New 'Racism Simulator' Changes the Word 'White' to 'Black' in MSM Stories -- With Hilarious Results

New 'Racism Simulator' Changes the Word 'White' to 'Black' in MSM Stories -- With Hilarious
Results | Daily Wire:
"Uncle Chang," God bless you.
We don't know his real name, only his Twitter handle, and he isn't yet a star with just 1,044 followers (that'll be rising fast).
But Uncle Chang created an extension that changes the word "white" to "black."
Chang's "Racism Simulator," available here, "converts 'white' to 'black' for maximum outrage," the pitch says. "Ever see articles bashing certain groups and thought to yourself how totally not okay it would be if the groups were replaced with another group? This extension swaps the groups being written about on HuffingtonPost, Salon, Buzzfeed, Jezebel, and Gawker to show how much racism, sexism, and outright nastiness they get away with because they chose to target an 'oppressor' group."
 The results are indeed "hilarious."

"5 Reasons 'black pride' is always racist."
"Black guys are killing us: Toxic, cowardly masculinity, our unhealable national illness."
"Black fragility is real: 4 questions black people should ask themselves during discussions about race."
The list goes on and on (click here, then click on page to enlarge).
"29 Things Black People Ruined."
"Black people are more racist than the realize."
"Yes, Diversity Is About Getting Rid Of Black People (And That's A Good Thing)". Ha!
The extension is a wonderful exercise in the old flip-flop, like, "What if [insert opposite here] had said/done that?" It's point is also easy to grasp: What's racist on one side, by definition, racist on the other..."

Hundreds of campuses encourage students to turn in fellow students for offensive speech

Hundreds of campuses encourage students to turn in fellow students for offensive speech | Washington Examiner:
"Universities are the cradle of free speech, where ideologies and ideas clash, where academics and activists can agree, disagree, or be disagreeable.
This is particularly true in the United States, where the First Amendment zealously guards against government surveillance and intrusion into free speech.Image result for Bias Response Teams
Yet at hundreds of campuses across the country, administrators encourage students to report one another, or their professors, for speech protected by the First Amendment, or even mere political disagreements.
The so-called "Bias Response Teams" reviewing these (often anonymous) reports typically include police officers, student conduct administrators and public relations staff who scrutinize the speech of activists and academics.
This sounds like the stuff of Orwell, although even he might have found the name "Bias Response Team" to be over-the-top..."

Congress Slashes Funding For NASA's Global Warming Research | The Daily Caller

Congress Slashes Funding For NASA's Global Warming Research | The Daily Caller:

"The U.S. Senate passed legislation recently cutting funding for NASA’s global warming research.

The House is expected to pass the bill, and President Trump will likely sign it. Supporters say it “re-balances” NASA’s budget back toward space exploration and away from global warming and earth science research. Republicans plan to end the more than $2 billion NASA spends on its Earth Science Mission Directorate.

“By rebalancing, I’d like for more funds to go into space exploration; "

Is the Traffic Death Spike, Like the Homicide Increase, a Ferguson Effect?

Is the Traffic Death Spike, Like the Homicide Increase, a Ferguson Effect? | VDARE - premier news outlet for patriotic immigration reform:
From the New York Times:
U.S. Traffic Deaths Rise for a Second Straight Year By NEAL E. BOUDETTE FEB. 15, 2017
Last year, traffic deaths increased 6 percent, to 40,200, according to estimates released on Wednesday by the National Safety Council.
The two-year increase — 14 percent — is the largest in more than a half a century.
… According to its estimates, 40,200 people died in accidents involving motor vehicles in 2016, a 6 percent rise from the year before.
… The 2016 total comes after a 7 percent rise in 2015 and means the two-year increase — 14 percent — is the largest in more than a half a century. …
Image result for Ferguson EffectPart of the increase is believed to stem from the improving economy, which has led Americans to drive more miles for both work and pleasure.
...Government officials and safety advocates contend, however, that more than anything else, the increase in deaths has been caused by more lenient enforcement of seatbelt, drunken driving and speeding regulations by authorities and a reluctance by lawmakers to pass more restrictive measures.
...“It’s still the same things that are killing drivers — belts, booze and speed,” Mr. Adkins said.
No doubt, but why the change since 2014?
…“I think speeding is the No. 1 problem. There are times of the day when we only have one or two troopers on duty in a county, so you can speed, and there’s no one there to deter it.
Maybe what’s happening is that we’re seeing another manifestation of the Ferguson Effect.
As you’ll recall, as the Obama Administration’s narrative about Ferguson turned out to be Fake News, the Administration ran a massive investigation of the Ferguson Police Department and found … that Ferguson was a Speed Trap!
For awhile this was the worst thing in the history of the world and the Justice Department used their Speed Trap to take over the Ferguson police department.
So, if the Obama Administration is out to abolish Speed Traps, the cops have a remedy: America has plenty of donut shops..."

Nets Cater Exclusively to Liberal Criticisms of Trump’s New Immigration Rules

Nets Cater Exclusively to Liberal Criticisms of Trump’s New Immigration Rules:
"The ABC, CBS, and NBC evening newscasts seemed to be in a panic Tuesday after the White House signed off new directives to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) instructing them to crackdown on illegal immigration.
“Tonight, President Trump's immigration crackdown revealed,” anchor David Muir freaked during the tease of World News Tonight, “The new and sweeping plan to deport undocumented immigrants across this country.
Who will be targeted?”

Throughout their total of eight minutes and 35 seconds of coverage, not once did the networks report on the criticism conservatives had with the orders’ perpetuation of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
Instead, they focused solely on criticisms from the left and were supportive of DACA’s survival.
“The Trump administration today signing off on new immigration rules that could put the majority of the country's 11 million undocumented immigrants at risk of deportation,” warned ABC’s, Cecilia Vega....
...The blacking out of criticisms of Trump’s order by anyone other than liberals demonstrates that the liberal media’s concern is aligned uniformly with left as a whole.
And it shows that they view criticism of the rules not going far enough as unimportant.

The Case Against Liberal Compassion

The Case Against Liberal Compassion - Imprimis
"...America’s welfare state has been growing steadily for almost a century, and is now much bigger than it was at the start of the New Deal in 1932, or at the beginning of the Great Society in 1964.
In 2013 the federal government spent $2.279 trillion—$7,200 per American, two-thirds of all federal outlays, and 14 percent of the Gross Domestic Product—on the five big program areas that make up our welfare state:
Image result for Liberal Compassion1. Social Security;
2. All other income support programs, such as disability insurance or unemployment compensation; 3. Medicare;
4. All other health programs, such as Medicaid; and
5. All programs for education, job training, and social services.
That amount has increased steadily, under Democrats and Republicans, during booms and recessions. ...Overall, the outlays were more than two-and-a-half times as large in 2013 as they had been in 1977.
...—the welfare state is a permanent work-in-progress, and its liberal advocates believe that however many resources it has, it always needs a great deal more.
...Why do liberals feel that no matter how much we’re doing through government programs to alleviate and prevent poverty, whatever we are doing is shamefully inadequate?...
Indifference to Waste and Failure
All conservatives are painfully aware that liberal activists and publicists have successfully weaponized compassion.
“I am a liberal,” public radio host Garrison Keillor wrote in 2004, “and liberalism is the politics of kindness.”
Last year President Obama said, “Kindness covers all of my political beliefs..."
Well, if liberalism is the politics of kindness, it follows that its adversary, conservatism, is the politics of cruelty, greed, and callousness.
Liberals have never been reluctant to connect those dots..."

DHS Removes Obama's 'Handcuffs' on Border Patrol Agents

DHS Removes Obama's 'Handcuffs' on Border Patrol Agents:

"DHS Secretary John F. Kelly lifted most of the restrictions imposed on Border Patrol agents under the previous administration and ordered Border Patrol agents expand their efforts to enforce laws against illegal border crossings. The order came in a memo obtained by Breitbart Texas from DHS officials and discontinued President Obama’s “catch and release” program known as the “Priority Enforcement Program” (PEP) enacted on November 20, 2014. The order leaves in place, President Obama’s deferred action programs for children brought to the U.S. illegally by their parents."

How Unlimited Student Loans Drive Up Tuition

How Unlimited Student Loans Drive Up Tuition:
"Among the many sayings dubiously attributed to Albert Einstein is that the difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.
Lack of limits and stupidity have another overlap in the Parent PLUS loan program, which allows parents of undergraduate college students to borrow unlimited sums from the federal government for their children’s education.
Source: College Board and author’s calculations. All dollar amounts are adjusted for inflation. While observers of higher education (myself included) have long suspected that this open-ended subsidy enables colleges to hike tuition, new evidence lends more credence to this theory.
Several recent studies have found evidence that other federal student aid programs drive of tuition increases.
2015 study found that a dollar of subsidized (non-PLUS) student loans increases published tuition by 58 cents at a typical college, with larger effects once reductions in institutional financial aid are taken into account..."
