Indoctrination Mills

By Tammy Derouin

History is a never ending supply of information. Dates of historical events are important, however, it's the story which leads to the events and its aftermath which are the most telling. Recording the facts as they take place helps to keep the story or timeline of events accurate. Accurate facts regarding our past allows us to make the best decisions for our future. There will always be different perspectives. Tyranny and enslavement to one is power and control to another.

How a ruling individual or system of government treats the people of their territory or country is also very telling. The system of government which is in place, along with the social and economic components, reveal a lot of what can be expected. Governments which try to assume absolute power by tightening their grip on the people, lose in the long run. Either the government eventually fails or the fear and false propaganda which has been instilled upon the people, prevents true success for their country as a whole. People who live in fear of their government do not get to experience the life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as those of us who are blessed to live in a society which values freedom.

When the people of the colonies declared to the world that they were severing ties with the established governing body, they took the time to show just cause for their actions by listing grievance after grievance. They wanted the world to know why it was time to declare independence. The ruling power called it a rebellion with those involved labeled as traitors. Those breaking ties, stood up to the throne and considered their actions necessary. It was the only way they would be able to live free and independent. History would call several of those revolutionary thinking individuals, founding fathers.

The history of the United States is truly remarkable. It's a national crime that our public, tax-payer funded, government controlled schools no longer teach much history. But then again, they know what they are doing. If the population doesn't learn the what's and why's about the United States; why we are so exceptional and what we, as a nation have accomplished, the population can and will be manipulated. The ruling party will determine what is truth and will use the press to peddle the desired reality. The schools have become indoctrination mills; another extension for pushing a political agenda.......

University Researcher: English Is Too Hard For Minorities, Teach Them Ebonics Instead – MILO NEWS

University Researcher: English Is Too Hard For Minorities, Teach Them Ebonics Instead – MILO NEWS:
A researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison has deemed standard English too difficult and oppressive for minorities, suggesting schools grant them permission to speak ebonics instead.
The Daily Cardinal reports that the student, Erika Gallagher, “realized, as she sat in her seminar class of predominantly white students, that she wanted to focus on standard written English and how it excludes marginalized groups.”
Gallagher proceeded to conduct a mere three interviews with “leaders from marginalized groups” and found that they all find having to use standard English “overwhelmingly” oppressive....The Daily Cardinal states that Gallagher hopes to funnel her research into a nonprofit organization that “teaches teachers to teach,” and apparently accept alternate language forms like ebonics.
“Just because you speak a different way doesn’t mean you’re not smart,” she said.
“But there’s a huge stigma around it. I want to teach [educators] a different rhetoric, teach them more to be more accepting.”..."

Professional fundraisers pocket 61% of Michigan charitable donations | MLive.com

Professional fundraisers pocket 61% of Michigan charitable donations | MLive.com:
"LANSING, MI -- Professional fundraisers kept 61 percent of the money they raised for charities in 2016, according to an annual report from Attorney General Bill Schuette.
Image result for charity scamsProfessional fundraisers are organizations or individuals who solicit contributions on behalf of a charity, and are compensated by that charity in return.
The Better Business Bureau recommends charities spend no more than 35 percent on such fundraisers.
But in Michigan, some charities are spending much more than that, or even losing money on these fundraising groups.
For example, the National Audubon Society, which aims to conserve and restore natural ecosystems for birds and other wildlife, paid Donor Services Group $82,832 according to an August 2016 report it filed.
But Donor Services Group only raised $40,600, meaning the National Audubon Society got a negative 104 percent return on its investment.
Search for your favorite charity on this list to see how much money it was able to keep from professional fundraisers.
The data comes from the Attorney General's office and may include national, not just Michigan, fundraising campaigns.

Napolitano: Gowdy Trying To Trap Rice Into Misleading Congress | The Daily Caller:

"Judge Andrew Napolitano stated on Fox & Friends Tuesday that, given the multiple ways Congressman Trey Gowdy could “trap” her if cross-examined before the House Intelligence Committee, Susan Rice could very well end up in jail.

Fox’s senior judicial analyst noted that Gowdy and company are “probably going to try and trap” Rice into “misleading Congress.”"

The Numbers Behind the 'New Big Three' | Statista

• Chart: The Numbers Behind the 'New Big Three' | Statista:
"Forget General Motors, forget Ford.
Tesla is now the largest car manufacturer in the United States.
Infographic: The Numbers Behind the 'New Big Three' | StatistaWhile that is untrue for obvious reasons, the Californian electric car maker is in fact the country’s most valuable automobile company in terms of market capitalization...
As our chart illustrates, Tesla’s numbers don’t really match its valuation yet.
The company produces a fraction of the number of vehicles that GM and Ford produce; it trails in revenue and has yet to become profitable
Tesla’s current valuation is driven by the belief that the future of mobility is electric and that the company has enough of a headstart to eventually dominate that future.
This chart compares Tesla to General Motors and Ford in terms of several key metrics."

Michigan!-----Meet The Democrat Party's Next Barack Obama

Steve Russo:
"Meet The Democrat Party's Next Barack Obama
His name is Dr. Abdul el-Sayed, a 32-year-old medical doctor who recently launched his campaign for Governor of Michigan (istan), the election for which is in November 2018.
If he wins he would be America’s first Muslim governor.
And just like Barack and Michelle Obama used their race to advance their agenda against their opponents, Dr. el-Sayed will use his "religion" to advance his agenda and silence his opponents.
Image may contain: 2 people, people smiling, closeupHe speaks articulately, without an accent, inserts humor into his speeches at seemingly just the right moments, and he has the full backing of America’s powerful Muslim Brotherhood-linked network of Islamic organizations.
In an interview with Al Jazeera, Sayed said Michigan voters are having “buyer’s remorse,” and that President Trump’s decisions “are at odds with deeply held American values, and distractions from real issues.”
Sayed served as the executive director of the Detroit Health Department and Health Officer for the City of Detroit, appointed by Mayor Mike Duggan.
At 30 years old, he was at the time of his appointment in 2015 the youngest health director in a major U.S. city. http://www.aljazeera.com/…/abdul-el-sayed-running-muslim-go…
Dick Manasseri, spokesman for Secure Michigan, a group that educates Michiganders about the threat of Shariah law, predicts that Sayed will at least win the Democratic nomination for governor.
Sayed is highly educated, a Rhodes scholar who attended Oxford University in 2009 and became a practicing epidemiologist.
"It is the exact same thing as Barack Obama in Chicago in the early 2000s.
He’s young, attractive, he does not give out a lot of information, he speaks in platitudes about celebrating inclusiveness and diversity."..."

Judicial Watch Warns 11 States to Clean Voter Registration Lists or Face Federal Lawsuit - Judicial Watch

Judicial Watch Warns 11 States to Clean Voter Registration Lists or Face Federal Lawsuit - Judicial Watch:

"Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act requires states to make a reasonable effort to remove the names of ineligible voters from official lists due to “the death of the registrant” or “a change in the residence of the registrant,” and requires states to ensure noncitizens are not registered to vote.

Based on its review of Election Assistance Commission (EAC) data, and more recent U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey and the states’ voter registration records, Judicial Watch found the following counties have more total registered voters than the citizen voting age (18) population:"

LAWSUIT: U. Wisconsin-Madison employees denied coverage for gender reassignment surgery - The College Fix

LAWSUIT: U. Wisconsin-Madison employees denied coverage for gender reassignment surgery - The College Fix:
"The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit on behalf of two University of Wisconsin-Madison employees who were denied insurance coverage for gender reassignment surgery.
The Wisconsin Group Insurance Board had allowed for the coverage back in July based on a provision in the Affordable Care Act (aka ObamaCare), but (reluctantly) agreed to eliminate it at the behest of the state Department of Justice beginning on February 1.
The Wisconsin DOJ contends that coverage for such surgery is “based on a misreading of the law, and that transition-related care is not medically necessary,” the Wisconsin State Journal reports...

According to the lawsuit:
Boyden, a teaching assistant and a doctoral candidate in anthropology at UW-Madison, began to transition to female while in college in California in 2002 and 2003. Her North Carolina driver’s license identifies her as female, and everyone at UW knows her as a woman.
Boyden filed a complaint against UW-Madison in 2015 for discriminating against her by excluding coverage for gender transition care. In May 2016, she requested pre-approval of sex reassignment surgery from her insurer, Dean Health Plan, but was denied...
In addition to asserting the exclusion of such surgery violates the ACA, the suit claims the plaintiffs’ equal rights were violated.
All that transgender people like Alina and Shannon are asking for is to be treated like everyone else, and that includes respect and coverage for the health care you need,” said the ACLU’s John Knight.

No criminal charges have been filed, but investigators say the cash-back scheme was one of multiple criminal enterprises that flowed through the store, including through an associate, Ashraf Eldeknawey, who allegedly offered to prepare fraudulent tax returns to enrich others and himself..."

Keystone Pipeline Could Yield Taxpayers $44 Million A Day

THE DAILY GLOBAL WARMING HOAX REPORT:
"The Keystone XL oil pipeline could generate about $44 million in tax revenues a day once it’s fully up and running, according to a new report.
No automatic alt text available.
“The expected economic, environmental, and strategic benefits of the Keystone pipeline outweigh its costs,” Kimberly VanWyhe, energy policy director at the American Action Forum, wrote in the report.
“After nearly 9 years and more than $180 billion in lost economic activity, the Trump administration has demonstrated a commitment to move it forward.”
The 1,700-mile pipeline is expected to carry 830,000 barrels of oil a day from Alberta, Canada, to Gulf Coast refineries, and with crude at $53 per barrel, the project could yield taxpayers $1.6 billion a year, she found.
TransCanada, the company building the project, initially applied for a cross-border permit in 2008, and the State Department subsequently found the project would have no significant impact on the environment or on U.S. greenhouse gas emissions."

After Syrian Gassing, Trump Must Expose the Iran Deal | Roger L. Simon

After Syrian Gassing, Trump Must Expose the Iran Deal | Roger L. Simon:

"Among the more disturbing questions emerging from the renewed use of gas by Bashar Assad is whether Barack Obama and his loyal minions (Kerry, Rhodes, Rice, etc.) actually knew the Syrian leader still had chemical weapons, even though they trumpeted the opposite to the American public on numerous occasions. Either they lied or were so extraordinarily credulous they believed -- apparently without verification -- the Syrians had truly rid themselves of those WMDs, in which case Obama -- not Trump -- was Vladimir Putin's personal "useful idiot."

(It may even be time to take a second look at the contention of some that Saddam transferred his chemical weapons to Syria way back when, which would be a surprise vindication of Bush 43.)"

University's LGBT Students 'Fear' Arrival Of Chick-fil-A | The Daily Caller

University's LGBT Students 'Fear' Arrival Of Chick-fil-A | The Daily Caller:
"Some students at Pittsburgh’s Duquesne University live in “fear” of the arrival of a Chick-fil-A fast-food restaurant to their college’s food fair, Campus Reform reports.
Image result for frightened college studentsIt’s not about the chicken sandwiches but the fact that the corporation had the temerity to support traditional marriage during the same-sex marriage debate.
Now student senators at the university say they can’t abide a Chick-fil-A location at their school and are trying to cancel plans for the restaurant to open in the fall.
...“Chick-fil-A has a questionable history on civil rights and human rights,” Martini told The Duquesne Duke.
...Martini’s campaign has been embraced by the university’s Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) where Martini is a member of the executive board.
The GSA says Chick-fil-A poses a clear and present danger to the group’s “safe place” on campus.
“...So I fear that with the Chick-fil-A being in Options [an on-campus food fair] that maybe people will feel that safe place is at risk,” GSA president Rachel Coury said.
She suggested it would be a “big deal” if “someone could make a statement to eliminate the fear of being marginalized by having this business on campus...”
