It's the democrat's NATIONAL STRATEGY!-----Is This the Strategy Behind Austin's Mad Homeless Camping Policy? | Trending

Is This the Strategy Behind Austin's Mad Homeless Camping Policy? | Trending
"Austin, Texas, is routinely cited as one of the best cities in America to live.
Er, that's not going to last — not if its homeless camping policy continues.
To recap: On June 20 the Austin City Council repealed ordinances prohibiting homeless camping around town.
...The policy went into effect in a political blink on July 1.
That very day, tent cities began popping up all over town.
Those tent cities grew...
...Mayor Steve Adler even went to Los Angeles and Seattle to "learn" how to fail more emphatically
But what if "failure" is the point?
Since my last article on this subject, a theory to explain the policy change has swept across Austin...
Back to the theory.
Mayor Steve Adler wants to expand the convention center, and wants to pass bonds (debt) to pay for it.
He also wants to spend a bazillion dollars on pet social projects including for the homeless. The convention center is popular with the business set.
The social spending, not so much.
That's usually money thrown down a hole, or into liberal groups and slush funds.
So the theory is he wants to bundle the convention center spending in with the homeless spending, and he's using the horrible homeless camping policy to inflict enough pain on the city to create space for him to attach them so they both get both passed.
The theory has a lot of moving parts.
...He pleaded for a $30 million annual homeless budget, and a permanent "homelessness czar," to work on homelessness.
Such a staggering sum would never have passed had homelessness not become such a raw nerve issue as it has since July 1.
It is the issue in Austin right now..."

Democrats just purged white party staffers, and it's a bigger deal than anyone wants to admit

Nobody wants to see whites take up identity politics or demand a certain quota of jobs anywhere. But that isn't what this was about. This is about an organization that fires people from their current jobs because of their skin color. The insinuation that racist influences led Bustos to choose her staff and pass over better nonwhite candidates marks a continuation of what New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez started when she absurdly accused House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of racism and sexism.

"The ban on DDT may have killed 20 million children."--DDT-Malaria - National Geographic Magazine

Image result for DDT MalariaMalaria - National Geographic Magazine
"...But it was also clear that the campaign was far too ambitious.
In much of the deep tropics malaria persisted stubbornly.
Financing for the effort eventually withered, and the eradication program was abandoned in 1969.
In many nations, this coincided with a decrease in foreign aid, with political instability and burgeoning poverty, and with overburdened public health services.
In several places where malaria had been on the brink of extinction, including both Sri Lanka and India, the disease came roaring back.
...Soon after the program collapsed, mosquito control lost access to its crucial tool, DDT. The problem was overuse—not by malaria fighters but by farmers, especially cotton growers, trying to protect their crops.

The spray was so cheap that many times the necessary doses were sometimes applied. The insecticide accumulated in the soil and tainted watercourses.
Though nontoxic to humans, DDT harmed peregrine falcons, sea lions, and salmon.
In 1962 Rachel Carson published Silent Spring, documenting this abuse and painting so damning a picture that the chemical was eventually outlawed by most of the world for agricultural use.
Exceptions were made for malaria control, but DDT became nearly impossible to procure. "The ban on DDT," says Gwadz of the National Institutes of Health, "may have killed 20 million children."...

The Creepy Normalization of Bulverism | Intellectual Takeout

"At some point you’ve probably heard an opinion of yours about morality, religion, or politics summarily dismissed with a reaction like: “You only say that because you’re a _____!” or “That’s just an excuse for _______.”
Frustrating, isn’t it?
If you’ve supplied reasons for your position, they don’t tackle those reasons.
...What many might not realize, however, is that this action is a fallacy known as Bulverism.
The name was coined by C.S. Lewis in an essay included in his widely read collection God in the Dock.
In essence, Bulverism is a toxic hybrid of two better-known fallacies: petitio principii (begging the question) and ad hominem (impugning one’s opponent’s character without addressing his argument).
For reasons that should alarm critical thinkers, Bulverism has become so common – especially in politics – as to approach the status of a rhetorical norm.
I shall explain that shortly, but first a caveat.
Not every criticism that sounds like Bulverism is a fallacy..."

GOP Firm May Face $500 Per Day For Not Helping Democrats:
"A law in Ann Arbor could force a Democrat to write speeches for President Donald Trump or a pro-life artist to create a mural for Planned Parenthood.
On Tuesday, Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) filed a lawsuit on behalf of a conservative political consulting firm, warning that an Ann Arbor non-discrimination law would force that firm to parrot liberal messages and help Democrats get elected.
If they refuse, they could get hit with fines of $500 per day.
..."On the face of the law, it is illegal for Grant and Jacob to decline a request to promote, for example, a Democrat running for office or Planned Parenthood because that would be discrimination based on political beliefs under the law," ADF Legal Counsel Samuel Green told PJ Media..."

Innovative New Process Converts Vegetables Into Meat By Feeding Them To Cows | The Babylon Bee

Innovative New Process Converts Vegetables Into Meat By Feeding Them To Cows | The Babylon Bee
"U.S.—Look out, Beyond Meat -- a new competitor has emerged in the market of turning vegetables into a food that tastes just like meat.
Image result for Converts Vegetables Into MeatBut while companies like Beyond Meat use laboratories to turn vegetables into something tasty, this new process uses a much more natural method: feeding the vegetables to a cow.
The startup, which goes by the much simpler brand name of “Meat,” came upon this process after using hundreds of millions of venture capital dollars to research how to turn vegetable products into something delicious that could be used as a burger.
“Vegetables are ugly and horrible, and no one likes them,” said Meat researcher Winston Sullivan.
“We tried everything to make them edible, but nothing worked -- except maybe covering them in ranch dressing.
But then we saw this creature, a cow, was eating the vegetables -- because it was so dumb and didn’t know any better or something -- and somehow afterward it became filled with tasty meat.
It was amazing.”...

Fraud and Corruption Bring Big Payoffs
"San Francisco area juries have awarded cancer patients some $80 million each, based on claims that the active ingredient in Roundup weedkiller, caused their cancer – and that Bayer-Monsanto negligently or deliberately failed to advise consumers that the glyphosate it manufactures is (allegedly) carcinogenic.
...Meanwhile, ubiquitous ads are still trolling for new clients, saying anyone who ever used Roundup and now has Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma or other cancer could be the next jackpot justice winner.
Image result for round up law suitMass tort plaintiff law firms have lined up 18,500 additional “corporate victims” for glyphosate litigation alone.
...Health Canada, noted that “no pesticide regulatory authority in the world considers glyphosate to be a cancer risk to humans at the levels at which humans are currently exposed.”
...Jackpot-justice law firms and their anti-chemical activist allies are already targeting cereals that have “detectable” levels of glyphosate: a few parts per billion or trillion, where 1 ppt is equivalent to 1 second in 32,000 years.
Talc and benzene – foundations for numerous consumer products – are already under attack. Advanced technology neonicotinoid pesticides could be next.
It’s all part of a coordinated, well-funded attack on America, free enterprise and technology, using social media, litigation, intimidation, and confrontation.
Our legislatures and courts need to rein it in."

Changing Vocabulary, Fascist Thought - Victory Girls Blog

"The left has warped and twisted our vocabulary so that anything their political opposition says is automatically unacceptable and wrong.
According to the communist rag Salon, telling someone to “go back” is now racist.
A white person can no longer just be successful as a result of his or her hard work.
Their achievement is necessarily harmful to minorities, is the consequence of privilege, and can hardly be called achievement.
The word “infest” is also racist, according to the screeching liberal ass goblins.
“This talk of infestation is telling, because he only seems to apply it to issues concerning black and brown people,” wrote Charles M. Blow in the New York Times.
Please remember that the words “man” and “woman” no longer mean… well… “man” and “woman.”
Men can now menstruate, according to the social justice vermin, and dammit, the box that contains tampons is too girly for said “men!”
How long before our society forgets the difference between male and female genitalia and some ignorant kid winds up in the hospital because he stuck a tampon too far up his bum and couldn’t get it out?
Mashable has a whole list of words you should purge from your vocabulary if you want to be a better ally. Ally to whom?
Apparently every simpering, drooling, mundane sub-moron who flaunts xer/zer inadequacies in your face, demanding validation and beatification of their flaws.
You can no longer use “lame,” because it’s offensive to people with reduced mobility, or gimps in the vernacular.
Don’t you dare use “colored” to refer to “people of color!”..."

Trump Supporter In Ohio Speaks For Millions: 'People Are Fed Up With Hating On America' (VIDEO)
People on the left have made an industry out of hating on America, and lots of people are sick of it.
It was one thing when it was a handful of radical college students who did this, but now we have members of Congress who peddle this garbage and patriotic Americans have had it.
One Trump supporter in Ohio this week summed it up perfectly.

MAGA: Give This Woman VIP Seating At All Trump Rallies After These Remarks
While the Democrats continue to shank each other onstage since their 2020 clown car is still 15-plus candidates deep, President Trump is raking in the cash and already de facto running a general election campaign. He had a rally in the battleground state of Ohio last night, Cincinnati to be exact, and this one woman should be given VIP seating for all future Trump rallies:
Watch the video:

“I feel like the American people are so fed up with everybody hating on America and putting America down.”

Yes! Can’t wait to see you tonight, Cincinnati!
