NFL players' protests risk stadium funding - Washington Times:

The players say they have a right to express their displeasure with racism in the U.S. with their protests, but lawmakers say the NFL could be risking its access to the public trough if the team owners don’t get a grip on the situation."

“F**K Freedom of Speech”: Crazed Leftist Steals MAGA Hat, Claims Speech Is Genocide And that Trump Supporters Need To Be Gotten Rid Of:
"A Trump supporter attending the University of California, Riverside had his “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) hat stolen from him by a crazed leftist who then went on a psychotic rant that attacked everything from the very idea of free speech to the existence of too many white people in the country.
The shocking video, first released by Campus Reform, began with Trump supporter Matthew Vitale desperately trying to get his property back from the thief who was so lost (see crazy?) that she apparently believed that going to the school’s Student Life Department would help her cause, as if they were going to openly support her obvious crime.
After entering the department the student proceded to act like she was in the right, complaining that, “This guy thought it would be a good idea to go into a conference wearing this f***ing hat.”
“Look at the kind of sh*t he’s wearing. You know what that represents? This represents genocide of a bunch of people,” she ludicrously continued.
That’s right, in the new leftist orthodoxy, literally wearing a hat about making the country great again after years of globalist shenanigans is now openly labeled as support for genocide.
After threatening to burn the hat, the women goes on a disgusting rant against a variety of issues that most Americans cherish.
“F**K freedom of speech, it’s killing people,” she yelled as Vitale tried to explain that he simply wanted his property back and that he was only using his first amendment rights to wear it in the first place.
The so far unidentified women then continued her obvious Marxist screed, claiming that America was never great and that she has always hated the country itself.
“I f**king hate this country because we need to get rid of all ya all,” she continued..."

Why American teenagers are not interested in adult activities like sex, drinking — or working - MarketWatch
"Kids today are in no hurry to grow up.
Teenagers are increasingly less likely to engage in adult activities like drinking alcohol, working jobs, driving or having sex according to research from San Diego State University and Bryn Mawr College published in the peer-reviewed journal Child Development Tuesday.
Image result for snowflake kids memeWith smaller families, longer life expectancy and after-school educational activities, today’s 18-year-olds are looking like 15-year-olds once did, according to Jean Twenge, professor of psychology at San Diego State University and the lead author on the study.
She calls it a “slow-life strategy” where parents have fewer children, “but nurture them more carefully.”
The number of teenagers who tried alcohol between 2010 and 2016 dropped to 67% from 93% between 1976 and 1979.
And the number that had earned money from working dropped from 76% to 55% over the same period.
Teens who had engaged in sexual activity by the end of high school dropped 12% between 1994 and 2016.
The declines in adult activities were consistent across demographic groups, including gender, race, socioeconomic status, region, and in both urban and rural areas, suggesting a major shift is taking place..."

NFL Pigskins at the Public Trough – The Conservative Insider

NFL Pigskins at the Public Trough – The Conservative Insider:

"The NFL is a “private enterprise” whose “rights” are being violated by those who dare to challenge the league’s political radicalization. The anti-Trump Democratic Coalition has even filed an ethics complaint alleging that the president’s comments constitute a criminal violation against using government offices “to influence the employment decisions and practices” of a private entity.

These fair-weather friends of corporate free speech and the First Amendment were nowhere to be found when Boston Mayor Tom Menino and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel were vowing to shut down Chick-Fil-A in their towns as government retaliation against the founders’ private religious beliefs.

As for the NFL’s status as a “private” enterprise? That’s some Super Bowl-sized audacity right there. I first started tracking publicly subsidized sports boondoggles with my very first watchdog website, Porkwatch, back in 1999. Since then, taxpayers at all levels of government have foot the bill for football stadiums to the tune of an estimated $1 billion every year."

Single-Payer: NHS Staff Shortages Mean Patients Dying Alone

"Most of you have heard the Democrat party pushing that single-payer health care.
They make it sound wonderful, even if nobody pushing it seems to understand basic math (see Jake Tapper Questions Bernie Sanders on Single Payer. He Can’t Answer and Uh Oh! Canadian Journalist Talks Healthcare. Admits Single-Payer Sucks).
“Let’s be like every other country in Europe,” they say.
Patients are dying alone on hospital wards because staff do not have enough time to care for them, nurses say. The mounting pressure across the UK is also leading to medicines being given late and patients being left in pain.
Among the other problems highlighted were:
  • Medicines for sepsis, diabetes and Parkinson’s not being given on time
  • Patients being left in pain because nurses were too busy
  • Child patients going without food as staff had to prioritise treatment
  • Patients not being moved, putting them at risk of bed sores
  • Patients left in corridors because all the beds were full
  • Community staff complaining they were not able to do everything asked of them
