But when a democrat ex-congressman and now governor of Barry's birth state, publicly promises to produce the "holy grail" of the anti-birthers and then presents an unbelievable "it's there but we can't find it but trust us it's there" explanation......well.......
What's a normal American to think?

What is it that we are supposed to hold the universities accountable for?
Answer: raising the graduation rates.
Who decides whether a student has earned the right to graduate?
The very institutions to be held accountable for his graduation.

On the other hand, it should remove any shreds of guilt I might otherwise feel when China dissolves into civil war after we default on our bonds. . . ."
