A California church filed a lawsuit on Friday against the Biden administration's U.S. Department of Agriculture and California's Department of Social Services after the church's federal food funding was revoked due to its "orthodox religious beliefs" regarding sex and gender, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

Senator Tim Scott appeared on talk show "The View" to combat comments made by the show's hosts just two weeks prior that he didn't quite grasp what it's like to be black in the United States, despite being a black man himself. Scott also called remarks that his life was an "exception" for black people, not a rule, "dangerous" and "disgusting."
Host Joy Behar recently claimed that Scott and other black Republicans didn't acknowledge systemic racism to the degree that she believes they should and implied that "pulling yourself by your bootstraps" was an unrealistic viewpoint.

Montana Republican Rep. Matt Rosendale introduced legislation Monday evening that prohibits the Department of Defense (DOD) from paying for, hosting or supporting adult cabaret performances.
The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the bill, which defines an “adult cabaret performance” as a performance that features topless dancers, go-go dancers, exotic dances, strippers or male or female impersonators who provide entertainment that appeals to prurient interest.
