It turns out, Johnson-Shanks was part of the Black Lives Matter Movement, the bogus "hands up don't shoot" narrative and attended the funeral of Michael Brown (who was killed by a police officer after attempting to take away his firearm in a patrol car) in Ferguson, Missouri last year. "According to a new audit, the government employees responsible for managing $600 million in contracts to build Healthcare.gov suffered from major lapses in training and leadership.
The audit, reported on today by Bloomberg, was conducted by the inspector general of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or CMS, which handles federal health care programs.
The review focused on 20 contracts worth a combined $600 million, 70 percent of which has been allocated, and found some major missteps in the process, starting even before the website's well-publicized IT woes.
According to Bloomberg, the audit found that CMS skipped a required 96-hour training period for employees overseeing contracts worth more than $10 million.
Despite not even having the training required to oversee a contract worth $25,000, the audit found, one employee was managing a contract worth $130 million for at least 15 months. 
Federal standards for training won't be met until October of next year.
Frequent changes in leadership, the audit also found, led to confusion about who was in charge, sometimes failing to document the leader of a project.
CMS was also unable to hand over documents requested by the inspector general. 
It is unclear if the agency leading CMS, the Department of Health and Human Services, has or will take any action against employees mentioned in the audit..."

It’s the eve of the 14^th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks.  I’ve just read how a periodical publication gives jihadists guidance in finding their targets. Well-known, wealthy Americans have been put in the cross hairs.  I also read that ISIS is posting ads; humans for sale. They are attempting to sell their prisoners to the highest bidder. What?  You didn’t hear about this in the main stream media? 

War was declared on September 11, 2001.  We didn’t understand their hatred.  But, it has always existed.  The years following the attack were spent in a paranoid state; giving up our freedoms in exchange for safety.  Of course, that never ends well. The government was all too eager to take our freedom in exchange for promises they couldn’t and wouldn’t keep.  

In fact, as time went by we became so paranoid that we began to act stupidly.  We elected and welcomed, quite eagerly I might add, an individual who cared more about the enemy than the people who elected him to his dictatorial throne.  He turned against the people by allowing the enemy to gain access to our homeland.  He ignored the law of the land and took it upon himself to rule with a pen, issuing orders if Congress didn’t dance to the beat of his disastrous drum.  Congress became weak and irrelevant. Those who tried to prevent his power grab became targets of the state.

As I write this, I wonder what will happen tomorrow.  Who will live and who will die?  Who will be blamed this time?  It will never be the fault of policies or Radical Islam.  He will find something or someone to blame because deceit is acceptable when engaging the enemy.  Do you feel the cross hairs...

Town leaders and Halstead have agreed on severance pay following his decision to retire.

According to Town Manager Larry Bergman, Surf City Mayor Zander Guy called the emergency meeting in reference to Halstead’s post he made to his personal page on Sept. 3.

She said Halstead was unfairly forced to retire. 
“We have freedom of speech,” Cuff said.

The Government and blacks would not tolerate the White Supremacist group to march through the streets and call for the murders of a race of people and a group of public servants. I agree there is a race problem in this country. It is not brought on by police officer doing their sworn duty, it is brought on by the government, the President and his cronies Al Sharpton, who is a criminal tax evader (but has the support of our so called President), Jessi Jackson, Eric Holder and that ignorant S.O.B. Farrakhan who should be charged with solicitation for murder, lord knows a white man would be arrested for the same actions of idiot Farakhan. I am sure there are many hard working Black people who will agree with me. I have been a Police Officer for 35 years. I do not judge anyone by the color of their skin, but by there actions. A criminal is a criminal whether a police officer or any other profession. I will not state statistics because black lives matter do not care or believe proven statistics. I put allot of the blame for these cop murders on the media and the way they report police related shootings. There is no need to list or even state the race of a person shot by the police. It is more important to wait for the facts and report those. But and a big but that does not make money for these greedy media ass holes. When a black thug is killed by the police they are all over it as is Mr. Barack Obama. However when a police officer white, black or any race is murdered for doing his job the media is short with it’s reporting or not at all. When a white person is killed by a black officer you hear nothing. Has our so called President spoke publicly about these murders of police officers by blacks, HELL NO he has not. YouGov asked 1,000 American adults between Sept. 1-2 for their opinions on various issues related to illegal immigration.
Asked, “How serious a problem is ILLEGAL immigration in the US?” 51% of respondents replied it is “very serious,” while 26% responded illegal immigration is “somewhat serious,” and 15% described illegal immigration as a “minor problem.”
In total, 77% of respondents believe illegal immigration is either a “very serious” or “somewhat serious” problem. Including the 15% who responded illegal immigration is a “minor problem,” 92% of Americans view illegal immigration as a problem.
YouGov also asked individuals about certain measures they would support in order to remove illegal immigrants currently in the country.
A majority of respondents (55%) claimed they would support “creating a phone number where people could report activity connected to illegal immigration to the government...”
