- Current ground coordination of anti-ICE activities appears to include leadership within Minneapolis PD (traced back to 2017 under chief Medaria ARRADONDO, now under Brian O’HARA since 2022), staff within Hennepin County DAs office (traced back to January 2020 under DA Michael FREEMAN, now under DA Mary MORIARITY). As previously noted, communications by members of the office of Mayor FREY exist.
- Higher-level operations and support appears to originate and communications traced to from the offices of Gov. Tim WALZ, Lt. Gov. FLANAGAN, state reps, and unsurprisingly, the constituent office of Ilhan OMAR. Specifically, financing for ground operations appears to be under the direction of the above, which is also connected to several Somali Hawala locations, although disrupted and in disarray (H/T@nickshirleyy)...
