But the UK is not the only country creating these 15-Minute Prisons.
- They are also being set up in the US.
In the state of TN they are already creating 15-Minute Prisons in 2 cities (Chattanooga and Spring Hill).

Ileana Johnson - A 15-minute city is an urban planning concept where residents can access essential daily needs—work, housing, food, health, education, and culture—within a 15-minute walk or bike ride from their home. Designed to reduce car dependency, lower emissions, and improve quality of life, it promotes dense, mixed-use, and sustainable, walkable neighborhoods.
You are only allowed to enter and exit through one gate and after 100 free exits and enters, you have to pay a fine for each exit and entry.
Thus they control everything about you, including mobility and travel.
