...Imagine if a white man had tortured those women in that way and then tried to market himself as some sort of a paragon of racial pride. If some Ku Klux Klan leader set up a holiday to compete with Christmas, every editor in America would direct his reporters to research that leader's background before writing an article about how wonderful that holiday is.
...... If the journalists of America would only do their jobs and inform readers of the real nature of Kwanzaa, it would soon be a forgotten relic of a bad time in American history.
