“Governments from both the left and the right reduced regulations. They reformed the pensions. These are things we’re not doing. They introduced private competition into education. … Today, more than 800 independent schools operate with public funding. Private companies run a substantial share of the Swedish primary health centers,” he says.

“Taxes were restructured. Markets were liberalized. The reforms were not a rejection of the welfare state. They were an acknowledgment that somebody first has to create the wealth to pay for it,” he continues.

“Dear American journalists and social media ‘influencers’: for days, some of you have been criticizing and making fun of Paris because the city does not have A/C in every room … OMG, this is so rich!” - Ronny Reyes
  • “As the second-largest emitter of greenhouse gas emissions in the world, you bear a significant amount of responsibility for global warming and the consequences we, in France, are experiencing. Your cities, which are 90 percent air conditioned, are not unrelated to this,” she added.
  • “So please, enough with the lecture. Just start doing your part,” the post concluded...
France has long been resistant to air conditioning, with only 25% of households in the country equipped with such cooling units...

CIA's Counter Espionage Department Investigated Unvaccinated Employees, Lawsuit Alleges

The CIA investigated thousands of unvaccinated employees as if they were potential foreign espionage and sabotage threats, a new class action lawsuit alleges.

In September 2021, former President Joe Biden mandated that federal employees and contractors receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Shortly after, the CIA’s chief operating officer directed the Counter Espionage Department (CED) to begin investigating employees and contractors who did not comply, the lawsuit alleges.

Former CIA officer James Erdman, who uncovered Langley’s alleged surveillance of its own unvaccinated employees, said in an interview with the Daily Caller News Foundation that he repeatedly pressed CIA Director John Ratcliffe’s office to remove the marks on unvaccinated employees’ personnel files but the director never took action.

Appearing on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel, Ambassador Mike Waltz said there are multiple intelligence posts near U.S. military bases on the island operated by America's top two geopolitical adversaries. "Both Chinese and Russian," Waltz explained. "They still have intelligence posts, signals collection posts, and military officers in Cuba right off our shores."

Reducing that by 20 percent puts the state at extreme risk of fuel shortages during periods of crisis, disaster, or heightened demand...

It’s no longer a secret that most of the food Americans eat is detrimental to their health. From chemical pesticides and GMOs to artificial additives, preservatives, and dyes, much of the common foods available today are loaded with junk known to cause health issues — even serious ones, like cancer and disease.

Few, however, know that Big Food is largely owned by tobacco companies. On this episode of “Relatable,” Allie Beth Stuckey sits down with Ashley and Patrick Sullivan, the creators of the documentary “Breaking Big Food,” which pulls the curtain back on how the tobacco industry hijacked our food system and sparked a major health crisis.

Battery Storage for Grid Backup: Better Keep Working on It.

Advocates of generating electricity mostly with intermittent wind and sun, when challenged on how they would deal with a calm night, are always ready with the obvious answer: energy storage. - Watts Up With That? - Francis Menton
  •  Just get some batteries, store up excess power from the windy mid-days, discharge as needed, and everything will work out.
Unfortunately, the advocates never acknowledge that the problem of making an electrical grid work 24/7/365 with mostly wind and solar generation is much more difficult than just storing power from the day to discharge that night...
  • Meanwhile, naive politicians (those in New York being Exhibit A) regularly get duped into buying a few hours or tens of hours worth of batteries for grid backup, spending billions of dollars on amounts of storage that will be almost useless for backing up a primarily wind/sun grid...
The fact that a group of generators can produce the same number of MWhs of energy in a year as the average amount demanded means little unless the energy can be matched minute by minute to the demand...

Wonder why?

Communist Door Dasher Admits Stealing Food from DHS Orders, Gets Fired After Freaking Out When Company Dared Confront Her

A self-avowed communist in upstate New York managed to get herself fired from this incredibly easy gig after she bragged online that she repeatedly stole food that had been ordered by and paid for by Department of Homeland Security employees.

When an algorithm that matches people with food orders can’t work with you, it’s probably time to reevaluate your life.

Oh no, not the "10 YEARS" claim again.

We might believe you over big oil if you guys haven't be claiming "10 years from now" since the 80s. You know they're lying every time you hear a "scientist" say carbon instead of carbon dioxide,
2 vastly different things.Jim Mayer@JimMayer77

'That's socialism, pal!' Minnesota's Keith Ellison makes claim about law enforcement * WorldNetDaily * by Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit

'That's socialism, pal!' Minnesota's Keith Ellison makes claim about law enforcement * WorldNetDaily * by Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit

The Gateway Pundit has documented Ellison's radical anti-police history for years. From his student days pushing anti-capitalist and anti-police activism, to quietly deleting tweets praising Antifa terrorists, to his role in the post-George Floyd chaos, Ellison has consistently sided against the men and women in blue. Police protection is not socialism. It is a fundamental responsibility of government in a civilized society. Fire departments, roads, and courts are not "socialist programs," they are basic functions that predate Karl Marx by centuries.

Ilhan Omar aims to hamstring Trump in dealing with Foreign Terrorist Organizations * WorldNetDaily * by Pedro Rodriguez, The Daily Signal

The amendment to declare that a terrorist designation from Congress does not constitute military action is only one of eight amendments to be introduced by Omar. The others include language to repeal the Alien Enemies Act, which Trump has invoked during his second term to deport suspected members of the Tren de Aragua drug cartel, as well as language to sever the U.S.-Israel military alliance. The Worst of the Worst Examples of Foreign Terrorist Organizations designated by Congress include Islamic organizations such as al-Qaeda, Hamas, and ISIS.

When I was a graduate student at Emory, I taught a class on comparative genocides We studied the Armenian genocide, the Holocaust, and the Rwandan genocide, specifically.

Students, piqued by curiosity, were asked to describe how these horrific events were similar and how they were different" / X - Jonathan Eric Lewis@LewisJonathanE
Fast forward to 2026 and now 'genocide' is mainly used as a rhetorical weapon, meant to delegitimize Jewish peoplehood and to manufacture consent for the abuse and harassment of Jews.
  • There is no attempt to understand the term or to learn about actual genocides.
Few people who scream 'genocide' on here have ever read a book on the topic.
Many, lacking reading comprehension skills, are simply incapable of doing so.
  • If you don't think this is going to affect how politics are conducted in the United States going forward, I have a bridge to sell you.

City Hall defends the map as a snapshot of foreign-born populations, but critics call the omissions cultural erasure.
New York City without the Italians, Jews, and Irish?

Well, Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s “immigrant enclaves” map seems to think so.
