"This announcement marks the end of the solely combustion engine-powered car," said CEO Håkan Samuelsson in a statement..."

Happy Fourth: Obama In Indonesia Says Too Much Patriotism Is Bad | Daily Wire:
"Obama pushed globalism throughout his two terms as president. He entered bad trade deals, signed off on dangerous treaties, eased sanctions on dangerous dictatorships. And his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, sought to pick up that mantle and carry it even further.
But Americans said no. They rejected the notion that the world comes first, and America second. They embraced Donald Trump's call to "make America great again" — and, frankly, they realized that America is always good, but could be better."

"Climate change alarmists often talk about the dire need to solve the world’s global warming “crisis.”
If we don’t act soon, they claim, the world will face disasters unlike anything we’ve ever seen before.
“Trust us,” they say.
“This is science.
Don’t be a ‘science denier.'”
Admittedly, I once “trusted” the “consensus” that global warming is being caused by humans and will soon be catastrophic.
Over time, however, as many of the predictions made by the alarmists failed to come true, I became increasingly skeptical of their claims.
...Below is one example I recently came across that’s particularly laughable.
Enjoy."

“A senior environmental official at the United Nations, Noel Brown, says entire nations could be wiped off the face of the earth by rising sea levels if global warming is not reversed by the year 2000. Coastal flooding and crop failures would create an exodus of ‘eco-refugees,’ threatening political chaos, said Brown, director of the New York office of the U.N. Environment Program. He said governments have a 10-year window of opportunity to solve the greenhouse effect before it goes beyond human [control.]”Published on June 30, 1989, San Jose Mercury News (CA)"

Paradise Lost: San Francisco Leftists At Their Finest | Daily Wire:
"Growing up in San Francisco, I thought I was the luckiest kid in the world.
A beautiful city built right on the bay.
...The constant tax increases, in property tax, sales tax, property tax levies, and continually burdensome regulation has made it almost impossible to live and raise a family.
So, I started to look at where all the money really goes…
The City of San Francisco, a city of 870,877 people and only 49 square miles, is slated to spend $10.1 billion dollars next fiscal year, which started July 1.
You read that right: a city of less than 1 million people plans to spend over $10 billion dollars.
Let’s compare that to other California cities of even greater size:
San Francisco has less than half the size in land area and a few hundred thousand less people, yet spends over three times the amount of money per year.
...Let’s take a look into the numbers.
For years, San Francisco has created and maintained a Homeless Industrial Complex.
One of the most expensive cities in the country literally pays for more homeless people to pour in. Non-profit organizations, many of which are paid to serve the homeless or very low income individuals, will be dividing $600 million dollars under the 2017-18 budget.

How Iran went from being an American ally to the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism – Israel Video Network:
"Iran’s nuclear ambitions are a real danger to the entire world.
Iran was a modern country that looked up to the West.
But after 1979, when radical Islamists came into power, the country became anti-Western and began to threaten global security.
Today, after the Obama administration managed to negotiate a bad deal with Iran over its nuclear development capabilities, Iran is closer than ever to building a nuclear bomb with which it will threaten the West.
Iran is responsible for the spread of Islamic terror and is directly involved in terrorist attacks around the world.
Western nations can and should stop Iran before it is too late."

"Australian academic and feminist Dr. Susan Carland recently spoke about sharia law, but not to denounce it as a sexist system of law that treats women as property but rather, to support it as an effective mechanism for promoting women’s rights.
Yes, Dr. Carland believes that sharia law can be used to persuade Muslim men that it’s wrong, for example, to stone and/or whip women who are victims of rape or for adultery.
Of course, this idea will remain theoretical since I’m not aware of any Islamic Republic in which sharia is used to champion female empowerment..."

Trump Launched An Energy Revolution While Everyone Was Obsessing On His Tweets | Stock News & Stock Market Analysis - IBD:
"...On Thursday, Trump said he was ushering in a new energy policy that marked an end to decades of fretting about an alleged "energy crisis" brought on by supposed limited domestic supplies and an insatiable demand for fossil fuels.
"We now know that was all a big, beautiful myth," Trump said in remarks at the Department of Energy.
"The truth is that we have near-limitless supplies of energy in our country."
Trump had already taken several steps toward unleashing domestic energy supplies, but he announced six more that he plans to take, including
"The golden era of American energy is now underway," he said.
If that sounds overly dramatic, it isn't.
Recent developments in drilling technology have made vast domestic supplies of oil and natural gas available for production.
That, combined with the country's abundance of coal, means the U.S. could be a net energy exporter in nine years..."
