The combination, according to Kranitis, could prove to be the final death knell for an industry that's already seen boat registrations shrink from a high of 11,112 in 2007 to just over 2,500 last year.
"We're being destroyed," said Kranitis who also heads the Greek Boat Builders' Association.
"I can't understand what these people in government are thinking.""

Hezbollah Chief Comments on Iran Nuclear Deal: U.S. Is Still ‘The Great Satan’ | TheBlaze.com:

“The Iranians aren’t even trying to hide the fact that they will use the hundreds of billions that they will receive under this agreement in order to arm their terror machine, and they are clearly saying that they will continue their struggle against the U.S. and its allies, first among them being Israel, of course,” Netanyahu said.

“Today Iran is arming terrorist organizations with missiles — tomorrow they will have the ability to arm them and themselves with much deadlier weapons,” Netanyahu added."

India tightens security on Pakistan border after Punjab attack

India tightens security on Pakistan border after Punjab attack - The Times of India:
"NEW DELHI: India tightened security on the border with Pakistan on Monday after heavily armed men stormed a police station in the northern frontier state of Punjab, killing nine people and wounding several others.
Armed police were exchanging fire with the gunmen, who were holed up in the police station in Gurdaspur district near the border with Pakistan, officials said.
Counter-terrorism teams were on their way to the scene, the government said.
Gunshots could be heard on television as security forces in red turbans surrounded the building in the town of Dinanagar, about 20 km (12 miles) from the international border.
Police sources said the attackers had entered India from Pakistan a couple of days ago in the troubled state of Jammu and Kashmir, to the north. Jitendra Singh, a junior minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's office, said he did not rule out Pakistan's involvement.
"There have been earlier also reports of Pakistan infiltration and cross-border mischief in this area," said Singh, whose constituency in the Jammu region borders Gurdaspur."

The "connected" get richer. What could possibly go wrong?-----University gives $400 bike vouchers to those who pledge not to drive to school

University gives $400 bike vouchers to those who pledge not to drive to school - The College Fix:
"The University of Kentucky is trying to help the environment and ease its campus parking crunch by offering a $400 bike voucher to those who pledge not to drive to school for two years.
The program, launched this summer, allows students, faculty and staff who live off campus to register for a $400 bicycle voucher in lieu of the right to park their cars on campus.
Vouchers are available for up to 100 applicants, and those participating revoke their campus parking privileges for two years.
While the deadline to apply is the end of August, initial interest is strong, a campus official said.
“We have already seen an overwhelmingly positive response from the campus community,” UK Parking Services’ Chrissie Tune told The College Fix in an email.
“Since priority is given to individuals who have had a parking permit for the past year, the program will by its very nature reduce the volume of cars on campus by at least 100 motor vehicles.”
Tune said the program is funded by UK Parking and Transportation Services, rather than a grant from the federal government."

Electricity prices to increase for individuals, decrease for businesses at state's largest utilities

Electricity prices to increase for individuals, decrease for businesses at state's largest utilities | MLive.com:
"LANSING, MI -- Electricity prices at the state's two largest utilities will increase for individuals and decrease for commercial and industrial users under plans recently approved by the Michigan Public Service Commission.
The MPSC opened this case after the legislature passed a bill requiring energy companies and the commission to explore methods for allocating electricity transmission costs across customers "based on cost of service."
...Effective Dec. 1, Consumers Energy residential customers will see their bills rise by 3.2 percent. Primary industrial and commercial customers will pay 4.4 percent less and secondary commercial and industrial customers will pay 0.3 percent less.
..."To add more electricity to the grid becomes more and more expensive," said Wheeler.
So let's say you're running your dryer.
It's cheaper for Consumers if you run it at night and more expensive if you run it during the day.
But right now, you're charged the same amount no matter when you run it.
Under the optional program, which is slated to start in January of 2017, you could access different rates.
If you ran your dryer at night, it would cost you less than running it during the day.
"This would actually reward people financially if they participated in the program with different rates depending on the time of of day that it's used," Wheeler said."

Adolf Hitler Said That Medical Research Was Critical Too | TheBlaze.com:

"What went wrong in that once great nation?
The ovens were not built to kill Jews. They were built to eliminate that which was not useful.

Among the first to be designated as not useful were retarded children who were ripped from the arms of sobbing Nuns and carted off to the ovens.

C. Everett Koop and Francis Shaeffner addressed this in “Whatever Happened to the Human Race?”

“The first to be eliminated were the aged, the infirm, the senile and mentally retarded and defective children. Eventually as World War II approached the doomed undesirables included epileptics, World War I amputees, children with badly modeled ears and even bed wetters. Physicians took part in this planning on matters of life and death to save society’s money.”

Union coalition seeks ballot proposal for Michigan corporate tax increase

Union coalition seeks ballot proposal for Michigan corporate tax increase - Crain's Detroit Business:
"A coalition of unions announced it is seeking signatures to place a proposal on Michigan's November ballot that would hike the state's corporate tax by 5 percentage points to raise money for road and bridge improvements.
Citizens for Fair Taxes announced the initiative Thursday in several cities, saying Michigan families are shouldering too much of the state's tax burden.
It would increase the state's corporate tax from 6 percent to 11 percent.
The coalition, which includes the Michigan Labor District Council, Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights and Operating Engineers, says the proposal would "recoup about $900 million" from past corporate tax cuts.
Opponents say the proposal is a jobs killer..."

COME ON!! 39 images of recovered U-Boat U534

COME ON!! 39 images of recovered U-Boat U534:
Germany unconditionally surrendered, and the War was over.
However just before the surrender, on May 2nd, U. 534 became the last submarine to leave Germany. Apparently she had been specially provisioned and armed in the bombproof pens at Kiel weeks before, and at the appointed hour she slid silently out of the submarine pens and made her way towards Kristiansand in Norway.
Two days later on May 4th, Admiral Doenitz had ordered all submarines still at sea to surrender, but by then U 534 was lying submerged off Elsinore in Denmark. Weather her Commander, Captain Nollau failed to receive the order or chose to ignore it is uncertain, but either way the outcome was to be catastrophic."

In June, Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev. submitted an amendment in a Department of Defense Authorization bill that would have allowed our soldiers to be armed — a move which could have mitigated the loss of life in the Chattanooga shooting that left four Marines dead and one Navy sailor fatally wounded."

No expected energy shortfall in Michigan in 2016, after all, report says

No expected energy shortfall in Michigan in 2016, after all, report says - Crain's Detroit Business:
"As critics of the major electric utilities have been saying all along, there is only a slim chance for a shortfall of electricity supplies in Michigan in 2016.
The Michigan Public Service Commission issued an order Tuesday that “an electric shortfall in 2016 is not as likely as once believed in the state’s Lower Peninsula.”
...However, the PSC said Michigan must continue working to ensure that adequate electric resources are available to meet demand beyond 2016.
The PSC noted the uncertainty exists because it is unknown what the impact will be of the federal Clean Power Plan, which calls for 30 percent reduction of greenhouse gases by 2030.
As a warning, the PSC said MISO’s 2015 survey, conducted in June, projects a 1,200 megawatt shortfall in zone 7, or Michigan, through 2017.
But the PSC felt there is no imminent danger because MISO’s entire 13-state region shows a 1,700 megawatt surplus during that period.
Still, the PCS cautions that MISO’s electricity survey indicates a potential shortfall in reserve capacity by 2020, if nothing is done to increase capacity or reduce electricity usage through energy efficiency programs."

Expanding benefit rolls drain federal trust fund reserves

Expanding benefit rolls drain federal trust fund reserves - Crain's Detroit Business:
More people going on federal benefit rolls in the last several years, in Michigan and nationwide, is taking its toll at the federal trust fund for workers who left the labor force due to a long-term disability claim.
A new report last week by the board of trustees for the trust embroiled in the debate — the Old-Age, Survivors Insurance and Disability Insurance Trust Funds — indicates the fund that pays benefits to former workers with qualifying disabilities had just $60.2 billion in reserve assets at the end of 2014. That's down from $90.4 billion at the end of 2013.
The trust, established in 1957, has been losing money since 2008, when a slightly better than break-even year had put its reserve assets to an all-time high of $215.8 billion.
At the current rate of cash burn, Social Security expects the trust to be depleted before the end of 2016...

Disability rolls surge in state

Disability rolls surge in state - Crain's Detroit Business:
"About half the 310,000 Michigan residents who left the labor force in the past decade may have landed in a federal assistance program for disabled adults — meaning many are unlikely to return to work even if the economy continues to improve.
Just under 514,000 people — one of every 12 adults aged 18-64 statewide, and one of every 10 people in Michigan's current labor force — collects either Social Security Disability Insurance, Supplemental Security Income or both, according to the most recent data from the Social Security Administration.
In fact, Michigan has the seventh-largest population of such beneficiaries and had the fifth-largest increase in recipients for the 10-year period ending December 2013.
And that's even though it's only the 10th most populous state — and the only state whose total population fell during that period..."

Constitution Revolution: Why The President Can’t Avoid Congress

Constitution Revolution: Why The President Can’t Avoid Congress | TheBlaze.com:
"The Founders knew that we would have politicians who would resort to all kinds of tricks in order to get what they want. They also knew that we had to protect ourselves from that.
But our approach to government today is completely different.
Most Americans know that a lot of politicians are corrupt but we don’t bother to do anything protect ourselves from them.
We keep giving the federal government more and more power and we allow our politicians to ignore the Constitution; then we just hope that enough of our public officials will be good people who won’t do anything bad to us.

Think about what happened just a couple of weeks ago.
We allowed President Barack Obama to unilaterally sign an agreement with Iran without getting Congressional approval.
What is there to prevent this president – or any future president – from abusing that power? Nothing!"

Pentagon Chief Now 'Concerned' Iran Might Not Obey Nuclear Agreement - Breitbart:
"U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, while talking to American troops during an unannounced visit to Iraq on Thursday, cast doubt on whether Iran will abide by the terms of a nuclear agreement between Tehran and U.S.-led world powers.
Carter told a staff sergeant who asked how the deal will affect U.S. troops in Iraq:
I continue to be concerned about Iranian malign activity in the region to include here [in Iraq], and the possibility of Iranian aggression and the possibility that Iran will not obey the agreement, which we’ll find out, because there’s got to be inspections and [verification] and so forth..."

Iran Bombshell: It Will Inspect Itself | The Counter Jihad Report:
"This week brought the stunning news that Senator Tom Cotton (R., Ark.) and Representative Mike Pompeo(R., Kan.) had discovered, during a meeting with IAEA officials, the existence of secret side deal between the IAEA and Tehran — a side deal that will not, like the main nuclear agreement, be shared with Congress.
So critics of the agreement were understandably eager to hear an explanation from Secretary of State John Kerry when he and other senior administration officials testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee yesterday.
The hearing produced a new bombshell:
In its investigation of Iran’s past nuclear-weapons-related work, the IAEA will rely on Iran to collect samples at its Parchin military base and other locations.
As a former intelligence analyst experienced in the collection of environmental samples for investigations of weapons of mass destruction, I found this allegation impossible to believe when I heard Senator James Risch (R., Idaho) make it yesterday morning..."

What could possibly go wrong?-----Obama collecting personal data for a secret race database

Obama collecting personal data for a secret race database | New York Post:
"A key part of President Obama’s legacy will be the fed’s unprecedented collection of sensitive data on Americans by race.
The government is prying into our most personal information at the most local levels, all for the purpose of “racial and economic justice.”
Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.
This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against:
banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities;
schools that suspend too many blacks;
cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and
employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.
Big Brother Barack wants the databases operational before he leaves office, and much of the data in them will be posted online.
So civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups will be able to exploit them to show patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even if no other evidence of discrimination exists."
