Florida Democrat wants to ban dogs from sticking their heads out of car windows and require them to be in crates if traveling - TheBlaze: 

The legislation requires any dog traveling in a motor vehicle to be "secured in a crate" and "restrained safely with a harness or pet seat belt" or controlled by a person who isn't driving. The bill outlaws cat declawing as well, with the possibility of a $5,000 fine for each violation of the act, along with a possible revocation of a veterinarian license. The proposed legislation is also looking to ban the sale of rabbits in March and April, as well as at any "flea market, in private parking lots, or at any open-air venue, such as parades, concerts, and festivals."
