Sort of good news?
Given the outflow of Michiganders, especially in Detroit, over the last few years, doesn't it make sense that the absolute numbers of criminal acts would decline?
After all, there's a whole lot less victims still in Detroit.
It would be better to see the crime/resident ratio.
