Blacks can't be racist-----SCHOOL: Giant ‘N16GA’ senior prank banner put up by black students

SCHOOL: Giant ‘N16GA’ senior prank banner put up by black students | EAGnews.org
METROPOLIS, Ill. – Two black students at Massac County High School may have spoken too soon when they hung a large blue banner from the school’s entrance with the message “N16GA WE MADE IT.”
wemadeitThe banner was part of senior prank day on Wednesday, but school officials contend the message is quite serious.
“This morning on the unsanctioned ‘senior prank day,’ some students hung a banner at the entrance of our high school with a highly inappropriate racial remark. The principal removed the banner immediately upon being informed,” Massac Unit School District #1 posted to Facebook yesterday as a response from superintendent Dennis Smith.
“That message in no way is representative of our senior class or the Unit 1 schools. The Board of Education and Administration are grieved over this incident, and an investigation has begun.”
Smith told WPSD two black male students were responsible for the banner, and they are “being disciplined,” though he provided no further details. He didn’t explain what the banner said.
“Smith says the school is using the situation as a teachable moment to talk about cultural issues,” according to the news site.
Photos posted to Facebook by Jay Dowd show the message said “N16GA WE MADE IT...”

FBI Slaps Hillary's Lame Email Excuse: 'We're Conducting An Investigation'

FBI Slaps Hillary's Lame Email Excuse: 'We're Conducting An Investigation':

"In more than two decades in the national spotlight, Bill and Hillary Clinton have time and again played word games with the American public.

From the former first lady’s immortal “vast, right-wing conspiracy” line meant to blame the couple’s persistent troubles on political foes rather than their own penchant for law-breaking, to the former president’s immortal quibbles about the meaning of the word “is,” the progressives’ favorite power couple have elevated obfuscation to an art form.

But with one sentence this week, FBI Director James Comey brought Hillary’s latest gambit to a quick end."

Poll: The real gender gap favors Donald Trump, not Hillary Clinton

Poll: The real gender gap favors Donald Trump, not Hillary Clinton - NetRight Daily:
"...The gender gap is massive and currently benefits Trump.”
That was Peter Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll, commenting on polls conducted in key battleground states Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida conducted April 27 to May 8.
These polls reveal probably the largest gender gap in modern electoral history.
2016 has all of the makings of a classic battle of the sexes between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
In Pennsylvania for example Trump leads among men by 21 points, while Clinton enjoys a 19-point margin among women.
The state is split roughly even as a result, 43 percent for Clinton versus 42 percent for Trump, well within the poll’s 3 percent margin for error.
In Florida, Trump leads men by 13 points and Clinton leads women by 13 points. That state too breaks 43 percent to 42 percent for Clinton.
So long as the gender gap remains relatively evenly split, the 2016 election might be very, very close. But elsewhere in the poll, in spite of conventional wisdom that Trump would be unelectable because of the gender gap, it appears he could win because of it.
...That has got to be terrible news for Clinton campaign. We haven’t even gotten past the party nominations yet and key swing states are already within the margin of error.
But more to the point, U.S. elections for obvious reasons tend to favor the candidate with the most lop-sided support among one gender or another, historical data from Gallup shows.
...Trump appears to be winning with men on an economic set of issues against unbridled trade and immigration and in favor of American jobs and economic growth — which can have broad appeal regardless of gender..."

Obama's Attorney General: 'Gender Identity' More Important Than Sexual Privacy, Opponents Are Like Racists - Breitbart

Obama's Attorney General: 'Gender Identity' More Important Than Sexual Privacy, Opponents Are Like Racists - Breitbart:

"Attorney General Janet Lynch argued May 9 that any one person’s desire to choose a male or female “gender identity” is more important than Americans’ right to sexual privacy in shared public facilities, such as bathrooms and school locker rooms.

“This action is about a great deal more than just bathrooms,” Lynch declared Monday, as she announced a lawsuit against a compromise sexual privacy bill in North Carolina that sets a clear rule for when people can use bathrooms reserved for the other sex. Lynch did not offer any alternative rule in her speech, but instead made an open-ended claim that a person’s choice of “gender identity” overrules communities’ sexual privacy rules."

The sanctions include a full year of social probation which bars the fraternity from hosting any events, including philanthropic ones.

Clinton Email Scandal: Now A Key Witness’ Emails Have Mysteriously Vanished | Stock News & Stock Market Analysis - IBD:

"The latest twist is news that four years’ worth of State Department emails from Clinton’s top IT staffer, Bryan Pagliano, can’t be found.

“The Department has searched for Mr. Pagliano’s email pst file and has not located one that covers the time period of Secretary Clinton’s tenure,” said State’s Elizabeth Trudeau.

State was, however, able to find Pagliano emails for his “recent work at the Department as a contractor, but the files are from after Secretary Clinton left the Department.”

In other words, only those emails he sent after Clinton left State can be found. How convenient.

Pagliano, for those following the story, has been granted immunity for his testimony about how he set up Clinton’s private email server in her home, which she used exclusively to conduct State Department business. He is, in other words, a key witness in what could end up being a criminal case."

National Suicide

By Tammy Derouin

Freedom is indeed dying and the fundamental transformation of America continues.  The latest blow however, did not come directly from the Democratic Party, the Progressive Left or Socialist loving, crybaby college kids.  No, this time it came from within the party; Republicans who are rightfully angry.  I’m afraid the anger, although understood, will cause more harm than good.

The GOP is only as strong as the people we elect and it’s falling apart.  The GOP has been unable to fully stop the Executive and in some cases they seem to help push the agenda of the Left.  This has created much anger among conservative Americans.  The result of so much anger has divided and all but destroyed the party.  If it should survive, it will probably be in name only, a shadow of its former self.  This is just one more casualty due to the fundamental transformation of America.

The Left will cheer because they feel conservative Republicans are to blame for all that is wrong in our country. They are in for a very rude awakening.  Cheering for one party, because there will no longer be obstacles, will serve as yet another nail in the coffin being constructed for the United States of America.

What would have happened if there wouldn't have been any road blocks?  We lost a lot of ground but Republicans did manage to slow down a want-to-be-dictator.  Of course, most wanted to stop him in his tracks, not just slow him down.  This has caused much unrest within the party and may have given the Democratic Party the perfect storm to continue its destructive agenda.

What does history tell us about nations that have adopted a one party political system of government?  It's not pretty.  In fact, it is quite the opposite.  Thanks to our self-destruct mode, we are much closer to discovering the true reality of what an enslaved nation really means.  We are committing national suicide.....

Millikin allegedly threatens frats with sanctions for face-painting
"Members of a fraternity at Millikin University will allegedly no longer be allowed to paint their faces during an annual recruitment event because the school’s office of inclusion deemed the tradition “cultural appropriation.”
“Members of [Tau Kappa Epsilon] are prohibited from wearing black and red paint, wigs/and or clothing items that mimic or depict an ethnicity or culture. Failure to comply with the expectation will result in immediate removal from the event, and additional student conduct sanctions,” warns an email allegedly sent to the president of TKE, whose name was removed from the email for purposes of anonymity.
Traditionally, members of TKE and four other fraternities at Millikin paint their faces with each organization’s respective colors as part of an annual recruitment event.
Some students, however, apparently complained about the event this year, alleging that face-painting is disrespectful to certain cultures and ethnicities..."

Test Scores in Trinidad Skyrocketed After This One Simple Change

Test Scores in Trinidad Skyrocketed After This One Simple Change | Intellectual Takeout:
"In recent weeks, the big topic of discussion has revolved around bathrooms and whether or not there is value in limiting them to a single sex.
Although not as visible, another gender debate has been in the works for years.
That debate has to do with whether or not there is value in separating the sexes in the classroom.
Scientists have examined this topic for years and come up with a variety of conclusions.
But the latest finding suggests that separating the sexes can have a number of benefits – at a cost-effective price.
Published by Northwestern University, the study involved several disadvantaged public schools in Trinidad and Tobago that were transitioned from coed schools to single-sex institutions over a period of several years.
The study found that the change improved test scores in a number of subjects for both boys and girls, providing the same benefits as students would have had in “going from a teacher at the 6th percentile of teacher quality to one at the 50th percentile of teacher quality.”
In addition to higher test scores, the study found that single-sex classrooms resulted in the following:

  • Increased the tendency of students to take and succeed in advanced placement courses
  • Increased high school graduation rates
  • Decreased the likelihood of male arrests
  • The study augments earlier research that showed that single-sex education encourages better attendance, participation, and behavior in class.

Separating the sexes in school won’t solve every educational woe in the American system, but if there are empirical benefits such as those cited above, does single-sex education perhaps deserve a second look?"

Have we heard this pipe dream before?-----State puts $7,500 on table for first-time, move-up home buyers

State puts $7,500 on table for first-time, move-up home buyers | MLive.com:
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – First-time home buyers can get up to $7,500 toward a down payment and closing costs, thanks to a couple of programs offered by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
The MI First Home program also is available to past homeowners who lost their homes to foreclosure and have restored their credit for at least three years, according to Mary Townley, MSHDA's director of homeownership.
The program, which is funded through the sale of bonds, is enjoying a resurgence in the past two years as the state's housing market recovers and its residents re-enter the housing market after The Great Recession.
...While homebuyers welcome the extra cash at closing, it's not costing the taxpayers anything, Elsenheimer said.
Money for the program is raised through the sale of tax-free bonds by the state.
MHSDA also is promoting a program called MI Next Home, which puts up to $7,500, or up to 4 percent of the sale price, on the table at the closing for qualified homeowners who need the cash to make the leap to a new home..."

"New details continue to emerge from Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act fight with the National Archives over the release of draft indictments of Hillary Clinton in the Whitewater case. According to the Archives, release of the indictments—drafted by an independent counsel examining the Clintons’ relationship to a corrupt Arkansas S&L and an alleged cover-up—would violate grand jury secrecy and Mrs. Clinton’s personal privacy. FOIA request denied.

Judicial Watch declined to take “no” for an answer, and so off to court we went. The case is now in the hands of a federal judge.

In the course of litigation, new facts have come to light. Under FOIA, the Archives must produce a “Vaughn Index”—"

America's unregulated shampooer menace

Glenn Reynolds: America's unregulated shampooer menace:
"The single best anti-poverty program is a job.
So why does government at all levels make it so hard to get one?
In my home state of Tennessee, for example, it takes 300 hours of training to be licensed to shampoo hair.
That’s right: 300 hours.
That training covers things like applying shampoo, rinsing and conditioning and answering the phone and taking appointments.
Shampoo hair without a license, and you can get six months in jail.
I think I could teach everything you need to know about shampooing in under an hour:
Don’t get it in people’s eyes, keep a sharp lookout for lice and rinse thoroughly when you’re done.
Answering the phone is something you can learn on your own.
But it gets worse.
It turns out that, according to a lawsuit filed by the Beacon Center of Tennessee, a libertarian public-interest group, you can’t even get the 300-hour curriculum because there isn’t anyplace in Tennessee that teaches the course that is required to obtain the license.
So to shampoo hair you have to get a full-scale cosmetologist license, which takes even longer and costs even more..."

11 Signs That The U.S. Economy Is Rapidly Deteriorating Even As The Stock Market Soars

11 Signs That The U.S. Economy Is Rapidly Deteriorating Even As The Stock Market Soars:
We have seen this story before, and it never ends well.
From mid-March until early May 2008, a vigorous stock market rally convinced many investors that the market turmoil of late 2007 and early 2008 was over and that happy days were ahead for the U.S. economy.
But of course we all know what happened.
It turned out that the market downturns of late 2007 and early 2008 were just “foreshocks” of a much greater crash in late 2008.
The market surge in the spring of 2008 was just a mirage, and it masked rapidly declining economic fundamentals.
Well, the exact same thing is happening right now.
The Dow rose another 222 points on Tuesday, but meanwhile virtually every number that we are getting is just screaming that the overall U.S. economy is steadily falling apart.
So don’t be fooled by a rising stock market.  Just like in the spring of 2008, all of the signs are pointing to an avalanche of bad economic news in the months ahead.
The following are 11 signs that the U.S. economy is rapidly deteriorating…
#1 Total business sales have been declining for nearly two years, and they are now about 15 percent lower than they were in late 2014.
#2 The inventory to sales ratio is now back to near where it was during the depths of the last recession.  This means that there is lots and lots of unsold stuff just sitting around out there, and that is a sign of a very unhealthy economy.
#3 Corporate earnings have declined for four consecutive quarters.  This never happens outside of a recession.
...#5 In April, commercial bankruptcies were up 32 percent on a year over year basis, and Chapter 11 filings were up 67 percent on a year over year basis.  This is exactly the kind of spike that we witnessed during the initial stages of the last major financial crisis as well..."

Keeping their friends (contributors?) on the payroll?----- CDC labs repeatedly faced secret sanctions for mishandling bioterror germs

CDC labs repeatedly faced secret sanctions for mishandling bioterror germs:
"A laboratory operated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is among the handful of facilities that have secretly had their permits suspended in recent years for serious safety violations while working with bioterror pathogens, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY after winning a Freedom of Information Act appeal.
The CDC's own labs also have been referred for additional secret federal enforcement actions six times because of serious or repeated violations in how they've handled certain viruses, bacteria and toxins that are heavily regulated because of their potential use as bioweapons, the CDC admitted for the first time on Tuesday.
Before USA TODAY won access to records of the lab suspension, the CDC had repeatedly refused to answer questions about its own labs' enforcement histories.
...Only five labs have been suspended from the Federal Select Agent Program since 2003, and another five labs have faced repeated referrals for enforcement actions, according to information the CDC provided last year to USA TODAY and later to congressional investigators.
The revelation that CDC's own labs are among these small groups that have faced serious and repeated sanctions raised questions among some lab safety watchdogs about the agency’s secrecy motives..."

TSA warned flyers' patience at "breaking point" over long lines

TSA warned flyers' patience at "breaking point" over long lines - CBS News:
"It's the irony of flying.
Planes are the fastest way to travel, but wait times just to get on board keep getting longer, reports CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller.
Now airports in New York and New Jersey are joining a growing chorus of complaints about the long wait times at airport security, saying TSA staffing isn't keeping up with increased passenger traffic.
"The flight only took two hours, but you had to get to the airport two hours early, you know, to get through the security line, which is kind of unfortunate," traveler Heidi Kerns said.
...Even if these airports do follow through with plans to hire outside security screeners, they wouldn't be in place in time for the busy summer travel season.
This problem isn't going away on its own.
The Port Authority says between mid-March and mid-April, the daily average of maximum wait times at John F. Kennedy International Airport was up 82 percent."
