It is Now Legal to Defecate and Urinate on Denver Sidewalks! What?

It is Now Legal to Defecate and Urinate on Denver Sidewalks! What???It is Now Legal to Defecate and Urinate on Denver Sidewalks! What?
"Denver, Colorado has decriminalized public defecation in order to make life easier for immigrants and the homeless.
This has also happened in Los Angeles with predictable an disastrous results.
...The Denver City Council had an unanimous vote to decriminalize the offense of people committing certain low-level crimes like lying in a public right-of-way, urinating in public and panhandling...
...What’s disturbing as well is that they also decriminalized camping out on private land.
So now you can go out to get your morning paper, but it’s not there, because the person camping on your front lawn is reading it while defecating on the sidewalk in front of your house.
City leaders and immigrant rights advocates argued the changes will protect Denver’s immigrant community from facing unintended consequences...

With the arrest Thursday morning of Empire star Jussie Smollett, the actor’s defense team put out a statement celebrating the fact that he was afforded the “presumption of innocence” like any other citizen. But last, year Smollett himself insisted that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was guilty until proven innocent.

It is a unilateral declaration that a growing list of opinions and ideas are off-limits.
Anyone that embraces them, or is suspected of embracing them, is outside the sphere to which civil, political and social rights apply.
These outside people become fair game, as they have no legal avenue to seek redress.

Look What CNN Is Outraged Over Now

Look What CNN Is Outraged Over Now
See the source image"Big media have had plenty to be outraged over during the tough times they have been living through in the age of Trump the Terrible.
When the New York Times writes its version of the history of Western civilization, today will be at the epicenter of what the paper will describe as the dark ages.
The media are outraged over the silly, like how President Trump gets two scoops of ice cream or doesn't have a pet dog in the White House.
...There is no outrage over biased and malicious reporting, just the fake humility of acknowledging they were duped, again, then quickly moving on to the next outrage.
This is exactly why Rush Limbaugh calls them the "drive-by media": they drive by a story, sputter fire and brimstone for a week or two, then quickly drive on after the story is debunked.
This week's outrage is from CNN itself over the fact that the network hired someone who worked in the Trump administration.
Here is the apparent problem.
CNN says it is hiring Sarah Isgur Flores, who most recently served in the Justice Department as Jeff Sessions' spokesman, to be a political editor in the Washington bureau. Flores is a longtime Republican political operative who previously worked for Carly Fiorina, Ted Cruz and Mitt Romney.
CNN employees, led by one of their gadflies, Brian Stelter, are fit to be tied, "[q]uestioning whether her sudden leap from the Trump administration to the CNN newsroom is an ethical breach."
Oh, the outrage of a "revolving door" between administrations and newsrooms.  And the family relationships between Democrat administrations and journalists.
How about these "ethical breaches"?
CNN's senior vice president of newsgathering, Virginia Moseley, is married to Thomas R. Nides, who was a deputy secretary of state in the Obama administration..."

Nick Sandmann Sues Washington Post for $250 Million:

Image result for wikicommons images Nick Sandmann Covington Catholic High SchoolAttorneys for Covington Catholic High School student Nick Sandmann filed a lawsuit against the Washington Post on Tuesday, seeking $250 million in compensatory and punitive damages.
“The Post wrongfully targeted and bullied Nicholas because he was the white, Catholic student wearing a red ‘Make America Great Again’ souvenir cap on a school field trip to the January 18 March for Life in Washington, D.C. when he was unexpectedly and suddenly confronted by Nathan Phillips (‘Phillips’), a known Native American activist, who beat a drum and sang loudly within inches of his face (‘the January 18 incident’),” the lawsuit filed by lawyers Todd V. McMurtry and L. Lin Wood in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky reads.

Rap Sheet: ***639*** Acts of Media-Approved Violence and Harassment Against Trump Supporters | Breitbart
"When not calling Trump supporters “Nazisas a means to dehumanize us, the establishment media like to whine about the lack of civility in American politics, even as they cover up, ignore, downplay, or straight-up approve of the wave of violence and public harassment we are seeing against supporters of President Trump.
See the source imageIt is open season on Trump supporters, and the media is only fomenting, encouraging, excusing, and hoping for more…
The media are now openly calling Trump supporters “Nazis” and are blaming Trump for a mass murder he had nothing to do with.
This, of course, is a form of harassment because it incites and justifies mob violence.
Here is the list, so far, and remember that if any one of these things happened to a Democrat, the media would use the story to blot out the sun for weeks.
Remember how crazy the media went over a nobody rodeo clown who wore an Obama mask, a GOP staffer who criticized Obama’s daughters?
And yet, hundreds of Trump supporters are harassed and brutalized and the media only dutifully report them, if at all.
That is because the media are desperate to normalize and justify violence and harassment against Trump and his supporters.
And while the media openly encourage this violence against us, the media also campaign to disarm us, to take away our Second Amendment right to defend ourselves.
This list will be updated as needed. Back-filling it will be an ongoing project…
Here is a video channel dedicated to documenting the dozens and dozens of assaults against Trump supporters.
Please email jnolte@breitbart.com  with any updates or anything you think deserves to be added to this list. Also, if you see errors — duplicate postings or events misinterpreted as attacks on Trump supporters, please let us know. Unlike the establishment media’s reporting, we want this list to be comprehensive and factual.

"My son was shot and killed in Chicago – where is his national media attention?
My name is Carmia Tang.
My only child, Jeremy Alexander Tang, was murdered in Chicago on Sept. 3, 2017.
Jeremy’s murder case is among over 700 unsolved murders in Chicago.
I am disgusted by the national media attention that the Jussie Smollett case has received. Meanwhile – right now – we have hundreds of mothers left with unanswered questions and unsolved cases.
Parents and families of gun violence victims matter too.
Can we please get the same efforts and national media attention that Smollett got with his alleged attack?..."

"A Swedish court has convicted a 70-year-old man of “hate speech” for claiming on social media that Somalis are lazy and don’t work.
In a unanimous decision, the district court of Uddevalla handed down a guilty verdict, ordering the man to pay ...(700 euros).
The court said that the man’s Facebook post, which linked to an article by Swedish public broadcaster SVT, was “derogatory” to the reputation of Somalis as a group.
In his post, the man contested the article’s claim that some 20 percent of Somalis are out of work in Sweden, adding that Somalis avoid work because “they are the laziest people in this world.”
As Breitbart News reported, the pensioner was reported to police by the left-wing activist group Näthatsgranskaren, Swedish for “Network Examiner,” which boasts to have reported at least 800 people to the police..."

President Donald Trump vowed Friday to veto any legislation attempting to block his State of Emergency declaration on the Southern border.

House Democrats led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi introduced a resolution on Friday to block Trump’s declaration.

A press blackout on news top FBI lawyer James Baker wanted Hillary Clinton prosecuted:

Image result for flickr commons images hillary clintonUp until now, Comey's "narrative" was that Clinton was "extremely careless" (not even "grossly negligent," which is actionable) and the book was closed on the matter, as Democrats brushed the whole thing off, while hackers and Russians and Chinese and terrorists got to dig into the goodies.
Clinton was supposed to be charged with mishandling classified documents, and she wasn't. Only three news sources are reporting this bombshell (I checked Google News, Yahoo! News, and DuckDuckGo): John Solomon of The Hill, Catherine Herridge of Fox News, and Sara Carter, all respectable heavyweights in investigative reporting, and their reports should easily merit news pickups.  But the nets are nowhere, the New York Times doesn't think such a revision to its "narrative" is fit to print, and the Washington Post is going to let that one die in darkness.
Shouldn't a story about favoritism be newsworthy?
The implication now is that laws are for little guys, like that Navy sailor who was prosecuted for carelessly taking a "hi, Mom"–type photo onboard a classified ship, but not for Madame Big.

The true cost of faked hate crimes | Spectator USA

The true cost of faked hate crimes | Spectator USA:
  • Should we punish fraudulent victims as vigorously as real criminals?
"Some years ago I was introduced to one notion of how to tackle dishonest and insincere accusations of racism.
The idea was not just that there should be a social cost to making a dishonest claim, but that the cost should equal that borne by somebody who is accurately and correctly identified as a racist.
See the source imageWithout such a disincentive, there is no reason (other than decency and honesty, which may sometimes be in short supply) for people not to level such accusations insincerely.
Since Monday night I have been wondering, amid much else, whether some similar aspiration could be encouraged regarding hate crimes.
...It is possible it may now be added to the growing list of faked hate crimes in the US.
The journalist Andy Ngohas provided a useful list of some such cases here, and it is just extraordinary.
Cases like the pro-gay Episcopal church in Indiana which was vandalized with ‘Heil Trump’ graffiti after the election.
Like the Smollett case, this too was leaped upon on this as a demonstration of the new fascist era, until it turned out that the culprit was in fact the gay organist at the church.
...But then something happens that is real and you realize an even greater bit of damage that such faked hate crimes cause.
A damage which should mean we don’t just laugh them away.
...Faked hate crimes do a lot of things.
They increase societal distrust, they assault the truth and they inflame any existing racial or other communal tensions..."
