Memphis crackdown yields 1,000 arrests, 72 missing children found | Fox News

"From arresting more than 100 gang members to locating more than 70 missing children, our brave federal agents and local authorities are doing incredible work to protect the good people of Memphis," Attorney General Pam Bondi said Wednesday in comment to Fox News Digital. "Tolerating crime is a choice: under President Trump, we refuse to accept the victimization of innocent American citizens and will continue making our cities safe again." A White House official told Fox Digital that there have been 1,309 total arrests since September, when the operation officially launched, including nine arrests for homicide, 52 arrests for sex offenses, 527 for warrants and 132 for firearm offenses.

Worthy read!-----Why woke women make terrible leaders - by Alex Berenson

It's not just their sanctimony and humorlessness.
  • Angela Merkel, Germany’s chancellor from 2005 to 2021, as she hectored her citizens to accept 2 million refugees from Syria and other Muslim countries...
  • Merkel’s reign ended almost four years ago, but it set Germany in a hole that the country seems unable or unwilling to escape.
In every way, her governing style crystallized the crisis of what the writer Helen Andrews called “The Great Feminization” in an opinion piece that has deservedly received attention in the last week.
  • Andrews argues that the rise of the political phenomenon Americans call “woke” actually reflects the rise of women in politics, law, medicine, journalism, academia, corporate America, and other power centers:
  • Wokeness arose around the same time that many important institutions tipped demographically from majority male to majority female.
The substance fits, too.
Everything you think of as wokeness involves prioritizing the feminine over the masculine:
  • empathy over rationality,
  • safety over risk,
  • cohesion over competition…

Zohran Mamdani wants dispatchers to screen 911 calls before police response | Fox News

Zohran Mamdani wants dispatchers to screen 911 calls before police response | Fox News

During a mayoral debate last night hosted by Spectrum News New York 1, Mamdani said he would reorganize the NYPD and "trust" dispatchers to "make the determination as to whether there was any indication of violence." He asserted that this approach has been proven to work "elsewhere in the country." "That's probably the worst idea I've heard of in a long time," said Joseph Giacalone, a retired NYPD sergeant and adjunct professor of criminal justice at Penn State Lehigh Valley.

This threat, from the party of the "Clinton Foundation" and multi-millionaire, 2 term congresswomen?-----Democrats Losing It, Issuing 'Warning' to Anyone Funding Trump's Ballroom

Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) proved the Democrat meltdown is in full swing after he issued a "warning" to anyone who has provided financial funding for the construction of President Donald Trump's grand ballroom at the White House. - Katie Jerkovich
Speaking to MSNBC, the House minority leader said that the building of the ballroom is an example of what Trump's been doing since he was sworn in for his second presidency, claiming that Trump was running "the largest pay-to-play scheme in the history of the country," without providing any further proof.
  • "And these people are going to be held accountable, no matter how long it takes," Jeffries continued. "And that's a warning to all of these people participating in this scheming to manipulate taxpayer dollars and, of course, to destroy the People's House...

A Long-Overdue Shakeup in Higher Education

New schools, accreditors, and tests—plus new rankings—mean much-needed competition. - Michael Torres
Admissions officers from two of the nation’s elite law schools joined the Advisory Opinions podcast in early August for a conversation about how students earn a coveted spot in their institutions.
Surprisingly, both lamented the dearth of high objective standards at many of the prestigious colleges and universities from which their applicants came.
  • “It’s actually absurd, the level of grade inflation,” said Kristi Jobson, dean of admissions at Harvard Law School. “When you have tons of people with high LSAT scores and everyone is coming with a 3.9 and up, how do you distinguish between people in a way that feels objective?”
  • “At one of our top national state schools, just over a 4.0 is at the 75th percentile . . . At one of our Ivy League Institutions, a 3.95 is at the bottom half of the class,” said Miriam Ingber, associate dean of admissions and financial aid at Yale Law School. As a result, she said, “we’ve stopped looking at GPA as a number.”...

Michigan Senator Joe Bellino LOSES IT over Democrat leadership and hypocrisy

“The Head of the Lenawee County Democratic Party, Bill Swift — called for anyone that supported Donald Trump be hung” - Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes
“Complete bullsh*t!
For years I've watched Democrats and their allies in the media, yes, media, you are complicit.
They spent years painting Republicans as a party of political violence.
They told America that we're dangerous, that I'm an extremist, that I somehow threaten democracy itself.
They said it over and over and over, hoping if they repeat the lie enough, people will start to believe it, and then these same Democrats, turn around and hold a rally called no Kings. — Monroe County, in my backyard at the Plumbers and Pipefitters Hall, posing with an 8647 sign and also a MAGA equals a Nazi sign...
Imagine for one second, if we held a rally out in the lawn and we all wrote, had shirts that said, death to our to Governor Whitmer.
Imagine what would happen. Imagine the field day the press would have on that for weeks.
It'd be wall-to-wall coverage”
This whole speech is amazing!
