The good news: Another choice for consumers and competition for Verizon and Comcast.

The bad news: They don't have their coverage map up.

That seems odd to me.

If they have pricing and "experience", why not give future customers a heads up?

And this link came from the Muskegon county main website,
http://www.co.muskegon.mi.us/.

Is this an inside deal with the county commissioners and county money?

I'll try to find out.

You will find that this is yet another government boondoggle gone south. I believe the company has been on the verge of going under for a long time, they never completed the build out in Muskegon County and probably never will.

The service is available in Whitehall, and I know this because I have a relative who has the service. Said relative recommended it to a friend 4-5 months ago, who promptly contacted Arialink to have it installed. The friend is still waiting to be installed.

Save yourself the hassle and get a low-cost cable internet package. At least they'll show up to install it.
