‘Interrupting Racism: Tips & Tools for White People’ workshop
A workshop held at Ohio State University on Tuesday taught white student attendees about their “privilege,” how to not act racist, and that it’s impossible for white people to be victims of racism and only white people can be racist.
The event, titled “Interrupting Racism: Tips & Tools for White People,” was one of the many programs the public university’s multicultural center will host as part of its “Ally Week of Action,” currently underway.
The center’s workshop aimed to teach white students how to “develop a personal plan of action to interrupt racism,” according to the university’s website.
It added that all were welcome to the “Interrupting Racism” workshop, however its content had a “focus on skill building amongst white identified people...”

Hours After Hurricane Irma, Miami-Dade County Tickets Residents for Code Violations [Updated] - Hit & Run : Reason.com:
"Mere hours after Hurricane Irma, Miami-Dade County was ticketing residents for building code violations on their wrecked properties.
Celso Perez was helping his neighbors remove some fallen trees blocking their street when a county code enforcer rolled up and issued him a safety notice for having a downed fence.
"I laughed," Perez tells WSVN-TV.
"I thought he was kidding.
'You are kidding right?
We just had a hurricane six hours ago.'"
It wasn't a joke. The official told Perez that the downed fence—which encloses a pool—was a safety hazard, and that if it wasn't fixed by the time he returned, Perez would be hit with a fine.
The official then hung the safety citation on the portion of Perez's fence that remained standing, leaving him and his neighbors to finish clearing the debris from their street.
According to WSVN, the county has handed out 680 safety notices for downed pool barriers, and another 177 electrical hazard safety notices..."

I've repeatedly noted that half of the country is clinically insane, driven mad by the election of Donald Trump and the blow to their own egos, their sense that they are the Masters of the Universe and control their fellow countrymen, producing daily neurotic spasms on Twitter, and are virally infecting normal people with their toxic mental derangement.

Okay, let me talk about how to exploit that, or how it will do its own exploiting for us.

In the old days, the media liked to pretend that it was conservatives who were super-crazy-ideological, and that liberals were not even liberals at all, they were non-ideological and non-partisan creatures, who only reluctantly engage in politics, only compelled to engage with it at all by their deep inner goodness to do what's best for everyone.

But not political. 

Oh dear, not that.

You may remember when conservatives objected to being identified as a "conservative advocate" by the media, whereas the out-and-proud liberal they were squared off against was identified only as "an expert" in whatever policy field they were debating..."

What Happened?

When integrity and truth were allowed to vanish from our standards, our society suffered and our country took a wrong turn. Right now, we are watching a defeated presidential candidate who lost because of her own actions, promote herself as a victim. The reality of defeat is just too difficult for some individuals to confront. It could never be their own fault, so they have to blame someone else or make up stories to make themselves look better.

What happened? Well, when you deceive the American people, profit from your position as a public servant, lie about so many things from one end of the alphabet to the other from Benghazi to Uranium, put foreign countries, such as our enemies, before the interests of the American people, and then call millions of Americans deplorable, because they support a candidate who calls for law and order, it's bound to catch up with you.

For eight years we watched an administration in which Ms. Clinton had an active role; lie, deceive and target the American people. We watched as the media not only ignored the truth but reinvented the truth to promote an agenda which did more harm to our country than good. We watched an administration master the blame game. When things went wrong or when things were exposed which could be potentially harmful to their agenda, there was always an excuse or someone else to blame. Opportunities arose out of a crisis and a crisis introduced new opportunities.......
