North Carolina Republican Rep. Mark Meadows said important documents relating to the origins of the counterintelligence investigation into President Donald Trump’s campaign will be released soon on Monday.
The House Oversight Committee member responded to the former committee chair Trey Gowdy’s comments that the FBI possibly withheld “game-changing” evidence regarding the origins of the Russia probe. Meadows said he agreed with Gowdy that former Trump campaign associate George Papadopoulos was being taped and recorded by FBI informants and that the unreleased transcript was never released to the FISA court, in an appearance on Fox News.

She wonders, rhetorically, “is it my fatness that causes my high blood pressure, or is it my experience of weight stigma?”
She goes on to blame the Reagan administration for having refused to provide “social supports that also help me to subsidize my food costs.”
...Rashatwar, of course, is not alone in pursuing her redemptive mission.

When you take that figure and divide it by 365, you arrive at the figure of $276 million."

Or is it one week's worth of wages, or one month, or one year?
That's going to be for the jury to decide."

Image result for flickr commons images Iranian FlagHezbollah has been forced to make “draconian cuts” to its expenditures as a direct result of President Donald Trump’s 2018 sanctions on Iran, according to The Washington Post.
Hezbollah, a U.S.-designated terrorist group, received upwards of $700 million a year, or 70% of its revenue, from Iran in the past. How About Some “Adversity Points” For Hardworking Kids Of Hardworking Parents?
"The latest tactic for the elite to shaft Normal Americans is the obnoxious “adversity score” that the academifascists who run the SATs plan to introduce as a way to give a fig leaf of objectivity and fairness to their screwing over of your kids in favor of the kids of people they prefer.
Do you think there is any chance, and chance at all, that these secret numbers based upon secret factors and kept secret from you will make it more likely for your children to get into one of the elite schools?Yeah, right.
If only someone had predicted this kind of social credit nightmare
...these “adversity scores” – like every other scam the elite pulls – are a fraud designed to increase the arbitrary power and control of the ruling class..."

Border Patrol Official: Migrants Won't Be Sent to Florida at this Time:

Image result for flickr commons images hillary clintonA U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) official said late Friday that plans to send migrant families to South Florida have been put on hold temporarily following a backlash from state lawmakers.
The development came after Broward and Palm Beach county officials said they were notified by U.S. Border Patrol that more than a 100 immigrants would be sent weekly to each of the counties starting in the next two weeks. According to NPR, the official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said the agency will not be “transporting any family units to Florida at this time,” but left the door open to “possibly housing and processing migrants at other U.S. Border Patrol sectors across the nation.”

Steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada and Mexico dropped by Trump, jump starting trade deal in Congress - Americans for Limited Government

Steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada and Mexico dropped by Trump, jump starting trade deal in Congress - Americans for Limited Government:
"Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning today issued the following statement in response to President Donald Trump’s decision to end the steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada and Mexico:
“President Trump has agreed to lift the steel and aluminum tariffs that were placed on products coming from Canada and Mexico, with those countries agreeing to lift retaliatory tariffs on products like pork and dairy in no later than 48 hours.
“The steel and aluminum tariffs were initially imposed on Canada and Mexico as a means to deal with China and other countries dumping these metals into our northern and southern bordering countries in order to flood our markets and destroy our domestic aluminum and steel industries.
...“The renegotiation of the tri-lateral trade agreement between Canada, Mexico and the United States is the lynchpin of the Trump trade agenda as it includes intellectual property and forced technology transfer language, along with currency manipulation prohibitions which will be incorporated in future trade bills with other nations..."

A Tale of Two Coups. On Brexit and Mueller

Image result for off with their headsFRANCIS TURNER--FRANCIS TURNER: A Tale of Two Coups.
"On Brexit and Mueller:
One of reasons why elections are a good thing is that they provide a mechanism for peaceful transitions without the losers being shot or put in jail. The fact that the losers in this election appear to have attempted to undermine the winners is an extremely bad precedent because it leads to the winners deciding to take it out on the losers next time around and that in turn leads to people not relinquishing power short of being turfed out with violence – see Venezuela and any number of Latin American, Central Asian and African dictatorships.
In fact allowing the losers to come up with one way after another to try and delegitimise an election they lost is bad on its own because the ability to “throw the bums out” is a key feature of democracy. If voters can’t trust that their votes will be respected they are likely to resort to other methods of expressing their displeasure with the current set of rulers and that is something that these rulers may come to regret. The good news is that the New AG seems to be doing his job and turning over any number of stones that various parties would have preferred remained unexamined.
It is unclear to me how many of the plotters will end up in the poor house or jail – sadly I suspect most will skate – which means that the distrust of government which fired up the Tea Party and the Trump campaign is not going to dissipate.
Indeed — and read the whole thing.---Posted by Stephen Green"

Restaurant Owner Doesn't Back Down Over Military Bumper Sticker Some Call 'Racist' | MRCTV
"A burger restaurant in Danville, Illinois is facing some backlash after a customer spotted an “offensive” bumper sticker displayed on the company’s wall.
“If you can’t read this [Arabic writing], thank a Marine,” the sticker read.
...Gross tells WCIA a Marine that served in Iraq gave him the bumper sticker and it has been in his restaurant for over a decade.
“He brought it in and asked me to put it up, and I said sure go ahead and put it up and it's been there for all these years," he said.
Despite the negative feedback the sticker received, Gross’ Burgers still appears to be doing well.

Must read!-----Critical Race Theory is destroying our country

Critical Race Theory is destroying our country--By Richard Jack Rail
"Critical Race Theory holds that American society is irredeemably racist in favor of the white majority.
Image result for Critical Race Theory...Given the overarching, omnipresent racial-ethnic oppression, what matters isn't so much facts as they happened but a narrative that takes precedence if something could have happened in the given circumstance.
The idea is that the oppression makes things happen on its own because it so overwhelms everything else, and justice needs to take this into account in determining guilt.
This is how people arrive at the notion that blacks can't be racist or, indeed, guilty of much of anything.
A black can never overcome the all-dominating oppression.
It's all white people's fault.
Whites can't escape their guilt by being innocent in their own lives; they're part of the white system and therefore guilty of pretty much everything..."
