"Laws either mean something or they mean nothing. There is no other choice."

Laws either mean something or they mean nothing. There is no other choice.--Michael Smith
"Laws either mean something or they mean nothing.
There is no other choice.
The dates for national elections have been defined by law since the Presidential Election Day Act of 1845. Since 1848, every presidential election has been held on the first Tuesday in November.
Presidential election dates are not kept secret and are known by the populace literally decades in advance to anyone who owns a calendar.
To think that laws need to be modified to allow "extra time" to get votes in after the specified date is ludicrous...and yet, that is just what the Supreme Court, with a vote from the traitorous John Roberts, just did by upholding a three day period AFTER election day for votes to count in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania early voting began on September 14th this year.
...This is wrong.
As I said, laws are only laws because we treat them that way.
When we stop respecting laws, we are just asking for chaos."...Read all.
