Beto O’Rourke Blew It

Beto O’Rourke Blew It
See the source image"...You can thank, or blame, women who make up almost 58 percent of the primary electorate for Beto’s decline.
Disproportionately, they don’t like him.
According to my unscientific poll asking every woman I see, Beto reminds them of the worst boyfriend they ever had: self-involved, convinced of his own charm, chronically late if he shows up at all, worth a meal or two but definitely not marriage material.
When he should be home with the kids or taking out the trash, he’s jamming with his garage band or skateboarding at Whataburger.
He’s “in and out of a funk” which requires long and meaningful runs to clear his head.
Every thought he has is transcendent, worthy of being narrated, videotaped, and blogged.
He is always out finding himself.
At age 46, the man asking to run the country is currently lost..."

"With astonishing speed and amazing efficiency, the French government declared early Tuesday morning that the fire which had largely consumed the magnificent, 850-year-old Cathedral of Notre Dame was a mere “accident.”
That’s right: Before investigators had even been cleared to enter the smoldering ruins of the Western World’s most iconic Christian symbol, they had already ruled out the possibility of arson.
I am not saying that any person or group should be blamed for this fire without proof.
What I am saying, is that the French government’s absurdly quick action in determining the cause makes a mockery of the concept of an honest investigation.
...It begs the question: Why were the French so eager to sweep this fire under the rug of history?...

Poynter dumps news blacklist amid backlash - WND

Poynter dumps news blacklist amid backlash - WND:

Image result for free clip art BannedAmong the other groups on the Poynter blacklist were Media Research Center, Pajamas Media, The Daily Wire, The Blaze, Red State, Project Veritas, Newsmax, Zero Hedge, LifeSite, Judicial Watch and Frontpage Magazine.
Nolte argued it’s outlets such as CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, NPR, ABC, CBS, PBS, NBC, MSNBC, Politico and BuzzFeed that should be held accountable for “relentlessly and deliberately misled the American people on the biggest stories of the day.”
Among the big blunders, he said, are coverage of the Trayvon Martin assault, “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot,” Russia collusion, the Brett Kavanaugh serial rapist claim and the charges of racism against the Covington High School boys.
He pointed out it was Breitbart and other news outlets on Poynter’s blacklist that got those stories right, in contrast to establishment media.

Stephen Colbert Fantasizes About Choking Attorney General William Barr

Stephen Colbert Fantasizes About Choking Attorney General William Barr
See the source image"Late Show host Stephen Colbert fantasized about “wringing the neck” of William Barr, accusing the attorney general of spreading a “bucket of lies” about the findings of Robert Mueller’s report into supposed Russian collusion.
“Happy Bill Barr Day, everybody!
I got you the traditional gift: a bucket of lies,” Stephen Colbert said at the beginning of his show, after Barr faced questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee about the report’s findings.
“It was incredibly frustrating to watch — filled with legalistic hair-splitting and political ass-covering. I’d say it made me want to wring his neck but I’d need five more hands.”...

LEGAL “ETHICS” NOT LOOKING SO GOOD

{LEGAL “ETHICS” NOT LOOKING SO GOOD:
In Ethics Seminar, Lawyers Say They’d Report A Client For Legally Owning A Gun.
Image result for attorney-client privilege"I have to admit, I was flabbergasted, for several reasons. First, I live in Mississippi, which is among the reddest of the red states. Second, the attorneys—let me call them gun-phobic—were proposing to violate the attorney-client privilege, which establishes one of the most sacrosanct confidential relationships....
Evidence is facts, not conjecture, speculation, or supposition. The only fact addressed by attorneys who advocated reporting the client to police was the lawfully issued gun permits. It did not matter that he lawfully owned a firearm, or had a firearm permit, including an enhanced carry permit...
...No one claimed there was anything legally improper about being upset with a former employer. ...
It seems that nearly every American institution has been rotted away by leftist politics.
So don’t defer to them as if they’re something special. They’re just lefty operatives with professional credentials, apparently.--Posted by Glenn Reynolds "

Yale Barbeque Twitter:@gabrielwinantYale College Republicans Hold Barbecue Next to Union Hunger Strike | Breitbart:
"Members of the Yale College Republicans held a barbecue on Friday next to eight graduate student teachers on a hunger strike over the Yale University’s refusal to negotiate with its newly formed union.
While the eight protesters sat in a tent next to University President Peter Salovey’s home, having not eaten in three days, the college Republican group cooked up a meal of beef, baked beans, and corn on the cob for the local community..."
