"The committee approved a total of nearly $21 million to be spent dredging 49 public recreational boating harbors in Michigan.
Among those on the list are Hartshorn Municipal Marina on Muskegon Lake, which would receive $175,000, and Whitehall's White Lake Municipal Marina, which would receive $182,000."
