Twitter Bans Misgendering Trans People. It’s Still Full Of Hardcore Porn | The Daily Caller
  • Twitter updated its policy on hateful content, prohibiting the use of biological pronouns for persons who identify as transgender.
  • While the social media platform prohibits misgendering transgender persons, it still has other harmful content, like hardcore pornography and sexually explicit material.
  • Other social media platforms ban hardcore porn, but Twitter has failed to keep it off the site, calling into question what the company views as violent and harmful content.
See the source imageTwitter banned the use of biological pronouns to refer to transgender persons, adding a clause prohibiting the practice to its policy regarding hateful conduct.
...The media platform also writes it is “committed to combating abuse motivated by hatred, prejudice or intolerance.”
” … targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals,” is also banned, according to the updated policy rules.
...Deadnaming refers to using the “dead name,” the name they used before transitioning, to describe or address a transgender person.
Conservative speaker Ben Shapiro commented on the change.
So Twitter is now banning people for stating the basic scientific fact that men are men and women are women, and that men cannot become women simply by thinking themselves so. Simply lying-----The Media's Credibility Is Dead

The Media's Credibility Is Dead
"It's common knowledge that distrust in media is at an all-time high.
...According to the last media survey from McLaughlin & Associates, voters who see anti-Trump bias in the news media outnumber voters who don't at about a 5-to-1 clip.
In 2018, the mainstream media aren't even attempting to camouflage their hyper-progressive bias.
...We'll start with the Daily Beast, a left-leaning outlet known for using ultra-sensationalized rhetoric with a strong liberal spin.
See the source imageLike a majority of media outlets, the Daily Beast...attempting to smear conservative author and One America News contributor Jack Posobiec.
In a column about two arrested Washington, D.C. brothers with ties to neo-Nazi movements, the Daily Beast edited a cropped a picture of Posobiec and paired it with an image of racist (and irrelevant) loudmouth Richard Spencer and Charlottesville Unite the Right Organizer Jason Kessler.  The worse part about the image is that it's edited to make it appear as though Posobiec were giving a Nazi salute.
What the Daily Beast doesn't mention is that Posobiec has constantly disavowed racism, and what the site cropped is an image of him next to a black Trump-supporter at a rally specifically designed to stand against political violence.
In one fell swoop, the Daily Beast has completely distorted reality.
Posobiec had nothing to do with the racist brothers arrested in Virginia on weapons charges, but the Daily Beast couldn't pass up an attempt to smear Posobiec to rile up its reader base and feed into its construction of Posobiec as a right-wing villain.
This anecdote is all too familiar in today's media climate.
In 2018, if you're a conservative white male, you're at risk of being labeled a white supremacists (see Steve King) or a flat-out Nazi..."

Border Agents: Rock-Throwing Migrants Pushed Women And Children To Front Of Horde | The Daily Caller:

Image result for flickr commons images Pile of rocksBorder Patrol agents revealed in interviews that the migrants storming the U.S.-Mexico border over the weekend were using women and children as human shields as they launched rocks at agents.
Border Patrol unleashed tear gas and pepper balls to disperse the crowd of migrants trying to cross the border in Tijuana, Mexico on Sunday. According to San Diego Chief Border Patrol Agent Rodney Scott, agents did not use dispersion techniques until after migrants had struck several agents with projectiles.
“Several agents were actually struck by rocks,” Scott said, before revealing that the migrants pushed women and children to the front of their group to discourage agents from responding to rock-throwing with force.

To Persuade Conservatives 'Global Warming' is Real, Read This
"Here we go again…
A new bombshell report from the United States government has been released on the issue of “Climate Change,” which says that we are all soon going to be destroyed by the impact of rising temperatures.
Liberals and the media have, predictably, pounced on the findings as vindication of their already religious-level belief in the concept.
...I do not currently believe that the case for catastrophic man-made Global Warming/Climate Change has been convincingly made.
In fact I am offended by the extreme arrogance of those who routinely act like holding such a position is akin to committing blasphemy against some sort of new-age religion.
If the proof is so damn overwhelming, then why not just persuade us conservatives with the facts?
Contrary to liberal perception, there actually are some sound reasons for the reluctance of many conservatives to buy into cataclysmic climate scenarios.
Here are ten of them:

  • A dramatic change in branding: When the name got altered from “Global Warming” to “Climate Change,” it felt like we were being scammed and that, because it was still getting very cold in all the places where it should be, liberals simply needed a re-branding which gave them more flexibility...
  • The climate has always changed..
  • “The debate is over” argument...
  • Over-the-top predictions that never seem to come true...
  • Where is the real world impact?: As Walter Mondale famously asked of Gary Hart (via a then-famous Wendy’s commercial), “Where’s the beef?” If the climate is obviously changing so rapidly, why aren’t we seeing clear-cut deviations from what we are used to?...
  • Doom is always just far enough away: History has shown us that there is very little downside to someone claiming that, unless we listen to them, we are all doomed (it’s literally a “can’t lose” prediction!)...

That’s just ten reasons why there is skepticism on the right, and why liberal efforts to quash that skepticism continue to fail.

Junk Science Has Become a Profitable Industry. Who Will Stop It? | RealClearScience
"Should we believe the headline, “Drinking four cups of coffee daily lowers risk of death”?
How about, “Mouthwash May Trigger Diabetes. . .”?
Should we really eat more, not less, fat?
And what should we make of data that suggest people with spouses live longer?
See the source imageThese sorts of conclusions, from supposedly scientific studies, seem to vary from month to month, leading to ever-shifting “expert” recommendations.
However, most of their admonitions are based on flawed research that produces results worthy of daytime TV.
Misleading research is costly to society directly because much of it is supported by the federal government, and indirectly, when it gives rise to unwise, harmful public policy.
Social science studies are notorious offenders.
A landmark study in the journal Nature Human Behaviour in August reported the results of efforts to replicate 21 social science studies published in the prestigious journals Nature and Science between 2010 and 2015
...One out of the four Nature papers and seven of the seventeen Science papers evaluated did not replicate, a shocking result for two prestigious scientific journals.
The authors noted two kinds of flaws in the original studies: false positives and inflated effect sizes..."

How to steal an election.--Another "simple mistake".-----Wrong winner certified in GRCC trustee election

See the source imageWrong winner certified in GRCC trustee election
"GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Kent County mistakenly certified the wrong winner for a seat on the Grand Rapids Community College Board of Trustees.
The local elections director is reaching out to the state Bureau of Elections to determine what to do next.
It's a result that has gone back and forth a couple of times.
On election night, Kathy Crosby and Sheryl Siegel were announced as the winners of two open trustee seats, beating Carlos Sanchez and Troy Williams.
But Monday, 24 Hour News 8 learned that the initial results counted only votes from Kent County and not from four other counties: Barry, Ionia, Ottawa and Newaygo.
Once those numbers were added in, Kent County election officials declared that Sanchez, the incumbent, actually beat Siegel.
...But less than an hour later, Uzarski called 24 Hour News 8 to say the results on the form were inaccurate.
He said he mistyped the number of votes for Siegel from Barry County..."

And as you read further in the "demands," you can read that they also want American officials prosecuted. This is the caravan agenda as it throws hapless women and children in front of the cameras, leaves Tijuana a humanitarian disaster, and leaves Mexico with the prospect of a completely shut down border. As the leftists say: By any means necessary, and those migrants are their easily expendable pawns. Now is the scenario clearer?

Next Thursday, I will get a vagina.
The procedure will last around six hours, and I will be in recovery for at least three months.
Until the day I die, my body will regard the vagina as a wound; as a result, it will require regular, painful attention to maintain.
This is what I want, but there is no guarantee it will make me happier.
In fact, I don’t expect it to.
That shouldn’t disqualify me from getting it..."

General Motors And General Electric Were Both Victimized By The Same Ponzi Scheme, And They Are Both Telling Us The U.S. Economy Is In HUGE Trouble
"America’s twin economic “generals” are both in very deep trouble.
  • General Electric was founded in 1892, and it was once one of the most powerful corporations on the entire planet. But now it is drowning in so much debt that it may be forced into bankruptcy.
  • General Motors was founded in 1908, and at one time it was the largest automaker that the world had ever seen. But now it is closing a bunch of factories and laying off approximately 14,000 workers as it anticipates disappointing sales and a slowing economy.
If the U.S. economy really was “booming”, both of these companies would probably be thriving.
But as you will see below, both of them have been victimized by the exact same Ponzi scheme, and both firms are sending us very clear signals that the U.S. economy is heading for troubled waters.
Whenever you hear the word “restructuring”, that is always a sign that things are not going well for a company.

And it turns out that GM’s “restructuring” is actually going to cost the firm 3.8 billion dollars
See the source image
General Motors said Monday it plans to effectively halt production at a number of plants in the U.S. and Canada next year and cut more than 14,000 jobs in a massive restructuring that will cost up to $3.8 billion.
Of course GM doesn’t have 3.8 billion dollars just lying around, and so they are actually going to have to borrow money in order to close these plants and lay off these workers..."

Why China Can't Win

Why China Can't Winby Ed Duffy
"I’ve never bought into the hype that China would soon become the worlds global economic super power.
They don’t innovate, they steal.
They inflate their numbers by building highways nobody drives on to cities nobody lives in.
It’s a sham designed to promote buy-in for statism.
It’s a lie that western fans of big government are happy to repeat and promote.
Image result for Why China Can't WinHowever, reality is not on their side.
Free markets work better than central control, every time. China (also N. Korea and Venezuela) have announced that they’ll soon begin using a new social credit system.
Every citizen will be issued a card, or perhaps in the future an implanted chip or tattoo, that is linked to their profile.
They will be rewarded for activities and choices the state likes and punished for those the state does not.
Of course the state has a lot more punishment than it has reward, so i expect it will be a lot of stick and very little carrot.
...This is a great experiment.
China says they’ll have their system completely up and running by the end of 2020.
One of two things will happen.
China’s economy and individual quality of life will plummet faster than it is now, or I’m completely wrong and they’ll build the perfect society for the future that we’ll all happily adopt.
I hope the western press pays attention and honestly reports on what’s going on in China over the next several years.
...Pundits tell you what people think they think.
Cash flow shows you what they’re actually doing.
Follow the money."

...Even before Cook Scott stopped coming to work, she wasn’t doing a stellar job. The Mackinac Center for Public Policy tracks the votes of all lawmakers, and found that over her three terms in the House, Cook Scott missed 584 votes -- and 197 votes this session alone.
This is another reason voters must choose their elected leaders carefully..."

Trump: ‘I don’t believe it’ - Video - Ice Age Now

Trump: ‘I don’t believe it’ - Video - Ice Age Now
"Stick to your guns, President Trump.
Right now, today, we are living through one of the coldest periods in geologic history.
Refusing to let the wool be pulled over his eyes, U.S President Donald Trump rejected the conclusion of a government climate report compiled by 13 federal agencies.
The study concluded – very mistakenly, I believe – that climate change was man-made, and would have devastating effects on the world’s economy unless addressed soon.
The study says “Earth’s climate is now changing faster than at any point in the history of modern civilization, primarily as a result of human activities.” (Italics added)
“At any point in the history of modern civilization.”
What does that mean?
It means we’re supposed to ignore all of the rest of the millions upon millions of years of climate history.
It means we’re supposed to ignore the fact the the earth has been much warmer than today throughout the great preponderance of those millions of years, all without any help from humans.
But now, based on a report that covers only a minuscule window of time, we’re supposed to destroy civilization in order to “save” it?
The fact is that it is colder right now than throughout almost all of history.
Look at this chart. The blue line shows temperatures for the past 600 million years.
Look at the far right side of the chart (today), and you’ll see that blue line plunge to its lowest point in almost 250 million years.
There have been only two periods in the past 600 million years when it has been colder than today.
Right now, today, we are living through one of the coldest periods in geologic history. The last few year’s minor rise in temperature is too minuscule to even show up on the chart.
Anyone who says we’re enduring “unprecedented global warming” is either lying or woefully misinformed.
Stick to your guns, President Trump!

Pentagon Caught in a Perfect Political StormThe American Spectator

Pentagon Caught in a Perfect Political StormThe American Spectator
"The Democrat takeover of the House means ever further setbacks U.S. defense readiness.
...On the day before the election I warned that if the Democrats took control of either house of Congress, they’d immediately return to their old ways of slashing the Pentagon’s budget.
That prediction is hardly profound: it’s merely a recognition of the Democrats’ ideology and their actions over the last sixty years.
Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA) is slated to become chairman of the House Armed Services Committee.
...He’s said that he wants to fundamentally reset our policy on nuclear weapons and that the recapitalization of the nuke forces was too expensive and unnecessary.
Smith, like former president Obama and his first secretary of defense, Robert Gates, wants to cut military spending for the cuts’ own sake.
...In 2017, Congress created and funded a commission to study Trump’s then-new National Defense Strategy.
The bipartisan commission was co-chaired by Amb. Eric Edelman and retired admiral Gary Roughead.
Its report, “Providing for the Common Defense,” came out last week.
...The commission’s report reached the unnerving conclusion that, “The U.S. military could suffer unacceptably high casualties and loss of major capital assets in its next conflict. It might struggle to win, or perhaps lose, a war against China or Russia.”
The report went on to say that, “We are concerned that the NDS too often rests on questionable assumptions and weak analysis, and it leaves unanswered critical questions regarding how the United States will meet the challenges of a more dangerous world.”
The commission recommended that the DoD budget needs to grow in real terms (regardless of inflation) by about 3-5% annually..."
