'Complete vindication': DOJ cancels Joe Biden's war against Georgia's election integrity * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

It was the U.S. Department of Justice under Joe Biden that launched a war against the state of Georgia's election-integrity plans. WorldNetDaily reported that Biden's DOJ schemed with the likes of the ACLU and the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center to attack the state law, and then tried to conceal its communications by claiming they were protected from public disclosure.

TBD IF RACIST TWEETS CAN STILL GET YOU FIRED:

Two weeks ago, shortly after Sydney Sweeney’s “great genes jeans” campaign went live, Doreen St. Félix published a piece in The New Yorker, “The Banal Provocation of Sydney Sweeney’s Jeans,” in which she argued the ad depicted America “as a zombie slop of mustangs, denim, and good genes, its lowest-common-denominator stuff.”...

The piece was very short, just five paragraphs long, mostly focusing on the aesthetics of Sweeney cleaning her Mustang and lying down wearing jeans. “There’s no irony or camp to leaven the trashy, dog-whistle atmosphere,” St. Félix writes, after unpacking what she sees as the ad’s racial subtext:

“Interestingly, breasts, and the desire for them, are stereotyped as objects of white desire, as opposed to, say, the Black man’s hunger for ass. Sweeney, on the precipice of totalizing fame, has an adoring legion, the most extreme of whom want to recruit her as a kind of Aryan princess.”...

The Ukraine War Was Always Going To End This Way

From the very beginning it was clear that Ukraine’s borders, a relic of Soviet propaganda, would have to change. -  John Daniel Davidson
What might such a deal look like?
  • Simply put, it would consist of territorial concessions in exchange for security agreements.
  • Ukraine would cede portions of Russian-occupied territory in Crimea and the eastern provinces in exchange for a security alliance with the United States and European powers...

Stop Asking Kids if They're Depressed - by Abigail Shrier

Mandatory Mental Health Screening for Kids is a Disaster - Abigail Shrier
Last week, Illinois governor JB Pritzker signed into law mandatory annual mental-health screenings for all public school children in third through twelfth grades.
“Illinois is now the first state in the nation to require mental health screenings in its public schools,” the governor trumpeted on X.
“Our schools should be inclusive places where students are not just comfortable asking for help—they’re empowered to do it.”
Empowered to “ask” for help by submitting to mandatory and invasive mental-health surveys, that is.
  • If basic literacy hadn’t already collapsed in Illinois, kids might pose spirited objections to Pritzker’s sales pitch...

Members of Congress order 'FireAid' fundraisers to answer for the cash they handed out * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

The organizers of what became known as "FireAid," a campaign to raise money for the victims of the massive Los Angeles wildfires of a few months ago, have been ordered by members of Congress to account for the cash they handed out – none of which apparently has gone directly to any of the thousands of victims.

Army Falls Short of 155mm Production Goal

“For a lot of this equipment that we need to rapidly expand capacity, it’s not sitting on a shelf somewhere,” and the Army has had to depend on international suppliers, he said.
The Army — in response to diminishing stockpiles as it supported Ukraine’s defense against Russia — set a goal to produce 100,000 155mm artillery rounds per month by this October...
The service is currently producing 40,000 rounds per month, Warren said — the same amount it was producing as of September 2024, according to a Defense Department release...
  • “We stopped making TNT in the U.S. in 1986, and we were buying from the Russians. We were buying from the Ukrainians,” Reim said. “Obviously, the Russians aren’t a source anymore,” while a Ukrainian production facility was destroyed early on in the war.
  • The Army is dependent today on Polish TNT and has also sourced it from Australia, South America and Asia, he said. “So, we’re excited … to bring that back to the U.S.”

Ford shifts gears, leaves EVs in the rear view | Blaze Media

Ford’s pivot underscores a fundamental truth: markets thrive when they reflect consumer preferences, not government mandates. The EV push forced automakers to prioritize unprofitable products, raising prices and limiting choice. Its rollback lets Ford invest in what Americans want — affordable, dependable vehicles. This could spark a revival for the U.S. automotive industry, with Ford at the forefront.

Pritzker’s $1 Trillion Problem—And You’re Paying for It

Former AG Bill Barr testified under oath today that President Trump is not connected to the Epstein files, and if he were, Biden would have already leaked it:

“He said that he had never seen anything that would implicate President Trump in any of this, and that he believed if there had been anything pertaining to President Trump with respect to the Epstein list, that he felt like the Biden administration would probably have leaked it out.” Benny Johnson
