Watch: Crowd Full of Young Black People Erupts When Trump Walks In

Watch: Crowd Full of Young Black People Erupts When Trump Walks In:

Image result for flickr commons images president trumpThe cultural shift toward conservatism within the black community is very real … and it’s picking up steam faster than the left wants to admit.
For months, we’ve pointed to examples of how African-Americans, long considered almost guaranteed to vote Democrat, have been rejecting the left’s narratives and are increasingly climbing aboard the Trump Train.
Figures like conservative commentator Candace Owens have led the way, using sharp intelligence and world-class debate skills to dismantle liberal arguments. Cultural icons such as Kanye West, an unlikely ally, have also come on board — and the rapper’s recent meeting in the Oval Office could be seen as a pivotal moment.

The Week in Pictures: Fizzle Edition | Power Line
"I don’t know what to make of the mail bombs delivered this week.
As of deadline for Week in Pictures (early Friday afternoon), there’s a suspect in custody, likely a wacko.
A deranged Trump fan?
The bombs-that-weren’t-bombs (apparently—reports still conflict about this) were so obviously amateurish that it is hard to rule out the possibility that it is the product of a prankster who just wanted to see how crazy he could make everybody.
These bombs were to explosive intimidation what the Vatican’s Swiss guard uniforms are to martial intimidation.
(I have always figured the Swiss guards in Rome operate on the theory that any would-be infiltrators would double over in laughter first.)
Meanwhile, we have some advance intelligence on next week’s bombs:
(Much here. Laugh on!)

Immigration and National Security - Imprimis
"We all know what happened on September 11, 2001.
But how many of us recall what happened on February 26, 1993?
That was the date of the first World Trade Center attack, the precursor to 9/11 carried out by a cell of Middle Eastern jihadists.
Image result for Sheik Abdul RahmanKey members of that cell were illegal aliens.
Mahmud Abouhalima was an Egyptian illegal alien working as a cab driver in New York.
He falsely claimed to be an agricultural worker under the 1986 illegal alien amnesty law and snagged a green card that allowed him to travel back and forth to Pakistan for al Qaeda training.
...The mastermind of the 1993 plot and of another foiled plot to bomb New York landmarks, Sheik Abdul Rahman, won asylum here based on a fraudulent claim and was allowed to remain thanks to a deadly combination of immigration and intelligence lapses.
...Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution states clearly: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.”
We are not a boarding house for the world.
We are a sovereign nation.
It’s time we started acting like one."

MAGAnomic Release: Third Quarter GDP Growth 3.5% – Exceeds Preliminary Expectations – Inflation 1.6%, Wage Growth 3.8%… | The Last Refuge:

Image result for flickr commons images president trumpThe Commerce Department, Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), has released the first estimate of the third quarter GDP growth for June, July and August 2018 (full pdf below).  The rate of economic growth in Q3 is estimated at 3.5%, exceeding most forecasts of slightly more than three percent.  The second quarter growth was 4.2%.
“Defying ‘conventional wisdom’ once again, 3.5 percent growth is the latest sign that the Trump economy continues to surge,” said Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross. “The President’s actions from deregulation to tax reform have supercharged the American economy, driving it to new heights.”

Kamala Harris's "Ellen" Appearance: Jokes about Killing Trump, Pence, Sessions | National Review
"Democratic senator Kamala Harris joked about killing President Trump and members of his administration in a Thursday appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show.
“If you had to be stuck in an elevator with either President Trump, Mike Pence, or Jeff Sessions, who would it be?”
DeGeneres asked Harris during a series of random, mostly cheery questions she read from cards.
Harris made a displeased face and asked Ellen, “Does one of us have to come out alive?”

WATCH Kamala Harris joke about killing Trump, Pence and Sessions on Ellen... and everyone laughs.

Could you imagine what the reaction would be if any of those men said the same thing about her?!?!
She laughed loudly for a minute as the audience joined in with cheers and laughs.
Even the show’s host joined in the mirth.
Conservatives took Harris to task over the comment, some asking what the reaction would have been if the men Harris joked about had made the same joke about her..."

The Real Reason They Hate Trump - WSJ

The Real Reason They Hate Trump - WSJ
"Every big U.S. election is interesting, but the coming midterms are fascinating for a reason most commentators forget to mention:
The Democrats have no issues.

  • The economy is booming and America’s international position is strong.
  • In foreign affairs, the U.S. has remembered in the nick of time what Machiavelli advised princes five centuries ago: Don’t seek to be loved, seek to be feared.

...For now, though, the left’s only issue is “We hate Trump.”
This is an instructive hatred, because what the left hates about Donald Trump is precisely what it hates about America.
...Not that every leftist hates America.
But the leftists I know do hate Mr. Trump’s

  • vulgarity,
  • his unwillingness to walk away from a fight,
  • his bluntness,
  • his certainty that America is exceptional,
  • his mistrust of intellectuals,
  • his love of simple ideas that work, and
  • his refusal to believe that men and women are interchangeable.
  • Worst of all, he has no ideology except getting the job done.
  • His goals are to do the task before him,
  • not be pushed around, and otherwise to enjoy life.

In short, he is a typical American—except exaggerated, because he has no constraints to cramp his style except the ones he himself invents.
...my job as a voter is to choose the candidate who will do best for America.
...The difference between citizens who hate Mr. Trump and those who can live with him—whether they love or merely tolerate him—comes down to their views of the typical American: the farmer, factory hand, auto mechanic, machinist, teamster, shop owner, clerk, software engineer, infantryman, truck driver, housewife.
The leftist intellectuals I know say they dislike such people insofar as they tend to be conservative Republicans.
...Mr. Trump reminds us who the average American really is...
...This all leads to an important question—one that will be dismissed indignantly today, but not by historians in the long run: Is it possible to hate Donald Trump but not the average American?
...Those who voted for Mr. Trump, and will vote for his candidates this November, worry about the nation, not its image.
The president deserves our respect because Americans deserve it—not such fancy-pants extras as network commentators, socialist high-school teachers and eminent professors, but the basic human stuff that has made America great, and is making us greater all the time."

"State and local governments face a $5 trillion dollar unfunded pension liability.
In other words, politicians promised workers $5 trillion in retirement benefits, but government doesn’t have the money.
John Stossel asks, how this could happen?
City Journal Contributing Editor Daniel DiSalvo tells him, because “nobody was paying attention.”
Politicians keep promising government workers better pension benefits, but don’t set aside the money to pay for them."

"Millions of dollars in outside money — much of it from liberal and left-leaning advocacy groups — is flowing into a ballot campaign to change the way political boundaries are drawn in Michigan.

...A Houston-based group called Action Now Initiative contributed $5.1 million to the redistricting campaign, according to the filing.

European Court of Human Rights Adopts Sharia Law, Rules Defaming Muhammed Not Free Expression | Creeping Sharia
"Such defamation could stir up prejudice and risk religious peace, says European Court of Human Rights – Anadolu Agency
Defaming the Prophet Muhammed “goes beyond the permissible limits of an objective debate” and “could stir up prejudice and put at risk religious peace” and thus exceeds the permissible limits of freedom of expression, ruled the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on Thursday, upholding a lower court decision.
The Court of Human Rights (ECHR) recently ruled that freedom of speech must be balanced with “protecting the religious feelings” of others.
Hence, Europeans are no longer allowed to call Muhammad offensive names like “pedophile,” even though he had sex with a prepubescent nine-year-old girl named Aisha..."

Criminal Conviction of Woman Stating Muhammad Was a Pedophile is Upheld by European Court of Human Rights - Geller Report:

Raymond Ibrahim at Jihad Watch:
Image result for flickr commons images KoranConsider, for example, this Muslim cleric discussing Muhammad’s marriage to the child Aisha when she was nine. Far from blushing for shame, the cleric actually uses this anecdote to boast of the prophet’s “patience” and “magnanimity.” Translation of relevant excerpt follows:

The story of the prophet’s marriage to Aisha reveals to us aspects like the prophet’s conduct with Aisha, and more importantly the aspect regarding the relationship between the husband and wife, to show how one should treat his wife, just as the prophet did with Aisha.
We know that Asia’s mother went to take her down from the swing that she was playing on to fix her hair and prepare her for the prophet so he could enter her [have sex with her]–and she did that all on the same day.
