Texas Valedictorian Reveals She's 'Undocumented,' Blames U.S., Blasts Trump in Graduation Speech

Texas Valedictorian Reveals She's 'Undocumented,' Blames U.S., Blasts Trump in Graduation Speech:

"A North Texas high school valedictorian gave quite a different kind of commencement speech at a graduation ceremony on Friday. She announced she was in the United States illegally, blamed the U.S. immigration system for her illegal status, and even took a few veiled swipes at the presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald J. Trump.

McKinney Boyd High School valedictorian Larissa Martinez also mentioned she was Yale University bound when she stood before a packed auditorium and declared: “I am one of the 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the shadows of the United States.”

DEMOCRATS Erect TALL FENCE Around DNC Convention Center in Philly
More hypocrisy…
Last week Democrat Hillary Clinton told Univision the US needs to build “a bridge not a wall” with Mexico.
But that was last week.
This week the Democrats are putting up a tall fence around the convention center in Philadelphia.
But walls and fences don’t work, right?

Ten things your town needs to know as it is targeted for refugee resettlement « Refugee Resettlement Watch:
Ten things your town needs to know:

"As we have been writing ad nauseam lately, the Obama Administration is now out of the shadows with its plan to “seed” towns and cities across America with diversity.

President Barack Obama, flanked by Cecilia Muñoz, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, left, and senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, speaks in the Roosevelt Room of the White House in Washington, Monday, June 24, 2013, during a meeting with CEOs, business owners and entrepreneurs to discuss immigration reform. Obama hosted the meeting to discuss the importance of commonsense immigration reform including the Congressional Budget Office analysis that concludes immigration reform would promote economic growth and reduce the deficit. Changing America by changing the people. President Barack Obama, flanked by Cecilia Muñoz, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, left, and senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett are changing the people by ‘planting’ immigrant “seedlings” in towns across America!
‘Seed’ is their word!  Your community is the soil into which the migrants of all sorts (legal and illegal) are being planted according to Obama’s Task Force on New Americans.   It begs the questions:  Are we being colonized?  Do they plan to replace us some day?  Sound far-fetched?  Knowing Obama, are you willing to gamble on that?
We have long maintained a ‘fact sheet’ about how the UN/US State Department’s Refugee Admissions and Resettlement Program works, click here to learn more.
But, I realized yesterday, while thinking about the newest proposed seed community*** in Rep. Trey Gowdy’s backyard in Spartanburg, SC, that we needed a quick primer on what elected officials and citizens should know if they are being pressured to ‘welcome the stranger(this guilt-tripping language is one way they pressure your town!). Update: Gowdy lost, assuming he ever tried, and Spartanburg is now an established resettlement site.

So here are my Ten Things you need to know!

1)  In most cases, the United Nations is choosing our refugees.  Topping the list right now are Iraqis, Burmese, Congolese, Somalis and Bhutanese.  The UN is pressuring the US to take a large number, 10,000 or so, Syrians.  We are bringing in refugees from countries which hate us.  Your town does not get to choose who you get!  You will receive racially, culturally and religiously diverse people, usually very different from your local population and very different from each other.  That old ‘melting pot’ concept is dead because the numbers are too high.
2)  Often the US State Department’s chosen resettlement contractor for your town, sounds like a church group, or other benign-sounding non-profit.  They may have a religious-sounding name, but know that they are being paid by the head from the federal treasury to bring refugees to your town.  It is not the case that they are passing a plate on Sunday morning to pay for this very expensive program. Here are the nine major contractors which have 350 subcontractors working for them (headquartered in over 180 cities so far).

Unions should lobby on their own dime

Unions should lobby on their own dime:
"For years, unions across Michigan have used school districts as personal piggy banks to fund a pricey privilege known as “release time.”
Here’s how it works:
The local union gets a school district to allow union officials to spend part or all of their time working on union business, instead of teaching students.
These districts pay the salary and benefits for these officials in addition to having to hire an extra teacher to actually work in the classroom.
This release time scheme is nothing short of a rip-off from the perspective of taxpayers.
Many of these union officials make six-figures, and taxpayers have to pay those salaries, even though the person earning it isn’t providing a public service.
The Taylor school district, which has run deficits year after year, spends well over $100,000 for four union officials’ release time.
The president and vice president of both the teachers union and other administrative staff work part-time for the district and part-time for their unions.
At Chippewa Valley, the district spends $140,598 so that the union president can spend 100 percent of her time working on association business.
The vice president of the union spends 40 percent of his time doing the same.
Not all of these arrangements are full time.
Berkley pays $128,000 for its union president who splits his time, half with the union and half for taxpayers — each paying $64,000..."

Clinton Email Server May Have Put CIA Personnel At Risk | The Daily Caller:

"Should foreign governments discover the true names of non-official cover operatives, the results could be predictably dire for U.S. intelligence capabilities.

“People really go to jail for breaking this law,” he continued, citing the case of John Kiriakou, a CIA officer who spent two years in prison for divulging classified information that exposed a CIA colleague who was operating under cover."

Predator alert!!-----Man sued for $30K over $40 printer he sold on Craigslist

Man sued for $30K over $40 printer he sold on Craigslist:
INDIANAPOLIS --- Selling a used, black-and-white printer through Craigslist seemed simple and straightforward to Doug Costello.
It wasn't.
What the 66-year-old Massachusetts man didn't know then is that he would spend the next 6 ½ years embroiled in a complicated and confusing legal dispute in Indiana over that printer, which, according to its buyer, was broken.
He would find himself liable for about $30,000 in damages.
He would pay a lawyer at least $12,000 in his battle to escape the legal mess.
And it all started with a piece of hardware he sold online for about $40 in 2009.
With shipping and other costs, the total was less than $75, according to court records.
The printer's buyer was Gersh Zavodnik, a 54-year-old Indianapolis man known to many in the legal community as a frequent lawsuit filer who also represents himself in court.
The Indiana Supreme Court said the "prolific, abusive litigant" has brought dozens of lawsuits against individuals and businesses, often asking for astronomical damages.
Most, according to court records, involve online sales and transactions.
Zavodnik, a native of Ukraine who moved to the United States in 1987 under a grant of political asylum, sued Costello, accusing him of falsely advertising a malfunctioning printer with missing parts, and pocketing Zavodnik's money.
According to a complaint filed in Marion Superior Court, Zavodnik tried to resolve the issue with Costello to no avail, leaving him with no other choice but to take legal action..."

Select Committee Interviews Former Commander of AFRICOM | Select Committee on Benghazi

Select Committee Interviews Former Commander of AFRICOM | Select Committee on Benghazi:

"From the start, Democrats on the Benghazi Committee have claimed there was no reason for the committee to do any work. “[A]s Democrats, we always believed that there was no point in putting together this committee because the questions had been asked, the questions had been answered … and there had been a thorough analysis,” said Rep. Adam Smith. This is why the Minority has done nothing but constantly attack, undermine, and obstruct the work of the committee’s Majority.

Part of that effort includes objecting to an interview with retired General Carter Ham, the former commander of U.S. Africa Command. Republicans honored the request of his counsel to keep his interview private and unannounced, but Democrats decided to use him to advance their partisan political agenda and leaked word of his appearance anyway."

San Francisco Hopes Trump Fear Will Lead To Voting Rights For Illegal Immigrants In City

San Francisco Hopes Trump Fear Will Lead To Voting Rights For Illegal Immigrants In City - Washington Free Beacon:
"The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is hoping that residents of the city who fear Donald Trump’s rhetoric and policy proposals will flock to the polls this November and support giving voting rights to illegal immigrants.
Eric Mar, a supervisor in the city, put forth a proposed charter amendment on Tuesday that would allow illegal immigrants who have kids that are 18 years or younger in the public school system the right to vote in local school board elections, Fox News reports.
...The current ballot measure is the third such attempt to give voting rights to illegal immigrants in San Francisco.
...“It is wrong to extend the vote to individuals who have not entered the American social compact or made a commitment to our Constitution, our law, and our cultural and political heritage by becoming citizens,” von Spakovsky told Fox News.
“It is even worse to extend the franchise to illegal aliens whose very first act is to violate our laws; that encourages contempt for the law.”...

Another Ransomware Surprise And This One Is A Beast

Another Ransomware Surprise And This One Is A Beast | TG Daily
"As if we all didn’t have a ton of real work to do, I just got a heads up note from Varonis that there is a nasty new Ransomware virus running around called Zcrypt and, if you catch it, it will cost you $542 to get your files back.
This little puppy is particularly tenacious as it copies itself onto any connected storage device or service.
That is network shares and USB drives.
So if another person uses that drive or that network share they get this nasty virus which behaves like a worm and they are out $542 per PC.
For folks running Varonis’ solution there are a few easy steps to at least contain this thing and locate the sources so they can be eliminated and accounts locked preventing the spread of the damned thing.
Now what makes Zcrypt particularly nasty is this Virus aspect it has, typically someone has to trick you into installing Ransomware but with this and an increasing host of virus like Ransomware you may just have to hit the wrong web page or file share.

Insane Helicopter Landing On Ship During RAGING Sea - World War Wings:
"Your Palms Might Sweat During This Helicopter Landing
Wow this is an insane landing.
It’s hard enough to pilot a helicopter, now imagine landing it on a moving deck.
Scratch that.
Imagine landing on a moving, rocking ship under crazy weather conditions.
I mean, all you got to do is take a look at the size of those waves!
There is some absolutely awesome piloting skills going on here and also teamwork from the crew. This is a Lynx Helicopter being tested to its limits.
Doing a little more research we found this to actually be an amazing helicopter that could do loops. One of the top of the line helicopters in the world.
You should check it out."

Flying Dog’s court victory to pay dividends for free speech

Flying Dog’s court victory to pay dividends for free speech:
"Flying Dog Brewery will use some of the legal damages from its free speech victory over the state of Michigan to fund scholarships for journalism students in celebration of its Gonzo-style take on the microbrew scene.
Flying Dog first came on the scene in 1990, but drew national criticism in 2009 after its Belgian IPA was pushed out of the market by Michigan’s Liquor Control Commission (LCC) over objections to its off-color brand name: Raging Bitch.
In fact, the LCC ultimately banned the sale of Raging Bitch in Michigan when local leaders deemed the controversial brew “detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare” of Michiganders.

...Michigan, however, found the contents of Raging Bitch to be so offensive that it was deemed a violation of Michigan Administrative Code Rule 436, which authorized the rejection of any beer label that promoted “violence, racism, sexism, intemperance, or intoxication,” a court summary of the case states.
Accordingly, Flying Dog sued the LCC on the grounds that it violated the company’s First Amendment rights and unlawfully limited an open and free market society.
After six years, the two parties have just now reached a settlement, favoring Flying Dog’s appeal and resulting in $40,000 in damages..."

Epic Correction of the Decade | Power Line:

"Hoo-wee, the New York Times will really have to extend itself to top the boner and mother-of-all-corrections at the American Journal of Political Science. This is the journal that published a finding much beloved of liberals a few years back that purported to find scientific evidence that conservatives are more likely to exhibit traits associated with psychoticism, such as authoritarianism and tough-mindedness, and that the supposed “authoritarian” personality of conservatives might even have a genetic basis (and therefore be treatable someday?). Settle in with a cup or glass of your favorite beverage, and get ready to enjoy one of the most epic academic face plants ever.

The original article was called “Correlation not causation: the relationship between personality traits and political ideologies,” and was written by three academics at Virginia Commonwealth University. Here’s the relevant part of the abstract:"
