Cherishing Old Glory -- and the freedom it represents - Washington Times:

It’s more than barbecues, beach days and long weekends. Pop taught me never to let our flag touch the ground. So many Americans have willingly given up their lives so that our flag would never, ever, feel the earth beneath it. Memorial Day is about remembering and honoring those selfless, brave American heroes.
Take some time to teach your children and grandchildren the reason we celebrate Memorial Day. I’m pretty sure that, just like me, they’ll remember the lesson for the rest of their lives."

Fallen 9000......Normandy Beach

Fallen 9000......Normandy Beach – The Naples Museum of Military History Located In Naples Airport, Naples Fl.:The Fallen 9000
"Fallen 9000,  Etched into the Sand on Normandy Beach to Commemorate Peace Day.
A large percentage of our country doesn’t know of or care about Normandy.
Not long ago, British artist Jamie, accompanied by numerous volunteers, took to the beaches of Normandy with rakes and stencils in hand to etch 9000 silhouettes representing fallen people into the sand.
Out of the Nearly 160,000 troops crossed the English Channel on D-Day,[of course not all of them landed here, there were 6 landing beaches: Utah Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, Gold Beach, Juno Beach, Sword Beach.  and this is depicting only one.
This Story is about the invasion at Gold Beach
Titled The Fallen 9000, the piece is meant as a stark visual reminder of those who died during the D-Day beach landings at Arromanches on June 6th, 1944 during WWII.
The original team consisted of 60 volunteers, but as word spread nearly 500 additional local residents arrived to help with the temporary installation that lasted only a few hours before being washed away by the tide."

Jarrett and Obama are Behind Spygate

Jarrett and Obama are Behind Spygate:

Image result for flickr commons images Valerie Jarrett"Obama may claim a scandal-free administration, but after Fast and Furious, the targeting of the Tea Party by the IRS, the Benghazi cover-up, Hillary's emails, to name a few, Spygate is just the latest.  I use the plural "occupants" because while Barack Hussein Obama may have been nominally the president of the United States, at the heart of every one of these scandals and virtually every administration move was Valerie Jarrett, who arguably could be considered our first female president.
Jarrett, born in Iran to American parents, has been with the Obamas since her days as deputy chief of staff in the office of Chicago mayor Richard Daley,"

The lawsuit filed Tuesday by state Attorney General Steve Marshall and Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Ala., challenges the Census Bureau rule and argues the measure will cause Alabama to lose a congressional seat and an electoral vote after the 2020 Census to a “state with a larger illegal alien population.”"

Obama insists again he was scandal-free

Obama insists again he was scandal-free:

Image result for flickr commons images obama"Amid charges his administration used the Justice Department and the FBI as a political weapon to undermine the Trump campaign in 2016, including a surveillance operation reported by the New York Times, former President Barack Obama insisted this week once again that his eight years in office were free of scandal.
“I didn’t have scandals, which seems like it shouldn’t be something you brag about,” Obama told the audience at a tech conference in Las Vegas on Wednesday, reported Newsweek, which regarded the comment as a “light swing” at Trump.
Obama added that “if you look at the history of the modern presidency, coming out of the modern presidency without anybody going to jail is really good.”
“It’s a big deal,” he said.
Obama said he escaped scandal because he was able to accept bad news.
“No one in my White House ever got in trouble for screwing up as long there wasn’t malicious intent behind it,” he said."

'Madman Theory' Drives Media Mad - American Greatness

'Madman Theory' Drives Media Mad - American Greatness
"During the 2016 election, candidate Donald Trump reportedly asked a foreign policy advisor why the United States couldn’t use nuclear weapons.
See the source imageHis alleged question: “if we have them, why can’t we use them?”
After relating the story on Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough indulged in a moment of shocked silence in an attempt to hammer home the simultaneous stupidity and horror of Trump’s questions.
Vox later cited them as an example of his “seemingly confused views on actual nuclear policy.”
While Hillary Clinton called Trump’s purported views “terrifying” in the final presidential debate, the New York Times noted that his questions underscored the fact that “the more willing leaders are to use nuclear weapons, the less likely they will need to do so.”
Of course, the Times reporter waved off any possibility that Trump was intentionally highlighting this fact.
But even though the Times didn’t realize it, the newspaper was explaining a key plank of Trump’s diplomatic and military strategies: unpredictability..."
