Virginia Governor today says he will attempt to pack the Virginia Court of Appeals by adding four new judicial  seats. 

With this one proposal, the criminal applet court in Virginia could be transformed into a liberal court.  This would ensure that radical, pro-criminal policies supported by those on the far-left would be the new policies of the Criminal Court of Appeals in this state.

Please pay close attention here…the Governor wants to add four NEW liberal positions on the Virginia Court of Appeals. 

This year Americans have heard the term “court packing” used a lot.  

However, filling a vacant judicial seat is not court packing.
