(FOX 2) - Michigan's Secretary of State system was beset with issues after a system upgrade earlier this month that was supposed to make everything better in the long run.
The issues and wait times were especially bad on Wednesday, when customers told us the text notification system was not accurately predicting wait times. 

We were told the self-service kiosks were also down - and many waited 3 or 4 hours for routine services.
"I came here at 2:30 and was told it was a three to four-hour wait," one woman at the Secretary of State branch in Novi told us.
..."I got in line about 2 o'clock and they said the estimated wait time was 220 minutes," Alex Tartaglia told us..."

The international delivery company UPS will no long deliver packages in a Muslim-majority neighborhood in Malmo, Sweden, for security reasons.
The Swedish daily newspaper Sydsvenskan reported a customer in the Rosengard district of Malmo received notice from UPS that the company no longer delivers to private addresses there because of the risk of being exposed to robbery or other crimes.
PostNord Sverige, the Swedish postal company, does not deliver packages to another area in Malmo, Seved.
“We must think of our staff in the first place,” said Mathias Krummel of PostNord.
A UPS employee said home delivery in Rosengard was stopped two months ago after drivers were attacked.
Even in some areas in Stockholm, UPS has stopped the delivery of parcels, Sydsvenskan reported.

"Over the past few weeks I have given several descriptions of the Colorado sex ed bill, HB-1032. However, it is such a complicated and comprehensive bill it is hard to capture all that is within this legislation.
Here is another facet to this radical bill, this time considering what is not included.
The most glaring omission is anything relating to heterosexual marriage. 

The bill bends over backwards to require the instruction of other human relationships, including the entire LGBT+ spectrum and even singles out a requirement that “immigrant communities” be represented in the discussions. 

However, nowhere is there anything that would indicate that “comprehensive human sexuality education” includes instruction on sexuality within the context of a heterosexual marriage.
A quick search of the reengrossed version of the bill yields not one use of the words “marriage,” “baby,” “child,” “wife,” “husband,” “man,” or “woman.” 

The word “children” is only found in an amendment Republican House members included in a part of the bill that will not become a part of the statutory law and that was adopted after a very long and contentious debate in second reading..."

• “And it does lead young people to have a legitimate question: is it OK to still have children?” she said.
• She wants to have a “a full transition off fossil fuels and zero greenhouse gases” in the next decade.
• And her Green New Deal insists that we need to “totally overhaul transportation by massively expanding electric vehicle manufacturing, build charging stations everywhere, build out high-speed rail … create affordable public transit available to all, with goal to replace every combustion-engine vehicle,” The Post reported.

But the woman who boasts of a “razor-sharp BS detector” seems to have trouble sniffing out her own.
Since declaring her candidacy in May 2017,

• Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign heavily relied on those combustible-engine cars — even though a subway station was just 138 feet from her Elmhurst campaign office.
• … Her campaign embraced the friendly skies, logging 66 airline transactions costing $25,174.54 during campaign season.
• The Democratic firebrand or her staff took Amtrak far less — only 18 times — despite high-speed rail being the cornerstone of her save-the-world strategy.
• Most of the flights came after her primary win gave her superstar status and Ocasio-Cortez spent weeks jetting around the country, burning fuel to support her fellow Dems.

...She did not like the expose, which delved deeper into her hypocrisy and is a good read, and she did what she does best.
She lashed out on Twitter at The Post and its story exposing her as the fraud that she is.

How about this: NOAA has made repeated "adjustments" to its data, for the presumed scientific reason of making the data sets more accurate.
Nothing wrong with that. 
Except, all their changes point to one thing — lowering previously measured temperatures to show cooler weather in the past, and raising more recent temperatures to show warming in the recent present.
This creates a data illusion of ever-rising temperatures to match the increase in CO2 in the Earth's atmosphere since the mid-1800s, which global warming advocates say is a cause-and-effect relationship.
The more CO2, the more warming.
But the actual measured temperature record shows something different..."

Far from legitimately "adjusting" anything, it appears they are cooking the data to show a politically correct trend toward global warming. Not by coincidence, that has been part and parcel of the government's underlying policies for the better part of two decades.
What NOAA does aren't niggling little changes, either.
As Tony Heller at the Real Climate Science web site notes, "Pre-2000 temperatures are progressively cooled, and post-2000 temperatures are warmed. This year has been a particularly spectacular episode of data tampering by NOAA, as they introduce nearly 2.5 degrees of fake warming since 1895."
So the global warming scare is basically a hoax.

India and Pakistan have long disputed Kashmir, but recently a Pakistani-linked militant group carried out an attack in Kashmir that killed 40 Indian soldiers.
The first Indian counterattack by air is reported to have killed 300 Pakistanis.
As everyone knows, India and Pakistan both have nuclear weapons, and it is still not widely known on the Acela corridor that India and Pakistan were close to war once in the late 1990s, and it supposedly required the strenuous interventions of Tony Blair and Bill Clinton to keep that crisis from escalating..."
