Must read/listen!!-----Gregg Jarrett: 'Trump-Russia Collusion' a Scheme to Clear Hillary, Undo Election

Gregg Jarrett: 'Trump-Russia Collusion' a Scheme to Clear Hillary, Undo Election
"Fox News Channel legal analyst Gregg Jarrett, author of The Russia Hoax: The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump, described the “Trump-Russia collusion” as “an effort to undo the election.”
He offered his remarks during a Wednesday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with Breitbart News Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak.
Jarrett said, “There was scheme to clear Hillary Clinton and frame Donald Trump. Top officials at the FBI and the Department of Justice were threatened by Trump; this guy is going to come in there and drain the swamp, and that threatened their jobs and their positions.
There is nothing that will motivate people more than power forfeited, so people like James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Andy McCabe, people at the Department of Justice decided that they were going to clear Hillary Clinton of the many crimes she surely committed.
To do that, they had to twist the facts and contort the law.”
LISTEN:

Jarrett continued: “On the very day that Comey stood in front of television cameras, July 5th, 2016, clearing [Hillary Clinton] of the obvious crimes she had committed, his FBI was secretly meeting for the first time in London with the author of the phony anti-Trump dossier, an ex-MI6 British agent, and armed with that fabricated document — it’s laughable on its face — they decided this is the pretext that they can exploit to frame Donald Trump for crimes he didn’t commit, and indeed, crimes that don’t even exist.
Jarrett concluded, “They were trying to damage his candidacy and prevent him from being elected, and when he defied that and was elected, they doubled down in an effort to undo the election and destroy his presidency, and it’s still going on, right now.”
Jarrett cast the Obama administration’s surveillance of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign as baseless.

  • He said,There was never any evidence of collusion.
  • There was no basis to launch the investigation of Trump and his campaign.
  •  There was no probable cause, as the law requires;
  • no credible evidence that crimes were committed, as FBI [and] Department of Justice regulations demand.
  •  There was never any plausible intelligence to justify a counterintelligence probe.
  • They invented or exaggerated facts.
  • It was a hoax, manufactured by these high-ranking officials at the FBI and Department of Justice.”

The Economy Grows Bigly - WSJ

The Economy Grows Bigly - WSJ
"Call it huge or fantastic or even beautiful.
Trumpian adjectives are absolutely appropriate to describe the humming U.S. economy in the second quarter of this year.
The great American opportunity machine is roaring once again.
See the source imageWhile it may be unlikely that growth will be quite this strong in the quarters to come, Friday’s GDP report from the Commerce Department gives every reason to believe that a robust expansion will continue.
That’s in large part because businesses have been making significant investments in new factories and equipment since the start of this year.
Such capital expenditures are not one-quarter wonders—they allow higher production in the years to come.
This morning at the White House, the President described this encouraging trend:
... I happen to think we’re going to do extraordinarily well in our next report, next quarter. I think it’s going to be outstanding. I won’t go too strong, because then if it’s not quite as good, you’ll not let me forget it. But I think the numbers are going to be outstanding.
Why shouldn’t he think that?
Mr. Trump’s cuts to regulation and tax rates are having exactly the intended effect.
And there’s more good news in Friday’s report beyond the increased willingness of business owners to bet on long-term success..."

Image result for flickr commons images nancy pelosiHouse Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi used her weekly press conference on Thursday to rhetorically downgrade the September 11, 2001 terror attacks to an “incident.”
A discussion on the Trump administration’s immigration policies took a macabre turn when the California Democrat focused on the deadly terror attacks orchestrated by Osama bin Laden. Mrs. Pelosi claimed that Republicans were historically weaker on border security than Democrats because they balked on some of the 9/11 Commission’s recommendations.

Jeb Bush's Florida do-gooder with a $761,000 salary

Jeb Bush's Florida do-gooder with a $761,000 salary
"Next time you hear President Obama, or Jeb Bush, or Bernie Sanders call for more funds and programs for some social issue, or else praise public-private "partnerships," take a gander at what goes on in such rackets over in Florida, from this Miami Herald report:
See the source imageTiffany Carr runs the state's top domestic violence organization, a nonprofit that uses public money – state and federal – to finance shelters and other essential services. And she makes a good living.
How good?  In a June 30, 2017 report, the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence disclosed she is paid $761,560 annually, a salary that is approved by its board...
Carr's coalition, a nonprofit..
So this woman, who runs this non-profit group that supposedly helps battered women, is really, truly worth her $761,560 salary, and the state just has to cough up for her because of all the value she brings, or else all is lost.
...The Herald reports that $761,000-woman Carr's group gets nearly all its money from the government.
She owns three houses, two of them expensive vacation homes, as part of a program set up by, surprise, then-gov. Jeb Bush.
Here's how that works, from the Herald:..."

Global Warming: Why Hasn't The California Heat Wave Sparked The Usual Climate Hysteria?
Environmentalism: This week, the southwest was hit with an earth-scorching heat wave, with temperatures well above 100 in some areas.
See the source imageNormally that would cause every news organization to trot out "global warming is killing us" stories. But not this time.
Maybe they've caught on to the fact that the public has tuned out.
It wasn't long ago when the mainstream press took every opportunity, no matter how weak the connection, to blame bad things on global warming.
So far, at least, we haven't found one major story using the heat wave gripping the southwest to sound the alarm about global warming.
This lack of alarmism has not gone unnoticed.
Writing at the New Republic this week, Emily Atkin complained that despite record-breaking heat and a wildfire season that, she says, is already worse than usual, "there's no climate connection to be found in much news coverage, even in historically climate-conscious outlets like NPR and The New York Times."...

More than 20 illegal immigrants have been charged with document and benefit fraud, officials announced Thursday, after a Boston-based sweep designed to crack down on the means many illegal immigrants use to live and remain in the U.S.
All told, the feds netted 25 people — 21 of them illegal immigrants — in the sweep, including a convicted murderer who escaped from Puerto Rican prison and had been living under a different name in Massachusetts, and a drug trafficker who authorities say stole the identity of a U.S. citizen displaced by last year’s hurricanes in Puerto Rico.

FLASHBACK: Economic ‘Experts’ Predicted 4-Percent Growth Would Never Happen | The Daily Caller
The United States hit its highest economic growth rate in roughly four years on Friday — something many economists predicted would never happen.
Click link to WATCH
Gross domestic product (GDP) grew to a 4.1-percent rate in the second quarter of 2018, compared to just 2.8 percent in the second quarter of 2017. (RELATED: US Economy Grew At 4.1 Percent Rate In Second Quarter Of 2018)
Meanwhile, CNN ran a headline in October of 2016 claiming, “Donald Trump promises 4-percent growth, but economists say no way,” and the Los Angeles Times ran a column with an even more dire prediction — that Trump was “dreaming” to think he could hit a 3-percent growth rate.
“An aging population and stagnant productivity could put Donald Trump’s goal of 3.5-percent economic growth out of reach,” the Wall Street Journal similarly wrote in December of 2016.
Businessman and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban predicted that the markets would tank if Trump were elected president in 2016.
And, of course, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warned that the economy would fare quite poorly under her 2016 opponent.
“Just like he shouldn’t have his finger on the button, he shouldn’t have his hands on our economy,” Clinton said during the election.

Conservatives have long been the target of shadowbans, biased algorithms, and account bans on social media. Not content with silencing their voices online, the left now wants to stop the right from using the web to fundraise. Thanks to the increasing willingness of online fundraising platforms and payment processors to ban clients for political reasons, they are getting their way.

"Connecticut may be the richest state in the country, on a per capita basis, but it's racked up a sizable debt worth more than $53 billion – and it could be taxpayers who are forced to bail out the Constitution State, according to the former governor of Indiana.
...And Connecticut isn’t the only state struggling with a debt crisis: California, Illinois, New Jersey and New York are unable to make pension payments to retired government workers.
In Illinois, for instance, vendors wait months to be paid by a government that’s $30 billion in debt, and one whose bonds are just one notch above junk bond status, according to Daniels.
New York’s more than $356 billion in debt; New Jersey more than $104 billion; and California more than $428 billion.
“They’re just one of a number of states, including some of the biggest states, that are in deep water,” Daniels said.

Pensions is the core of it.
It’s not the only fiscal recklessness that they have practiced, but in some of those cases, the bill are genuinely unpayable.”...
