- nurses, social workers,
- and security personnel.
- The department manages, stores, and distributes the substances.
- Employee time is involved.
Thus, the program is financed by taxpayers, even if an outside group provides some of the funding. According to DPH spokesperson Jenna Lane, the philanthropists who helped purchase the substances wish to remain anonymous...

- First, as the report below indicates, masks aren't effective regardless of type or stated effectiveness. People faces are not all tie same so fit will seriously affect the benefit.
- Second, the masks themselves are an issue. If a disposable mask, the virus will be deposited on the outside on inhale and then a percentage dispersed during exhale. But since not all is dispersed it accumulates and then it continues to be dispersed wherever the person goes. Effectively, the masked person is even worse because they concentrate the virus.
- Third, many pull their masks down and then back up contaminating everything they touch. Some hang them on the mirrors in their cars as the air blows across the mask and contaminates the car and anyone that comes in contact.
- Fourth, then there are reusables. How do you know they are clean? How do you know the soap works?
If at the grocery store tgen is there a biohazard safe container?
Or how about at home, do you place them in the normal trash?
