On Iran, Commander in Chief Trump Showed Restraint, Deliberateness
On Iran, Commander in Chief Trump Showed Restraint, Deliberateness:
In the days after President Trump authorized the killing of Iranian Quds Force leader Qasem Soleimani, mainstream media reports and pundits painted a picture of an erratic commander in chief — one who had made a hasty, ill-thought out decision that would prompt a new war.
Yet, current and former administration officials and analysts say his handling of Iran showed restraint, deliberateness, and the ability to make tough decisions.

The Double Voting Problem | Intellectual Takeout--Hans von Spakovsky and Kaitlynn Samalis-Aldrich
"It’s 2020, which means election year is upon us.

And although Washington is currently preoccupied with the impeachment melodrama going on in the Senate, we should not lose sight of problems in our voter registration and election process that imperil the integrity of upcoming local, state, and federal elections.
When our citizens exercise their right to choose their leaders, their votes shouldn’t be diluted or stolen through fraud or administrative errors.
Unfortunately, that remains a problem as demonstrated by the proven cases in the Heritage Foundation’s election fraud database.
We recently added 18 instances of election fraud to the database, which contains a sampling of almost 1,300 fraud cases from across the country.
...Unfortunately, not enough states are participating in either the Electronic Registration Information Center program or the similar Interstate Crosscheck program.
New York and California, the states with the largest voting populations, are not in either program..."

"Sean Malone--So... For years, I have been told that China is going to take over the world, because no matter how many examples demonstrate otherwise, people seem to inherently believe that a strong government commanding an economy is more efficient and leads to bigger gains than a free, unplanned economy.
To an extent, I get this sentiment... Because why would anything that isn't planned out by "experts" be better than something that is?
Except... The premise is flawed.
Politicians can't plan anything, and the very nature of a government with that kind of power leads to the worst possible incentives and a chronic disrespect for individual human lives.
And as a result, we see that societies like that do not actually thrive at all.
Instead they are impoverished and instead of working to solving problems, government officials mostly work to maintain control and authority.
And so, whenever something goes wrong, they risk total collapse.
Pay attention to these kinds of moments, because they expose the cracks and flaws in a system that everybody is busy saying dominates us all.
They said the same thing with the USSR, and with Italy/Germany under fascism.
How can we compete with countries that have "scientifically" coordinated cultures and economic activity?
Easy.
That kind of coordination is a lie.
Don't believe it.
China will only succeed if its government stops treating individuals like cattle.
Until then, they are ways going to be teetering on the brink of destruction."

2 states may criminalize forcing kids to 'transition' from one sex to another - WND:
Two American states are considering making it a felony to use puberty-blocker chemicals and surgeries to "transition" children from one sex to another.
"No blood test, genetic testing, or brain imaging scans can confirm or deny the existence of a 'transgender' condition," said Jennifer Roback Morse, president of the Ruth Institute.
"Yet some medical professionals are giving harmful pharmaceuticals to, or performing irreversible surgeries on, confused children."
She pointed out that the chemicals given to children to block puberty "have not been approved for this purpose by the FDA."
