That means that each generation feels the need to 'live in important times.' 
If things are good, then a poorly written article can be spread Twitter as a reason only corporations should be in science media. 
As the prevalence of a problem is reduced, humans redefine the problem itself.
As the problem becomes smaller, people's conceptualizations of that problem become larger, which can lead them to miss the fact that they've solved it..."

Because Democrats have used the Court to impose their will on the people, they know that if the Court returns to its constitutional role as an impartial interpreter of the Constitution, the entire Democrat edifice -- ranging from ObamaCare to redefining marriage -- is at risk of tumbling down.
Of course, the Democrats really never had a choice; their policies are toxic and rejected by most people so that they could never have been passed through the democratic process.
But their winning run is about to end, and they’re furious because they know that they are better, more caring, and smarter than the rest of us. In their minds, denying them tyrannical powers is an affront to nature, and they’ve long since given up on the idea that there is a God who gives us unalienable rights.
That’s why they accept violence and incivility against people who simply stand for the Constitution; because Democrats can’t convince Americans they have to coerce them.

"Cal Poly San Luis Obispo works on massive diversity and inclusion effort
In keeping with the diversity and inclusion movement sweeping campuses across the country, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo recently released a 30-page report outlining plans to “improve diversity” via a series of initiatives.
One goal is to increase the number of people of color on campus beyond the increases that have already occurred over the past few years, as “applications from underrepresented minority students doubled between 2008 and 2018.”
“In 2011, the campus was 63 percent Caucasian,” the May 2 report informs readers, “in fall of 2017, it was less than 55 percent … but there is still much work to do.”
...“To further advance its goals of reflecting the demographics of California and creating a more diverse and inclusive campus community, Cal Poly administration has developed the following Diversity Action Initiatives document,” the report states.
In it, administration details a multi-year effort with dozens of initiatives, including ones to further lower the percentage of white students on campus and increase the number of faculty of color..."

"Every time the military changes their fitness requirements lately it leads to controversy. 
This is mostly because so many of the recent changes created at least the suggestion that accommodations were being made for female recruits, or perhaps even males who couldn’t meet the traditional standards. 
...Rather than doing two minutes of push-ups and two minutes of sit-ups, new exercises are being added which supposedly better simulate physical demands encountered on the battlefield. (Washington Times)

The Army Physical Fitness Test that soldiers have known since the 1980s — 2 minutes of pushups; 2 minutes of situps; the 2-mile run — will be retired before the end of the decade. While the 2-mile run will still conclude the assessment, five other events seen as a better predictor of successfully completing combat tasks have been added.

“The Army Combat Fitness Test [ACFT] will ignite a generational, cultural change in Army fitness and become a cornerstone of individual Soldier combat readiness,” Maj. Gen. Malcolm Frost, commander of the Army’s Center of Initial Military Training, said Monday. “It will reduce attrition and it will reduce musculoskeletal injuries and actually save, in the long run, the Army a heck of a lot of money.”

So they’re doing away with the sit-ups. 
The standard push-ups are gone, but they’re being replaced with a different style of push-up..."
