One example of this has been captured in a hidden-camera recording of remarks by Michael Beller, principal counsel for PBS, the Public Broadcasting Service. His words were so hateful and indefensible that PBS fired him immediately when this Project Veritas video went public days ago.

"This past week, Texas State Historical Association chief historian Walter Buenger made two controversial assertions regarding the Alamo in a story published by USA Today.
"Although the battle has become a symbol of patriotism and freedom for many Texans and Americans, like the Confederate monuments erected after the Civil War, the myth of the Alamo has been used to “commemorate whiteness,” according to Walter L Buenger, Texas State Historical Association chair.
...“It became in some ways a sort of symbol of Anglo-Saxon preeminence,” he said. “The Alamo became this symbol of what it meant to be white.”
Buenger is currently the Texas State Historical Association’s chief historian as well as holding a major post at the University of Texas at Austin.
The TSHA is not a state agency, it’s a nonprofit, but it plays a key role in history education in Texas schools, and of being an authoritative repository of the state’s history through its online Handbook of Texas.

The list recounts the many measures the administration took to help create the conditions for an unprecedented economic boom, prior to the coronavirus pandemic, that produced the lowest recorded unemployment overall and for blacks, hispanics and women.
Along with tax relief and massive deregulation, there were the fair trade deals and measures that led to America becoming energy independent for the first time in nearly 70 years.

Meanwhile the left has spent the last year ignoring examples of true hate speech, violence, arson, murder, non-peaceable assembly and behavior so egregious ("fiery but peaceful"?) that they've become a mockery of what they supposedly stand for. It's not domestic terrorism when Black Lives Matter or Antifa does it. Even left-wing Hollywood twits who object to silencing free speech are attacked by their own.
Trump won the election in a landslide so massive that the only way to cover it up was with colossal election fraud. The left is so terrified of the truth that they must move heaven and earth, including trashing the Constitution and Bill of Rights, to suppress it. They are now very busy rewriting not just history, but current events so they can convince present and future generations about their righteousness. The left is not just moving to erase the truth; they are moving to criminalize it.
