Poll: 44% younger Americans believe Obama had 'bigger impact' on US than George Washington
"A new poll unleashes some upsetting and alarming news about the way that half of millennials and Generation Z feel about the United States.
The results of the poll indicate anti-Americanism, with people age 38 and younger not considering America to be “great,” and seeing the U.S. flag as “a sign of intolerance and hatred,” The Washington Examiner reported.
Young people who became adults while Obama was president stated that they think he had a “bigger impact” on the U.S. than founding father George Washington.
YouGov.com conducted the “State of American Patriotism” poll on behalf of the Foundation for Liberty and American Greatness (FLAG) and it was the first of its kind.
