A Supreme Court Remedy for Nationwide Injunctions - WSJ
Congress gave the Supreme Court the authority to curb them by clarifying the Rules of Civil Procedure. -Elizabeth Price Foley
- Federal trial judges blocking presidential acts via nationwide injunctions are creating a serious conflict between the executive and judicial branches.
- The flood of such injunctions provoked President Trump to take to social media and call for the impeachment of a judge who issued a temporary restraining order.
Chief Justice John Roberts responded in a statement to reporters that impeachment is inappropriate and the administration should rely on “the normal appellate review process.”
Unsatisfied, Mr. Trump wrote on Thursday: “Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country! . . . If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!”
- There is something the justices can do to rein in nationwide injunctions: exercise their authority under the Rules Enabling Act of 1934 to amend the federal rule on injunctions...

Trump Estimates '$4 Trillion Worth of Companies' Are 'Moving Back' to U.S.:

“We have probably identified maybe $4 trillion worth of companies moving back or going to move back. Many of them have announced. It’s going to be tremendous jobs, high-paying jobs, too,” he added.
Democrats Crash and Burn: Message To Musk: "You musty moo, moo, moo!"
No, seriously! Read on about the implosion of a once major political party. - James A George
Douglas Murray, surely one of the dominant intellectual conservative voices of our time along with Victor Davis Hanson and Roger Kimball, just published a column about some of the latest hi-jinks of the “leadership” of the Democrat Party that contained one example so outlandish that I had to go find video proof that it happened just as Murray reported it.

- The column was entitled AOC, Walz, Wu — these nuts are the future of the Democrats?!and it is quite simply a delicious dissection of some of the “leading lights” giving inspiration to those dispirited legions formerly known as the Democrat Party...
Here it is an introduction to a brief discussion of what appears to be the slow-moving train wreck of the final days (hope springs eternal!) of the Democrat Party we once knew and even at times respected:
...A major leader of the party ending his speech with an enthusiastic, emphatic, impassioned “moo, moo, moo” certainly qualifies for that expression! Murray sums it up in with his usual surgical wit:
The Gettysburg Address it was not.Concerning AOC, writing about her presents me with some issues as to how to be civil when expressing my views about her and her abject imbeclity and moronic behavior. But for present purposes all I really need to do is cite you to a headline in the New York Times of only two days ago which graphically illustrates the Twilight Zone we are entering:
But in case anyone forgets, Rep. Cleaver is a member of the Financial Services Subcommittee. And this is the best that he and his colleagues can do? To threaten to stand up and speak out and march and moo?..

- Arguably its most prominent and puzzling feature depicted are canard foreplanes.
For an aircraft that was thought to be optimized for low observability (stealth), range, payload, and speed, not maneuverability, this is a surprise.
- Its potential implications are numerous...

We were running a number of rogue USAID operations in Cuba at the time. — I'm simply showing the American people where your tax dollars are going and how these things are structured in order to systematically fool you and to fool Congress and to fool the White House:

"We believe [this] is religious persecution," added homeschool parent Latasha Fields. "That's what we believe. We believe it really is because this bill invades our privacy, is unconstitutional, and it does. It threatens, and it overreach[es], and it interferes with parental rights."
Some worry that the bill could be selectively enforced and possibly lead to harassment of law-abiding Christians and other homeschoolers, though Costa Howard insisted that investigations into homeschooling families would occur only in response to serious allegations.

The Conspiracy to Take Down Tesla Is Vast, Organized, and Well-Funded David Strom
It is a well-coordinated, highly funded, and inherently violent "protest" movement that is designed by radical activists, backed by billionaires and foundations, approved of by high-level Democrats, and already employing lawyers who carefully draft language for the leaders to use that slightly separates them from the violent actions of their Brownshirts.
