Deep State Saboteurs In EOIR Immigration “Courts” Can't Even Keep Out Illegal Alien LAWYERS | Blog Posts | VDARE.com
"The Deep State is real, especially with regards to illegal aliens and immigration law enforcement...
...The other responsibility of the DOJ in immigration enforcement is the administration of the so-called immigration courts, really the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
The EOIR provides administrative hearings for certain classes of aliens in removal proceedings...
But many in the bureaucracy think themselves above the law, mostly because of Orange Man Bad; they are the Resistance, the Deep State, the saboteurs...so contemptuous that they are openly working with an illegal alien in their courts.
This is not an illegal alien brought before the court, but an illegal who represents other illegal aliens as an attorney. Now, no one can serve as an attorney or be a member of the State Bar if they are an ongoing criminal (it is an ethical violation) nor are they eligible to represent an alien before the EOIR, as their status is inherently in conflict with the very laws at issue..."

Betsy Gorisch - To say CAIR is a dangerous organization is an...--Betsy Gorisch
"To say CAIR is a dangerous organization is an understatement. CAiR is a 5th column of Jihadist subversives undermining the USA with substantial help from Democrats. -- Bob Guzzardi
Free Beacon:
CAIR has long been central to the anti-Israel movement in America.
  • Democratic 2020 presidential contenders Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.), Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.), and Tom Steyer all penned letters of support. Prominent Democrats such as Omar, Reps. Adam Schiff (D., Calif.), Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich), and Eric Swalwell (D., Calif.) also lent their support to CAIR's agenda, according to materials reviewed by the Free Beacon.
...CAIR is also known for its involvement in a fundraising scheme tied to the Muslim Brotherhood that sought to support the Hamas terror organization.
..."In an April 2009 letter to the Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology, and Homeland Security, the FBI explained that it suspended contact with CAIR because of evidence introduced during the Holy Land Foundation trial, demonstrating that CAIR and its founders were part of a group set up by the Muslim Brotherhood to support Hamas."...

ZOMG We're All Gonna Die: 2019 Second-Hottest Year on Record (Except It Isn't) | VodkaPundit
"First I'll show you some very scary headlines.
Then I'll give you a 20-pound salt lick to take them with.
• Earth just suffered through a new second hottest year on record.
...No, we're not all going to die.
According to the smartest sources in the world, we have literally months before that's going to happen.
When I saw the latest climate hysteria headlines earlier this week, I did what any rational person would do: I cashed out my IRA and spent it all on hookers and blow. My wife would like to have a few words with me, but she's required to say them via her divorce lawyer.
I'm kidding, I swear.
No, the first thing I did was go to the ever-reliable climate sanity site, Watts Up With That, to get a little perspective.
And sure enough, Anthony Watts' latest item did just that.
Here's what our "second warmest year on record" looks like with Anthony's historical perspective added in:

But how can the eggheads at NASA publish recorded numbers that are just so wrong?...

Two Tsunamis are About to Hit Higher Education

See the source imageTwo Tsunamis are About to Hit Higher Education
"In November, the Department of Education released post graduate earnings and debt data broken down by college program — which will have a revolutionary impact on higher education.
Students (and policymakers) can now get accurate information about how much recent graduates earned by college and degree (e.g., a Bachelor’s in Physics from Ohio State University).

  • ...One tsunami is enhanced accountability for the hundreds of billions of dollars federal, state, and local governments provide to colleges each year — funds that have historically flowed regardless of graduates’ labor market outcomes.
  • ...But the second tsunami bearing down on higher education will be even bigger — informed choice on the part of students and parents..."

Exclusive — Mike Pence: ‘USMCA Is a Huge Win for American Workers and American Farmers’:

Image result for flickr commons images Mike PenceVice President Mike Pence told Breitbart News exclusively on Thursday that the Senate’s passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) trade agreement is a “huge win” for American workers and farmers.
Pence’s exclusive interview with Breitbart News, which came on his bus tour between Tampa and Orlando, for which he was conducting a campaign swing up the all-important I-4 corridor in the Sunshine State, came moments after the U.S. Senate passed the USMCA, 89-10. The overwhelming Senate vote came a month after the House in mid-December similarly passed the deal with overwhelming bipartisan support, as the USMCA sailed through the lower chamber last year with 385 votes.

Courage: Iran's Sole Female Olympic Medalist Defects - Citizens for Self-Governance
"Kimia Alizadeh, Iran’s only female Olympic medalist, defected from her home country so they wouldn’t be able to use her athletic success as a propaganda tool.
The 21-year-old athlete, who won a bronze medal in taekwondo at the Rio Olympics, said she didn’t want to be part of the Islamic republic’s “hypocrisy, lies, injustice and flattery.”
...“I am one of the millions of oppressed women in Iran whom they’ve been playing for years,” Alizadeh shared on social media.
“I wore whatever they told me and repeated whatever they ordered. Every sentence they ordered I repeated. None of us matter for them, we are just tools.”
Also, the BBC reported she claimed that “although the government would exploit her sporting success politically, officials would humiliate her with comments such as: ‘It is not virtuous for a woman to stretch her legs.’”...

The Pentagon May Finally Get The Fighter-Sized Stealth Aerial Target Drone It Badly Needs - The Drive:
"A small California-based aviation firm has announced that it recently completed engine and flight control testing on the ground on a stealthy unmanned aircraft known as the Fifth Generation Aerial Target, or 5GAT.
The firm says that this design, which it originally developed as a stealth aerial target, could also serve in the "loyal wingman" role with manned combat jets and perform other operational missions..."

Trump Crowd Cheers Promise to Deregulate Energy-Efficient Dishwashers, Showers, Sinks - Citizens for Self-Governance
"...President Donald Trump was in Milwaukee Tuesday night, saying words Americans wanted to hear: he promised to roll back Obama’s Department of Energy efficiency standards on household appliances like dishwashers, lightbulbs, toilets, and showers that make it harder and harder to actually get domestic tasks accomplished.

“I’m also approving new dishwashers that give you more water so you can actually wash and rinse your dishes without having to do it 10 times — five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10 times.
Anybody have a new dishwasher?” he asked an enthusiastic crowd.
“I’m sorry for that. I’m sorry for that, it’s worthless. They give you so little water. You ever see it? Air comes out. So little water. So what happens? You end up using it ten times.”

He complained about having to wash dishes “the old fashioned way. You’re spending ten times for the electricity! I’m sorry if you just bought one of those brand new pieces of garbage, but darling, you can throw it back,” he said.
“Sinks, toilets, and showers‚ you don’t get any water. They put restrictors on them… Try going and buying a new faucet. You turn it on, no water comes out, right? You go into a shower — and I have this beautiful head of hair, I need a lot of water.”
The crowd loved this..."

Landmark Trade Deal With China; New York Times Hardest Hit | Power Line
"President Trump signed the “Phase One” trade agreement with China today at the White House.
The agreement is far-ranging; you can read its entire text here
Among other things, it includes “commitments from Beijing to purchase $200 billion of U.S. products over the next two years, halt intellectual property theft and refrain from currency manipulation.”
In return, the U.S. has reduced or eliminated some tariffs on Chinese-manufactured goods, but other duties on $375 billion in Chinese goods will remain in place for now, as an incentive for China to proceed with Phase Two.
Reaction was predictably partisan.
On CNBC, Steve Bannon said that President Trump “broke the Chinese Communist Party,” and the U.S. “gave up very little in the end.”
On the same program, hedge fund manager Kyle Bass said that he sees the agreement as a “‘temporary truce’ in which the U.S. got the better of China.
At the New York Times, on the other hand, there was wailing and gnashing of teeth:
President Trump signed an initial trade deal with China on Wednesday, bringing the first chapter of a protracted and economically damaging fight with one of the world’s largest economies to a close.
Has the trade conflict with China damaged the U.S. economy?...

Progressives appear to be concerned that a hot-mic spat between two 2020 Democratic presidential candidates could destroy both of them.
MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson mentioned the heated moment, caught just after Tuesday’s debate by CNN cameras, when Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders each accused the other of calling them “a liar.”
