Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass to California: 'Look what you made us do!' | Blaze Media

Cause and effect are reversed. Your eyes are lying to you. You don’t see that man waving a Mexican flag while he fires off a bottle rocket into a group of cops. You’re not watching people throw bricks off highway overpasses. Do you understand? You’re crazy if you think you see that, and if it’s happening, people like you made the protesters get violent.

The proper term for these kinds of lies is “gaslighting.”

Unfortunately, they have over $1 billion in liabilities spread over more than 10,000 creditors (this big a number of creditors means that there are likely thousands of family farms still awaiting payment for their produce). - John F. Di Leo
We know the following issues contributed; the only thing we can’t be certain of is the relative weighting between them.
  • Transportation costs went up a lot over the past four years, partially because of increased fuel costs but also partially due to other issues such as the trucking industry’s suffering in the aftermath of the pandemic...
  • Food processing is a complex process, very dependent on inexpensive and dependable power. Ingredients have to be both cooked and refrigerated – fruits and vegetables have to be peeled, seeded, shelled, shucked, all these steps requiring different machinery, all requiring a lot of electricity...
  • As Bidenflation (the unprecedented annual price inflation that skyrocketed during the Biden-Harris years) hit America’s farms, agricultural producers have had to raise their prices...

Much here!!-----Summer Storms - by James Howard Kunstler

The key is: had become a Democratic Party op.  - James Howard Kunstler
Didn’t start out that way, but might have turned into one.
Consider: The Democratic Party was up to its eyeballs in ops against Mr. Trump since he rode down that fabled escalator in 2015.
The “intel community” was the chief player in these operations.
The intel community ran rings around Mr. Trump with all manner of fabricated nonsense during the election campaign of 2016 and throughout his first term...
Why wouldn’t the Epstein files now turn out to be an extension of these same operations?

  • The DOJ first moved against Epstein in 2005. The case culminated in 2008 with a plea deal on some Mickey Mouse state prostitution charges and a non-prosecution agreement with the feds..
  • Between 2008 and 2019, Epstein returned to his international swashbuckling ways. Strangely, he was finally busted on June 6, 2019, by then-AG William Barr, whose father, Donald Barr, had been headmaster of New York City’s Dalton prep school, where Jeffrey Epstein, age twenty-one, was hired to teach math and physics in 1974, though he lacked a college degree. All that may just be coincidental, of course.
  • Astoundingly little was learned from the prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell in 2021-22, which was led by Maurene Comey, daughter of former FBI Director James Comey (fired in 2017). Small world. The case only covered Ms. Maxwell’s activities between 1994 and 2004. Why only that period? Never explained.
  • Rumors of a “client list” being among the evidence have never been substantiated, and were repudiated last week by AG Pam Bondi and President Trump...

Tariff Turnaround: Treasury Department Posts Stunning June Numbers

Americans who aren’t used to seeing the words “government” and “surplus” in the same sentence are in for a surprise.

The federal government ran at a surplus in June, according to the Treasury Department, meaning money coming in surpassed money going out.

And it was largely money coming in from President Donald Trump’s tariffs that made the difference, according to news reports.

A recent study published in the academic journal Nature has been making headlines, claiming that if it were not for major oil and gas companies producing energy between 1991 and 2020, the world would be $28 trillion richer. - Jason Isaac at American Energy Works.
Study authors...which was never peer-reviewed and uses a laughably absurd methodology developed by activists whose goal is to do the pseudo-science grunt work for climate change lawsuits against energy producers.
  • Single events cannot be attributed to climate change.
  • Nevertheless, the study goes far beyond the ridiculous in its attempt not only to pin blame solely on individual energy producers but to attach a specific dollar amount to each company.
Using dubious assumptions and their unsound “end-to-end” methodology, the authors cooked up an implausible correlation between individual companies and singular weather events alleged to have been caused or exacerbated by global warming.
The bogus conclusions are then broken up into specific price tags and assigned to various energy producers...

Trump moves to block China from buying up American farmland * WorldNetDaily * by Audrey Streb, The Daily Signal

The USDA and other agencies will look to block Chinese nationals from purchasing American farmland and end departmental "agreements going to people and entities in countries of concern or other foreign adversaries," Rollins told reporters on Monday ahead of the press conference. "Too much American land is owned by nationals of adversarial countries, and more than 265,000 acres in the United States are owned by Chinese nationals, much of which is located near American military bases," Rollins told reporters on Monday. Rollins pointed to a graph that illustrated Chinese farmland purchases surrounding American military bases on Tuesday.

Punishing the job creators!-----18,300 Michigan households could pay more under proposed education tax hike

New tax could push state to fourth-highest income tax rate behind California, New York and Oregon - Scott McClallen
“Michigan currently charges a 4.25% income tax on all income,” he told CapCon in an email.
  • “The proposal would create a new tax bracket and charge its taxpayers another 5%.
  • In addition, Michigan allows local governments to assess income taxes.
  • This means that high-earning taxpayers in Detroit would be subject to 48.65% tax rates when including federal, state and local income taxes.
  • Taxpayers in Grand Rapids would be subject to 47.75% in income taxes.”
The group behind the proposal to add another tax bracket to the Michigan tax system, Invest in Mi Kids, must collect 446,000 valid signatures within 180 days to place its plan on the November 2026 general election ballot.
The proposal aims to amend the Michigan Constitution, which requires any state income tax to be set at a single rate.
Under the proposal, the rate would go up for single filers who report more than $500,000 in income and joint filers who report more than $1 million in income...

President Trump this week said that Brennan and Comey are “crooked as hell” and it made me think about something.

Have you noticed that the corrupt deep state officials and Democrat politicians whom President Trump occasionally accuses of blatant and severe corruption don’t sue him for slander or libel? - John F. Di Leo
  • ...when somebody calls you “crooked as hell”, you do have the right to take your case to court… especially when it’s somebody with a big public office like the presidency, and a massive loudspeaker or just as massive social media account to give his words heft...
  • ...there is a well known standard policy in the law – at least in English-speaking nations (which have famously different legal systems than many others) – that the standard defense against an accusation of slander or libel is if you can prove that it’s true...
So what would happen if one of the people that President Trump calls “corrupt” were to sue him for libel? That would put it in the hands of the courts.
  • President Trump would have the opportunity for discovery...
  • And would President Trump have similar evidence?
  • Well… yes...

  • As for records listing who flew on his plane or visited his compounds, there’s every reason to believe they were not engaged in pedophilia there. Releasing such lists without verification would tar perfectly innocent people, and the president has acknowledged that:
Bill O’Reilly said, “I talked to President Trump, man to man, eye to eye, on St. Patrick’s Day about this."
“He said, and I agree: There are a lot of names associated with Epstein that had nothing to do with Epstein’s conduct. They maybe had lunch with him or maybe had some correspondence for one thing or another.
“If that name gets out, those people are destroyed because there’s not going to be any context. The media doesn't care about context -- so you can’t do that.”...

New assassination-attempt report: Secret Service knew of threat to Trump 10 days before * WorldNetDaily * by WND Staff

A new report on the Butler, Pa., assassination attempt on President Trump reveals that the Secret Service received classified intelligence regarding a threat to Trump's life 10 days before the rally, but failed to share the information with other key agencies. The damning report comes from the federal Government Accountability Office (GAO) one year after a gunman's bullet grazed Trump's right ear during a campaign rally speech. The shooter, Thomas Crooks, killed attendee Cory Comperatore as he was protecting his family, while two others were injured.

BREAKING: Fauci Pardon Was Signed Using AUTOPEN — NOT By Biden Himself!

According to leaked emails reported by The New York Times, White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients authorized the use of an AUTOPEN to pardon Dr. Anthony Fauci—NOT President Biden. - The Hodgetwins
That means Biden didn’t physically sign the pardon—his staff did it for him, just hours before leaving office.
Zients wrote:
I approve the use of the autopen for the execution of all of the following pardons.”
Among them? FAUCI. The man at the center of COVID-era controversy is now walking free — thanks to a mechanical signature and executive shortcuts.
WHY THIS MATTERS:
Was Biden even aware of what he was signing?
Critics say this shows Biden is not mentally fit and that staff are running the White House.
House Oversight has launched an investigation into the entire pardon process.
Trump allies are calling it a sham — demanding accountability and Fauci behind bars.
Is Fauci’s pardon even LEGAL if Biden didn’t sign it himself? Or is this the DEEP STATE covering for its own?

#1 This day 1968-----Hugh Masekela - Grazing In The Grass (1968)

The Democratic Party’s extreme rhetoric is coming home to roost.

If 10 people had been arrested as part of a conspiracy to kill Internal Revenue Service agents or Environmental Protection Agency inspectors, and the crime scene had been littered with graffiti and flyers echoing Republican Party talking points, the New York Times would have made it front page news and would have immediately done detailed profiles on everyone involved. - Washington Examiner
  • But after 10 people were arrested for shooting a police officer in the neck as part of a larger effort to ambush Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Alvarado, Texas while carrying a flag reading, “Resist Fascism, Fight Oligarchy,” the New York Times ran one brief story, four days after the event.
  • And it didn’t even make the print edition.
If the planned execution of federal law enforcement officers by ambush in Texas were an isolated incident, maybe there would be justification for the story to be largely ignored.
But it is not...

We're the racists??

Making PJM all wind and solar would cost over $2.4 trillion in battery backup

I keep reading how big batteries are all it takes to make wind and solar reliable as the sole grid electricity source. - David Wojick
  • The reality is that making wind and solar work at all requires a fantastic amount of battery backup, far more than is possible.
Below is an example using the PJM grid.
PJM is America’s biggest grid operator, with a territory covering the Mid-Atlantic and points west...
My example year is 2030, as that is a standard near-term transition target year for which we have reasonable estimates of peak demand.
Here then are the very simple numbers.
  • PJM’s estimate peak demand for 2030 is about 180,000 MW.
  • Meeting that for 16 hours with batteries requires 2,880,000 MWh of usable storage.
  • Usable storage is between 20% and 80% of nameplate battery capacity, hence 60%.
  • Thus we need 4,800,000 MWh of nameplate battery capacity.
  • Storage facility capital costs vary, but $500,000 per MWh is a reasonable estimate.
  • This gives a total cost of $2.4 trillion, or $2,400,000,000,000, for the batteries to make wind and solar reliable in this case.
This fantastic cost is clearly not feasible...

The Big Beautiful Bill Gives Some of Higher Ed’s Ugliest Problems a Makeover

This law does so much that major provisions—like the elimination of Grad PLUS loans—that would’ve made headlines on their own are now easy to overlook. - Andrew Gillen
To help make sense of it all, here’s my take on the best and worst parts of the new law.
  • What are the Best Provisions in the Law?
The new law has five big improvements.
One, it eliminated Grad PLUS loans. Grad PLUS was the worst of the loan programs...Taxpayers lost tons of money on the loans, around 24 cents for every dollar lent...
Two, Parent PLUS loans now have maximum caps. Parent borrowing was previously limited only by the college’s cost of attendance, but will now be capped at $20,000 per year...
Three, a new income-driven student loan repayment plan was created...
  • What are the Worst Provisions in the Law?
My biggest concerns about the law concern the new repayment assistance plan (RAP) for student loans. RAP largely mimics the payment burdens of the Obama-era REPAYE plan.
But it contains two features that worry me: it waives any unpaid interest, and it guarantees that a borrower’s principal will be reduced by at least $50 per month when they make the required monthly payment...

Grifter ALERT!
